"My List" - The Killers

Personally I was somewhat disappointed by the match. The action itself was fine but the length and ending of the match really bugged me. Why Angle felt the need to call for the ending so soon I'll never know. It was obvious from how long was left compared to when the show actually ended that they had been allocated more time than was used. Which, considering all the hype, was a big disappointment. Also, the ending of the match annoyed me. I really felt that Joe should have went over. It makes the TNA star seem second-rate to the former WWE star. It also ruined what could have been a great rub for another talent had they ended Joe's undefeated streak. Then I find out that Joe/Angle II will take place at Turning Point. Why? Why not give a bit of a gap between matches rather than just blowing their wad so quickly? Seeing as this is supposed to be a series of matches a bit of time between bouts would make them seem more special and make them more anticipated.

On a different note, Don West is fucking awful. His constant shilling just winds me up and the guy looks like a used car salesman.

I don't normally post in this thread but dear God was Raw awful this week. It tends to be shitty most weeks but this week was beyond terrible. I thought TNA was in a bad way with Russo booking but this show goes to prove that nobody does shitty non-entertainment like WWE. Why did DX have to send the Spirit Squad off to OVW and how many people watching are actually going to get the joke? This is the sort of crap Russo tries to pull with his "shoot" segments that 95% of the casual audience won't get. Why is Hacksaw Jim Duggan on a wrestling program in 2006? When will they let "DAMN" end? It was funny the first time but now they've ran it into the ground which is usual with WWE. If they accidentally come across something that gets over they either run it into the ground, like in this case, or they bury it. How is having a couple of stereotypes attacking a guy based on Michael Richards funny? And let's not forget building up the Hardy Boyz all show long only to have them lose because of a belt shot. Utter shit.

Thanks for posting these man. Sting wants to lose clean but they say he has to lose on a DQ, why exactly? Why did the match have to end in a DQ? It just doesn't make any sense. And lets not forget that the idea went down like a lead balloon on the show itself. Also, has Kurt Angle lost his mind recently?

I hope to God that doesn't happen. I want this bloody feud to end on Sunday.

Speaking of Big Show I wonder if he lost some weight like say at least 50 or so pounds would it help with all the back, knee, etc problems he's having. Lord knows it couldn't hurt. I think people have always ridden Big Show a little hard about the weight thing. I mean, he's seven foot tall and his last name isn't "Bol". He's going to carry some girth. Yeah, he's gotten chunky at certain points in his career, but overall I think he's stayed in pretty good shape. Are you nuts? When he first appeared in WCW the guy was in good shape. Now he looks like what he is, a fat mess. Which is his own fault really. I mean, this is a guy who has admitted that he doesn't work out and lives on junk food. It really is no wonder the guy is in the shitty shape he is.

I think this was right after Bret turned heel. Vince did something to piss him off so he storms down to the announce table. The two exchange words and IIRC the word, "bullshit '' was said by Bret. They get into a scuffle where they pull each others jackets over their head, hence the term ''hockey fight.'' I still don't rememeber this whatsoever. Along the lines, I remember the last Raw before Mania 13, Bret shoved Vince after losing a cage match and saying "bullshit" and "god damn" several times. That doesn't quite sound like what you described though. I want to say this is Bret's reaction to Vince allowing HBK to be the guest referee at Summerslam 97. I could be wrong, though. I think you're right.
