    WWF Summerslam 2001: Stacy Keibler, Torrie Wilson, and Ivory vs Jacqueline, Lita, and Molly Holly. Match Background: None. The Match: Ivory connects with some weak punches on Jacqueline. Ivory hits a BIG clothesline for two! Ivory tags out to Stacy Keibler. Dropkick from Stacy results in the front row looking for Jacquie's teeth!Back heel kick from Stacy on Jacquie. There's a two count on the pin. Tag between Stacy Keibler and Torrie Wilson. Stacy Keibler scoops up Jacquie. Torrie bounces off the ropes and hits a flying Hart Attack clothesline. Rob Van Dam sets the ladder up and climbs it, grabbing the prize for the victory. My Opinion: I'm capable of giving out high star ratings...but only for matches that really deserve it. Brothers Of Destruction are one of the most experienced teams in the promotion. This match is for the WWF Tag Team titles. DDP \ Kanyon have been WWF Tag Team champions since 09 August 2001. The Match: DDP \ Kanyon whip Undertaker into the ropes and hit a double back elbow. Running clothesline from Diamond Dallas Page was actually MIGHTY sloppy. Undertaker pulls a mule kick out of nowhere. Undertaker launches Kanyon into the cage wall. BAAACK Body drop by DDP gets a bit of a pop from the crowd. Kane launches DDP into the cage wall. Overall:76 Crowd Reaction:80 Match Quality:68 Steve Austin vs Kurt Angle. Match Background: This match is for the WWF World title. Steve Austin has been WWF World champion since 31 March 2001. The Match: Double arm suplex by Kurt Angle connects as Stone Cold hits hard. Stone Cold walks into a high dropkick from Kurt Angle, almost losing several teeth in the process. Stone Cold tastes a high angle back suplex. If Spike Lee can sue TNN over the Spike TV nonsense, then Kurt Angle should be able to sue SOMEONE for that. Hard impact Russian Leg Sweep by Angle. According to some other reviewers around here, 'legsweep' is one word. Kurt Angle gets taken down out of nowhere! Steve Austin with a spinning neckbreaker on Angle. Spear by Steve Austin. A few minor things brought it down, so I'm tacking on a **** rating. Overall:89 Crowd Reaction:86 Match Quality:92 Booker T vs The Rock. Match Background: This match is for the WCW World title. Booker T has been WCW World champion since 30 July 2001. The Match: Booker is a glutton for punishment and just continues to take it during this match. STIFF~! chop lights up Booker who covers up to try and stop the agonizing PAIN! Rock hits a right hand. Hooks the leg for a two count. Flying shoulder tackle by Rock sends Booker CRASHING to the mat. Impromptu Match. 83 Shawn Stasiak vs The Rock. Match Background: None. The Match: Rock takes a headbutt from Shawn Stasiak. Rock blocks the suplex attempt and is able to hit the suplex instead! Spear by The Rock. Death valley driver (not to be confused with the DVD 500) by The Rock connects and Shawn Stasiak is down! Shawn Stasiak can barely stand. Here it comes - Rock Bottom. 1....2...3, it's finished. My Opinion: I'm capable of giving out high star ratings...but only for matches that really deserve it. This one didn't. **1/4. Match Background: Tajiri is the reigning WWF Lightweight champion, and has been since 06 August 2001. X-Pac is the reigning WCW Cruiserweight champion, and has been since 30 July 2001. The Match: Albert gets caught with a short powerbomb from Regal. Albert once again takes the advantage after blocking a few punches and connecting with some forearms. Big kick from Albert staggers Regal but that's about it. Tag between Albert and X-Pac. Second rope flying axe handle, Regal goes down. One day, X-Pac might even consider coming off the top with that. You know...for more impact and stuff. X-Pac uses a basement dropkick to the knee and it looks like it might be TIME TO GO TO SCHOOL~! William Regal pulls a mule kick out of nowhere.     WWF Raw 8/13/01: Austin bitches out the Alliance and Tazz gets the worse of it. 78 Albert vs Tajiri. Match Background: Tajiri is the reigning WWF Lightweight champion, and has been since 06 August 2001. The Match: STIFF high kick on Albert by Tajiri. Tajiri hits a rolling kick on Albert. Konnan has ruined any chance for me ever enjoying this maneuver again with his shitty execution of it. Covers for a quick two count. Albert backdrops Tajiri out of a piledriver attempt. Match Background: Edge and Christian are one of the most experienced teams in the promotion. Impact Players used to be a regular team, but have been inactive for a while. Whether this match will lead to a reformation as an active unit remains to be seen. Lance Storm is the reigning WWF Intercontinental champion, and has been since 23 July 2001. The Match: THERE IT IS! A legdrop to the BACK OF THE HEAD! I swear, that makes any match just a little bit better. I don't mind telling you that every time I see it, that's for sure. Flying reverse elbow by Christian. Tag to Edge. Big dropkick by Edge, who got a ton of air on the move. There's a two count on the pin. Spear! Storm is down! Edge tags out to Christian. Booker and Rhyno vs Jericho and The Rock. 78 Spike Dudley vs Test. Match Background: None. The Match: Test strikes away at Spike Dudley, not doing much damage at all. Weak bodyslam on Spike by Test sets up a legdrop. There's a two count on the pin. Spike counters a sleeper with a jaw breaker and is able to get free! Spike slams Test down. Test is sure in trouble now. Test hits a punch, but takes one right back. Again! A slugfest erupts in the ring! Spike slams Test down. Test is sure in trouble now. Booker counters a backdrop attempt with a kick to the face and hit a clothesline! Buff is a glutton for punishment and just continues to take it during this match.
