It was well received, as far as I know. I didn't get the chance to watch it when it first came out, though, since I was too busy being a Higurashi/Haruhi fag. It's on my short list of things to watch since it's definitely bloody and gory. It's easily accessible, too, since it's currently on Sci-Fi alongside Noein. Speaking of, Noein is alright, and could be up your alley; not so much horror, more dystopic sci-fi. I'll throw out a Kemonozume mention since I'm currently making my way through it. It's rather noir-ish and stylish as hell. Higurashi. Have you checked that out yet? It's a little silly, but is basically a gory as fuck murder mystery.

It's about time too. I like the arc as much as anyone, but it seems like it's taken forever just getting to this point. Granted, it's not Namek or the Soul Society, and it makes Sakura not so worthless. On the Shippuuden movie. It's already out, but if the last movie is any indication, subs won't be out until spring of next year.

Yes. So far it's UK exclusive.

IGN is announcing the roster on Sept. 3rd. I don't know if legends will be included.

Cade and Murdoch were the Redneck Whirling Dervish on a few occasions... well, one that I can remember, when Edge referred to them as such.

Today 'Go KK Rider' aka Smashville's BGM and Yoshi's Final Smash were revealed.

Peach was confirmed on Friday. Monday brought some updated specials for Link. On Tuesday there was a new video for the Subspace Emissary (ROBs? Petey Piranha? Ancient Minister?). Today it's another big one... is in the game.

There have been a few additions and changes. First, I don't think Gaara/Deidara went nearly as long as it did and Team Gai/Their Clones didn't have this much to it either. Though the bit with Sasuke that opened up Shippuuden is direct from the manga, we didn't get it this early. They also changed the order of the first couple episodes and added more of Konohamaru and his team. Temari and Kankuro's squad heading for the battle site was never in the manga, they just showed up, basically. Incidentally, Matsuri was a manga character whose one and only appearance was at the end of this arc. She was then added to the filler in Naruto as Gaara's student and then showed up in Shippuuden as she is now. Otherwise it's been pretty faithful.

I think he's alright, but for a number of reasons I can't buy into his gimmick at all.

I think the splash he's talking about is part of a clip video on YouTube. I want a Thuggin and Buggin Enterprises reformation with Long, D'Lo and Henry.

The stickers are a fun diversion if nothing else. The idea I had as far as stuff like this goes is a customizable hub from which you could access trophies, these stickers, personal rewards, etc., which you could decorate with Nintendo memorabilia, not unlike a house in Animal Crossing. Basically the same thing that's in more than a few games these days and something I'd be more surprised at if they didn't include it.

Fried rice w/ shrimp is a good one, very easy, but best in moderation since it's really unhealthy. I prefer brown rice. Optionals include broccoli, carrots, peas/pea pods, mushrooms, sprouts, garlic, onion, scallions, water chestnuts, and peanuts and cashews. Cilantro or parsley fits in here, too, but as for other herbs to use, I'm unsure. Some like peppers in theirs, I don't. Oils to consider are canola and peanut, and butter solely for the sauteed shrimp and vegetables, though I like to just brown that stuff as is. Eggs, of course, but if you want to keep down unhealthy junk in what's already a bad dish, reduce their number or use whites only. I like only minimal soy sauce, since it's also unhealthy and very overpowering. Cook your rice, set it aside, sautee your shrimp and vegetables together, along with your garlic, herbs and spices, until browned. Meanwhile, start your eggs, keeping them loose, like you're just cooking them scrambled, with just enough oil to get things started. Put the rice in with your eggs and more oil, let it steam for a bit, occasionally stirring, and after five or so minutes, add your vegetable and shrimp mixture with some soy sauce. Stir, cover and let it cook over low heat until ready This thread needs Marvin.

Blaziken and Lucario seem to be receiving a push and the more I read about them, the more I'm open to their inclusion. You know they're going to include someone from the more recent games and I prefer them out of anyone. If there's enough room to add one or both while keeping Mewtwo, then so be it. As far as PT's Final Smash goes, some have brought up the idea of a legendary pokemon being used here.

I wonder how his Final Smash is going to work, but I'm assuming it'll just be a massive assault using all three. You can't very well have a Smash for each one... right? Especially Squirtle since I can't imagine him pulling off something suitable enough. Though the possibilities with Trainer are huge. I'm not up to date on my Pokemon, are there even any they could include that would push Mewtwo out or take up valuable roster space? I'm hoping not.
-
Introducing Pokémon Trainer! Seriously. Go to the Brawl site right now. Go. You basically fight with Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard, switching between them in that order ala Sheik/Zelda, as PT stands in the background. I'm sure we'll be able to rename him. Hopefully. And just this afternoon I was thinking about Ash or someone as a playable character. I don't like Mewtwo's chances at this rate, but assuming they leave it at PT, Pikachu, Jiggly, and Mewtwo, it works. God. He's going to be so fun to play as.

My slop is similar although I forgo the butter and just use oil, since I almost never use it anyway. I also cook in pepper rather than salt, throw in cheese either during cooking or after and just use taco sauce in place of the salsa, as well as adding a few bits of onion/scallions/cilantro if I have any of those on hand. Though I usually don't complicate things to that point.

The Haruhi references are executed well and Kyoto continues to find new ways to fit them all in, but they've been occurring too often as of late. It's nice to see the secondary characters getting some attention. Meito Anizawa/Anime Tenchou is hilarious and I always look forward to his appearances. Minoru Shiraishi is awesome. Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei is alright. It's a typical Shaft production and if one is into their style, it's worthwhile. It's only twelve episodes long, I believe, and if it were any more than that it would likely start to run dry. The OP and ED are pretty good too.

When you're good enough to get a 300 game, then we'll talk. Until then, keep on bowling, Watson.

Take away the X Division and what are you really left with that makes TNA unique or gives it an advantage over the competition? The answer is not much.
-
The bottom line is I got too ahead of myself, flaked and didn't do anything for the next few days, basically doing anything but write during my spare time. Tried to make a run on Friday, didn't have it, and couldn't even muster up Mansonosity after that. I blew it and that's it, no excuses.

That's a bit much, but I would like to see them go back to two brands while consolidating the World and Tag belts and possibly opening up the Women's and rumored X-ish division to both brands. That's just my preference though. A change in the tired look of SD and Raw should also be in order.
