From what I understand, Bravesfan is currently in Hawaii. I'll be away from 1 PM ET until roughly 5 or 6 PM ET. Alright, here's the deal right now. At the moment, I'm asking Flik to stay for the following seasons. In an effort to make everybody satisfied, I'm also requesting that the trade be un-done and that the current setup sees SP Wade Miller go to Cartman and Cena's Writer will take SP Brandon Backe. This way; Al won't be talking about the trade being unfair, Cartman and CW have both said they are cool with the 1 - 1 swap, and Flik gets to have a fucking nice starting rotation. Yes Cartman, Sweeney is available and the whole matter is settled, period. I would've agreed to the 1/1 deal but it's Flik's decision to renege and he won't. Therefore that deal is done. Pettitte is coming off a season ending injury and Halladay came off a season where he only made 21 starts. Both players could be great rewards or just as high risks.

Cartman was just shot a PM so he has until 1:15 AM ET tomorrow morning to make his pick.

Final post on this whole bloody subject. As a result of the trade with Flik, Cartman will be receiving SP Andy Pettitte and SP Roy Halladay. Because of this trade, Cena's Writer will be keeping(not literally as in keeper) SP Wade Miller on his roster for opening day unless he makes a trade. Now Cartman, if you're still pissed over losing out on Miller...trade for him. If you want to further discuss this topic, do so through PM or an AIM Chat or whatever. However this thread is officially for draft picks as of now so keep it that way okay folks.

Ignore the part about Cartman and CW as far as that Wade/Backe deal goes. Flik and I are ironing out the details.

No Raz, it should not be taken seriously. Anymore heat of the moment announcements in this thread will not be taken seriously by me and will be treated as such by everybody else.

Cartman, Raz, Verne are up in that order. Also Flik's "trade" was a mere swapping of two players for two players, all 4 of whom were already drafted thus Cartman still has to pick. Since Halladay was a keeper, Affeldt was sent to Flik to replace his keeper slot.

I have the count at 6 so far as far as teams that can make the 7 PM AIM draft on Sunday.

I'm cool with 3 PM but I could always change to 7 PM to accomodate others if the need arises as it seems to be doing.

Do what you think will make you happy Rando. My father became a real estate agent after becoming dissatisfied with his job (tradeshow booth architechture stuff). Be aware though that it takes a good 2-3 years to really start getting good/great deals as far as homes go. My father lives in a fairly rich suburb(he's showed $1 Million+ homes to people) and in his 3rd year, he's finally starting to get more offers on homes and such currently. It'll take a while upon completing the class and entering the workforce but in due time if you're happy enough, it'll be worth it. Also, look around your local area/city and try to determine A) Who's the best real estate agency and B) If you can get any contacts in that agency to help set you up with a job upon finishing the class.

Did CW lose a pick just now? Last pick was 11:38 PM ET and it's currently 12:40 PM ET of the next day.

That'd likely create way too much havoc with people claiming they chose so & so first and would also cater to those who are on first as they could select the best player and then they'd get bumped down but still.

I'm cool with either time though I'd prefer Friday due to the whole other draft going on.
