We have 18 teams(including Agent's) for the offline draft, might be odd if they haven't all signed up for Yahoo though.

Uhm...how much DID my increase in average improve Evo? I go from 8th vs righties to leading off vs righties AND hitting 7th vs lefties??
-
oh, didn't look at the tiebreaker, heh...

I liked 7 better though X was pretty good

Jason + sleeping bag = good fun

According to Dugout Dollars http://dugoutdollars.blogspot.com/2003_08_...rs_archive.html there's some interesting situations concerning the 2005 season. Moises Alou has a mutual option(will make $11.50 Million) or the club can buy it out for $2 Million. Derek Lee is set to make $7.67 Million(An increase of $1.50 Million), Joe Borowski will make $2.30 Million($30 K increase), Greg Maddux will make $9 Million($3 Million increase with a $9 Mill option for 2006 should he have 400 IP b/w 2004-2005), Sammy Sosa will make $17 Million($1 Mill increase with a $3.5 Mill severance payment if cut/released) and Kerry Wood will make $9.50 Million($1.50 Million with a 2007 player option of $13.50 Million if he gets 400 IP b/w 2005-2006).

Shit...I'm down 3-0 so far this week and need to win the rest of the 5 games in order to win this week.

Well for O'Neal June 2nd at RotoTimes it said "Jermaine O'Neal (F) Ind likely will miss the Olympics this summer due to the partially torn ligament in his left knee, according to the Indianapolis Star. He said his knee "will take four to six months to heal." and August 9th it said "Recovering from a partially torn knee ligament, Jermaine O'Neal (F) Ind should be ready for training camp, according to the Indianapolis Star. "I don't have any concerns that I won't be ready by training camp," he said. "If I'm not 100 percent by then, I'll be in the high 80s to mid-90s." So is there any further news? Seems to me that he should be fine by the season.

If TD is available, I'd grab him with the #1 pick rather than Kobe Bryant....
-
Pittman also got 50-60 catches last season as well as 1300 combined yards in 11 starts. I'd expect him to get 3-5 catches per game for the rest of the season(Between 39-65 catches total) which should give him around 20-40 yards receiving a game to go with his rushing stats. The Bucs do have a capable WR in Michael Clayton who can do some damage so they aren't that devoid of talent(pretty close though).

*Harley Quinn walks up to the podium* A-HEM! Considering dubious circumstances last year, we(Ivy and myself) get the first pick of the Madness Rounds which...no Mr. J *sob* Anyways, with the 1st pick...the Gotham Harlequins select! KOBE BRYANT Draft Details are in the first post of this thread you bastards so go there

Sounds good, got Wart to join(the Astros Suck and Wart's Whackos from the baseball/football leagues) so every slot should be filled.
-
I also like the idea of doing the draft off-line like last year.

2 of this week's games have 8 differing picks including my own game. GO Pittsburgh, Air Force, New Mexico, Florida, Oregon State, Alabama, Tennesee and Oregon!!!
-
I'd wait to choose between Steve/Volek although I think McNair will start cause he's impervious to what mortals call a "bench" so that's my reasoning.
-
I'm in...this time with the proper spelling of Harlequins
-
I'm in as the Gotham Harlequins!
-
add them and I'm also interested in your league Al

Well...well, well. Week 4 is not looking kindly on me in terms of byes. I had to grab fucking B. Sams of the Ravens(more for his return yards, hope he pulls another Tim Dwight for me) to fill-in at RB(I believe in the Auction league). I believe in either WDI or Auction that everybody that's benched(QB/RB/WR) is on a bye with my WR/TE spot also on a bye, ugh.

I think you'll win unless Brooks/Horn explode(very possible against a poor Run D and depleted Rams secondary), KJ finally goes for 100+ with 1 TD and Clayton goes for 110+ and 2 scores. I'm looking at it as either A)You'll blow me out or B)It'll come down to the wire and largely depend on how our K/DEF's do.

All 3 have poor Strength of Schedules for Week 3. I'd start Gannon just because he currently ranks 9th amongst QB's in total FP(using 4 per TD and 1/25 scoring). Ramsey will be facing a tough and blitz heavy Cowboys defense while Roethlisberger will be facing the same from the Dolphins D which is still solid. Either way, you better pray the rest of your team explodes.

THURSDAY Miami Friday Northern Illinois BYU SATURDAY Virginia Tech Boston College Notre Dame Clemson Michigan Washington State Alabama Texas Tech Wisconsin Florida USC Minnesota Oregon State Tiebreaker #1: How many total points will be scored in the Bowling Green/Northern Illinois game? 37 Tiebreaker #2: How many yards passing will Miami's Brock Berlin have against Houston? 329

Johnson's put up 8 TD seasons 3 times in his career as well as a 10 TD season. He also caught 5 TDs in 2002(when he broke 1,000+ yards). So to say that he never catches a TD is a little poor. Does he get a lot of receptions? Hell yeah. Is he capable of hitting 1,000+ yards? Of course. Is he capable of putting up the staggering 14-15 TDs that others put up? No but he can give a team 5-7 TD catches. Don't forget the Cowboys also have Antonio Bryant, Terry Glenn and TE Jason Witten as TD threats so either way Vinny will be producing this season.
