Didn't it bomb in the ratings when they did that? The whole nWo Nitro segment I mean.
-
Sounds like bullshit. I mean, why would they tape Starrcade and then show it on PPV? I think the part about Flair getting the title becuase of the whole Sid stabbing incident is true though.
-
Most certainly. Kwee Wee/Jason Jett (EZ Money) is a fantastic match (one of my favourites), the Crusierweight Tag Team Title Final is great, Chavo/Helms and Page/Steiner are both good and Flar/Jerrett vs. Dustin/Dusty is decent. Certainly worth checking it out.

Bad Blood Main Event announced on radio ad
Si82 replied to Kurt Angle Mark's topic in The WWE Folder
So Bob Holly vs. Brock Lesnar should have gone on last at Rumble? I agree that the championship match should be the mian event of the card for both brands shows. The champions should be the men that are the example of the brands and should be given the main event slot of the single brand shows. The rumble is an exception in that the actual rumble match itself should be placed last on the card. -
November to Remember 1995 A great show then and still a great show today, in my opinion.

It was indeed the 1/26 show that Nitro went to three hours.

Did Kreski book any of the PPV's while he was there? If so which?
-
If they both the same then the DVD's basically have little potted histories of Wresltmania I-XV which are made of video packaged highlights of the events, interviews with various WWF employees and usually the main event of the show is shown.

I'd like to see things go like that. Having Regal become Eugenes friend is a better idea then having him just turn on him.
-
Seeing as we in the UK don't get Raw until Friday I have to say that I am really looking forward to seeing the Eugene/Regal training segment. It sounds pretty damn funny. I'll admit I hated the idea of the Eugene gimmick and when he debuted on Raw I hated him. However, over the past couple of weeks I have grown to like Eugene (kinda like Regal has) and am now looking forward to his first match on Raw. I hope it's a good one. Go Eugene!

That was the newer style Intercontinental Championship used at Summerslam '98. I'm assuming you mean the older style one that was used for most of the 90's. That would be my favourite.

I certainly think that Batista has improved recently. I mean, he seemed to have potiental when he first came in but it all seemed to go down the pan when he began to wrestle. However, he has improved and once again showed the potiental he did earlier. I just hope he manages to continue with it. Still he looks pimptastic in a suit and that's a bonus I suppose.

Really good news there. It gives hope for some quality TV shows and movies for the future. I really hope that he manages to get round to making "Ripper".

I liked Nemesis too! I thought that there was a good load of action in there so it was certainly a good Trek film. Although Star Trek VI will always be my personal favourite. The idea of a prequel could work. I mean, the first season of Enterprise was good.

Why of course. After all who could forget the... ...DUBLIN DESTORYER!!!

I prefere Star Trek myself. I don't have a lot against Star Wars, I just happen to prefere Trek. Particually the movies and The Next Generation. Episodes IV & VI of Star Wars are good films (I don't see them as classics unlike most people) but the newer films have really put me off watching the older films again. Apart from Empire which is a fantastic film. As for the fans I would say Trek fans are worse than Star Wars fans on the whole. Although some Star Wars fans can be equally as bad.

Robert Simons... ...which could be shorten to Bob Simons... ...which was the name of a corrupt business man who kidnapped his boss's daughter that was mentioned in "Die Hard with a Vengeance"... ...yes I am sad.

I went with Backlash 2000. It has Triple H/Rock, Benoit/Jericho and the awesome Malenko/Scotty match.

Didn't get them from Power Slam magazine, by any chance? UYI Damn, my secret is out! Indeed I did. Although I only typed up the ones I could remember Tony saying himself. There were a ton more.
