Bad move, very bad move. There is no reason for Undertaker to have another WWE title run. Hell, I don't think there is a reason for Undertaker to be around at all. We all got to see last month that he didn't put over Randy Orton so it's doubtful he's going to be putting other talent over. I just don't think he serves a purpose anymore. Get rid of him I say.

"Let It Take You" - Goldfrapp

You don't. However, seeing as WWE is probably going to go through with it then we've probably got a worst fued of 2006 candidate already. That said, it might be good in a so bad it's good kinda way.

Add "The JCB Song" by Nizlopi to the list. Just awful.

That was probably my favourite match of the PPV. Jett was awesome in that match, particually when he was playing up to the crowd. Also, I forgot a match from 2000. The last man standing match between Diamond Dallas Page and Buff Bagwell from Souled Out is pretty good.

Terrible main events that ruin otherwise solid cards
Si82 replied to spman's topic in General Wrestling
I recall being quite pissed off about that. I don't blame you. However, it was good for fans in the UK because we got to see the main event of a PPV on TV for free which we wouldn't have gotten to see otherwise. -
I don't remember Undertaker hitting a fan at Wrestlemania X8. I thought it was Flair hit Paul London during the build up to the match and it was then shown in the video package beforehand.

There has been some good ideas in the thread. If only WWE creative thought like fans instead of sucking up to the McMahon's bizzare view on "entertainment". Anyway, I can't personally see where the hell WWE is going with Wrestlemania this year. I mean, what kind of build up or hints have been given so far? Last year, we had the Batista slow burn and it seemed obivious that John Cena was going to get a big push after his feud with Carlito/Jesus. This year however, nothing. Cena is seemingly trapped in a never ending feud with Kurt Angle and Batista is currenly being made out to be a rapist, not the WWE do rape of course. Not exactly hot prospects going into the biggest show of the year. It did look like WWE could have made a strong go with Randy Orton heading into Wrestlemania but another lose to Undertaker last month has just made him look weak. I mean, why would fans buy him as legit threat after that? The only real storyline that could be used is the MITB titleshot contract that Edge won last year at Wrestlemania but I don't see them using Edge in WWE Championship at Wrestlemania. Unless WWE pulls something out of the bag pretty soon this Wrestlemania looks pretty fucked to me.

My favourite is probably the WWF History one from 2002 set to "Lonely Road of Faith" by Kid Rock. However, the Eddie Guerrero one was very emotional and ranks up their too.

Please don't say things like that. It's the worst thing Joe could do. As for match of the year, why not another Micheals/Angle match. Do it with a proper build up and they should put on a fine contest.

Why? What's wrong with it?

Dawn of the Dead (2004) (8/10)

No, no, no. They shouldn't be wanting to "blur the line" between the two divisions. They need to keep them as seperate. The X Division is the biggest selling point of TNA, it needs to be kept seperate or you run the risk of making them seem inferior to the other guys. Granted, the X Division title seems to mean more than the Heavyweight title, to me anyway, but you don't want to turn the X guys into jobbers for the other wrestlers like WWE's cruiserweights.

I actually loved the Cruiserweight Tag Team Titles in WCW. Right now, it would help out the characterless X-Division stars get a personality. The thing is, they should wait until they have more tv time so that they can do more with them. I agree. They have a bunch of X Division guys not doing anything, so why not pair some of them up?

The triple cage match from Slamboree is pretty good. As is Awesome/Steiner from Bash at the Beach.

No shit. All that prep work to humour some guys in a restaurant. I don't know whether that's impressive or sad. I vote sad.

What movies will you be going to see in 2006?
Si82 replied to CBright7831's topic in Television & Film
Yeah, I had no idea either until about 35 seconds ago. I've just been reading about it in the new issue of Total Film. It's supposed to be based around "A Dame to Kill For" along with new material. Mickey Rourke, Clive Owen, Brittany Murphy, Rosario Dawson, Jessica Alba and Michael Clarke Duncan are all set to return.
