I don't care for that shirt. It should be as cryptic as the numbers themselves. Drop everything but the numbers and it would be okay.

I don't mind Burchill or any big guy selling, just not for Funaki and Scotty of all people.

Don't forget about Legend Undertaker and Legend Kane!

I don't know if he expected someone to blow the hatch or manage to get in, he just had a plan in place in case it did happen. You mean literally? In which case, nah. I mean, any earlier than the mid 90s would be a generous estimation for the Jack/Desmond meeting, realistically speaking. What war could he have logically been a part of, yet be stationed in the South Pacific, where the island is said to be? Another thought about him. Maybe he is a soldier or is otherwise associated with whoever built the base and was sent to the island to check on it, only to find it fucked up. He goes further into the island, finds the abandoned hatch with its occupants missing (explaining the extra bed), seals himself in and has remained there alone since. False sunlight? A number smaller tunnels with windows, through which sunlight can get in?

There very likely is a connection between the hatch and disease, but I don't know how it could tie together. I figure the hatch and tunnel network was there for a long while, long before Danielle and her crew set foot on the island. Hell, maybe the island was a facility designed to observe the effects of the disease, with the hatch keeping 'them' out. Then assorted others began coming to the island, Danielle's crew included, and everything went to shit. Given Desmond and Jack's paths crossing, intentionally or not, the question is where the hell he ties in. Assuming the above is even remotely accurate. Is he part of the original group, a part of Danielle's crew, or something in between? And yeah, LOTC, I theorized there's probably a second purpose to the injections, like staving off the disease. Her last name is Rutherford, and although it wasn't explicitly stated how, we know her father died at some point. All this was said in the Shannon/Boone episode. It's a fairly safe assumption.

What do you do when you get mad at a video game?
Golgo 13 replied to Epic Reine's topic in Video Games
WWF Attitude made me want to destroy things too. I typically slam my fist down on a cushion, table, whatever. Then after a few more irritating tries, I ignore the game for months on end. I haven't thrown or slammed a controller down since the NES days, as much as I was tempted to. I just fear messing something up. -
The Honky Tonk Man is coming to my town...

Newfies must not have much to get excited about. -
As far as I know, there isn't one. But as mentioned, IGN has a similar feature, as does 1up.com.

Whoever put this article together are morons. Anyway, I thought I read/heard that after the initial reaction to earlier spoilers when Ratner came on, the story was reworked. It gives me some hope that they'll do right, but I still don't trust Ratner. It does worry me that there seems to be a lot packed into this apparently short frame with too many concurrent storylines going on, but it could come off better on screen. But...

How long before we hear about a major shake up at Nintendo?

They really have lost their minds. In all seriousness, I can see this being similar to a keyboard and mouse on the PC, but I don't consider that to be what the average console player wants. Thankfully the Revolution will come with alternate ports, with any luck you can use regular controllers with their first party games.

You're my boy and all, but...

But all that looks like is more crap to clean up. Just draw all over him, rape him all you want, I'm not judging, drag him out and leave him for every single person to see. -

G4 is probably my most frequent background noise channel. I actively watch X-Play, Attack of the Show, and Anime Unleashed. Icons and Cinematech on occasion. I like Cinematech's new direction, it's not so boring anymore. Everything else gives me little or no reason to watch. I miss Screen Savers and Unscrewed. Hell, Unscrewed would fit perfectly in that Barbed Wire Biscuit block, their cheap attempt to capitalize on the Adult Swim audience. Great foresight.

I used to write my finish beforehand, but found it too limiting. Now I go in with a rough idea of it in my head, not committing to anything and open to change. Believe it or not, I usually start writing as soon as I see the card. I try and put down entrances and a few hundred words of action, at least. Then I procrastinate and blow it off until the day before/day of the show. Whether they're full or not, nearly all my matches are 99% stream of consciousness, making everything up as I go along.

I'm guessing, maybe one-third of the place they crashed has been covered, but from Danielle's maps, we can assume it is an island. I think it's pretty safe to say Hurley would join the Faith side, and I'm not so sure about Sun. But first came Danielle, then the Ethan problem, and from that point they didn't know how many other potentially dangerous things or people were on the island.

Nothing. At all. It's a complete straw man. Anyway, can we not compare two different time periods to each other? It's stupid and ridiculous considering how quickly the wrestling landscape can change. It's worthless considering the two year difference in the product. In 2002, Austin and Rock were still active, the rosters weren't yet split completely, and Triple H didn't have a stranglehold on the title yet. Benoit & Eddie's time came after an awful latter 2002 and 2003, Austin and Rock no longer had active roles, Triple H was tiresome yet was all over the shows, and as far as Benoit goes, his reign was booked horribly and he was treated as a complete afterthought or second fiddle to you know wHHHo. Instead of looking at that, look at Hulk's ratings and buyrates before, during and after his time. Before Backlash, dating back to Feb. he was a featured player on the shows. At Backlash, Apr. 21st, he won the title, later dropping it to UT at Judgement Day, May 19th. Judgment Day got a big buyrate, but Triple H v. Hogan at Backlash tanked. During Hogan's reign, Raw dropped to 3.7 just before Judgment Day and never really recovered, due in part to the awful booking for the rest of the year, while SD got the 2nd lowest non-holiday rating of the year and also never recovered. People came for the nWo but didn't stay, because Hogan got tiresome and had no business being around the title, despite his pops. Goldberg v. Lesnar and Triple Threat were probably on par with each other, with Taker v. Kane and Rock & Sock v. Evolution bringing up the rear, with Angle v. Eddie just behind that.

Well, season 2 is just building on what season 1 established, so the thread could be a similar continuation, especially since people will continue talking about season 1 anyway, but how large is too large. It's difficult trying to wade through all the pages, looking for some conversation or information you missed. It's really daunting, especially for those wanting to break into the discussion or start watching the show. I'm torn, but if we do start a new one, what better way to kick it off with than Curry's idea.

I only watched because Bones was on before it, and I loved it. House is just a fucking great character and I echo the Jennifer Morrison love. The whole cast was pretty good, in fact, even LL Cool J. It looks like I'll be getting the S1 set.
