Statement: Bob Sapp will become a WWE wrestler within the next 5 years. To early in Orton's reign to tell.

For some reason, Mole keeps reminding me of Chaunce Hayden from the Howard Stern show. ...And I can't stand Chaunce.
-
False. They are boring, don't go with this character, and nobody buys them as a move that would actually end a match. This website would not exist without Stephen.....nevermind. Agree. He thinks what he does politically is good for business. No. Austin/HBK/Bret are people I would rank above all of him, and possibly even Hogan despite his shitty in-ring work.

Statement: Orton/Cena will have a rivalry during the next 5 years or so that will be comparable to the Rock/Austin rivalry from 1997-2003.

Statement: JBL is the worst all-around WWE Champion since 1985.

-My first season as Pats, I won the Superbowl and was undefeated. I beat the Vikings in an awesome Superbowl 14-13. -My second season, my record was 9-7, and I didn't make the playoff, mainly due to Bradly being injured for 6 weeks, Dillon being injured for 9, Seymor being injured for 5, and Poole being injured for 12. I think this was the first time I haven't made the playoff in any sports game ever. -My third season, I couldn't keep Brady due to the cap, so I got Michael Vick instead, who is actually doing much better and costing me less money. BUT, Dillon got injured AGAIN, this time for 9 weeks, so I'm stuck with Cobbs, a rookie with a 56 overall. Vick/Santana Moss have had me in games, but it's DAMN hard without a good running back. I'm 4-1 now.

Many Feel Triple H Pushed For Rushed Orton Turn
Angle-plex replied to claydude14's topic in The WWE Folder
When Vince he retires, Triple H will own most of the company. I'm sure he is just as concerned about building new stars as the rest of them are. -
Put it back under the WWE folder. It's the only place where "fights" actually break out, and it would be better for the poster who only post in WWE to take them there than have it destroy a good WWE discussion. Note: I understand they can take their "fights" there now, but I'd guess that most posters who post in WWE folder don't come to the folders at the bottom of the page, and Hardcore Discussion isn't that great right now anyways, so it would be good to get some new faces in there.

I wouldn't mind the Red too much as long as they just changed the rope color to black or red/white/blue. I'm sick of looking at the "in your face" red ropes. I think a black/gold color scheme for RAW and a black/silver one for Smackdown would make both brands look more professional and give both of them a different feel personally.
-
I'm guessing that he forgot to put the " - " in front of the "**". Seriously though, all of these matches are overrated. Take a "*" off most of them and they would be more accurate.

UFC 49: Unfinished Business (no PRIDE spoilers)
Angle-plex replied to RavishingRickRudo's topic in General Wrestling
The PRIDE PPVs on tomorrow, right? If so, I think I'm going to save my money for that. Better fights. Better fighters. -
The WrestleMania 17 set would be good for RAW, I think, as long as they keep the gold coloring. The red is unbearable now, as it's been RAW's color forever. The black ropes that were used at X7 would work well too.

What the fuck? Ignore this...

That is why he hasn't been given the god push, why he isn't a main eventer and why he'll never be the champion. BINGO! I know RVD-marks don't wanna hear it, but the argument can be made that JBL's putting more effort into his character than RVD has ever. Ok, so JBL is putting more effort into his character. Does that make him a better choice as champion? Don't you think that maybe JBL is putting so much effort into his character in an attempt to get over with fans BECAUSE he is champion?

It must have been one hell of a school. Only the best get in debt for over $70 million, I say.
-
I didn't exactly think much of the Benoit/HHH iron man match, especially the last 30 minutes. Too many run-ins for my taste, and the appearance of Eugene was the killer. No, but RVD has/had more moves than he currently does, and if he was more motivated/had longer matches, he'd probably try to do them. A heel turn + Heyman as manager would probably make RVD main event material, regardless of how great his matches are. Eddie is stale and they think it's too early to push Cena right now, so RVD would be a good choice to elevate.
-
I liked ECW, and although I don't consider myself a mutant, I think RVD/Lynn was infinitely better than Taker/Bradshaw and almost all of the matches put on at SummerSlam.
-
I've apparently missed something. http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?showtopic=59876

No, actually it was quite horrible. I've seen video game matches with better flow than the Taker/Bradshaw match. The match just did not come together good, regardless of who the participants were.
-
Elimination Chamber? I don't think they would do it though since Angle and Undertaker want to be seperated until their Wrestlemania match.
-
So you would prefer Freddy vs Jason 2 without Ash and with generic teenager #464 to fill the role instead? FvJ2 is going to have a human lead role anyways, and if they don't use Ash, you'll have to get introduced to a brand new character instead. Why not use Ash then?

Randy Orton won the Intercontental Championship last December and held the belt for seven months, elevating the belt to a higher status than it has been in years. To my disatisfaction, he lost the title to a returning Edge. Lately, Edge has been walking the fine line between "This guy is boring" and "Get the fuck off my TV", and the crowd has been responding by giving Edge the dreaded X-Pac heat, even in his home town of Toronto. Edge's last IC Title (Early 2002, I believe) run he basically killed the title as well, and his feud with William Regal (a.k.a. the worst feud of all time) was horribly boring to watch and went on for far too long. So my question is, Should the the Intercontental Title should be taken off of Edge? Will a heel turn maybe make this as of now shit storm of a title reign mean a little more? If he turns heel, should he join Evolution? Or reunite with Christian?

I can't wait. This is a great idea, since both guys would be sacraficing most of the roster to do so just so that they can have a "Who will lose the undefeated streak" going into Wrestlemania. That's right. Wrestlemania. An event where Undertaker HAS NEVER LOST. Jeez, I wonder if Kurt will be able to talk Taker into doing THAT job. Sounds like Luther Reigns will become the Test 2004, with Angle playing the Shane McMahon role of keeping him pushed. If we go by Test's career, that means Luther will be FINALLLY gone by about 2009. Yay?! I pity East Rutherford. Yes they did. Really, yes they did. Zombie's should not be doing unproperly applied submission holds in the first place. But then it looks like it's REAL and it's really cool! It makes a match have really good psychology and it makes it look like it can end at any time, like MMA! Or...not.

As bad as Edge is in that role, Angle may have been even worse during his feud with Austin. It just looked SO unnatural when he was trying to be a bad ass.
