I thought I heard about BDV losing some 100 pounds. I was kind of looking forward to his return if only for his entrance, but it's no loss otherwise. I can see them bringing him back, but they've also gotten nowhere with him in multiple tries and he's 40. I'm actually surprised about Shannon. Nunzio would be perfect as trainer, but maybe he hits the indies instead. I thought Domino showed some great personality after the split but I have no idea what his ring skills were before hitting SD. He's still relatively young, however, so maybe he hits the indies.

Not to mention Harris is still a name. Well, maybe not for long if he continues down this route.

The issue is Kurt was never released solely because of injuries. It was a number of other mitigating factors that lead to his dismissal, none of which affect Kennedy that we know of. He's also younger than Kurt at every point in their career and while injury prone, he likely isn't as chronically beat up as Kurt was even at the latter's healthiest, or not yet. I don't know, it's one thing if it's something to do with bad conditioning, but I can't blame Kennedy too much if it's just a few freak accidents. Take away last year's injury that everyone thought was worse than it ended up being and I think that's two years healthy. I think you're discounting Kurt's contributions and drawing power, too, but I don't want to get into it. If you're basing part of this on TNA, keep in mind that... well, it's TNA.

I would have liked to see some training time with Jiraiya covered in the filler. Yeah, how interesting or action-intensive could Naruto and Jiraiya traveling and training actually be, but it still would've been better than a lot of what they did anyway. I don't mind the latest Shippuuden arc. I like the focus on what's supposed to be an important group. Sitting through the Gaara recovery arc was worse.

I like the Eight Tails Host. Not so much for the stereotype but because he's cool as hell in design and fighting style. It's not like he'll last long anyway. You can basically skip 136 to the beginning of Shippuuden, Hawk. I mean, there are a couple episodes and arcs somewhere in there that are okay, albeit not good, and nothing of great importance.

He's not carrying this on his own though. His character will have many others to play off of.

That Dirt Sheet was brutal. They should stick to pre-taped segments. Chris Harris looked awful. He's done for.

Part of it had to do with the MK voice in combination with the name and that it was at Comic Con. Reading some of the largely uninformed reactions on the other side of the coin you wouldn't think he was a favorite though. This game needs Deathstroke.

There's one more spot on the site which I have to think will go to WW and Raiden on the MK side. Who knows how much room there is after that.

I never said I disliked Kennedy, either. I do think he's somewhat overrated given everything he hasn't been doing since his last SD run. I don't know if he'll ever recover that momentum again, but his face act now isn't the way to do it. He hasn't been great as a face or anything, but last year was the time to do it. I think what hurt him more than anything was being drafted to Raw and taken away from what would've been a hot feud with Edge. Of course things like jobbing to Super Crazy and sticking his foot in his mouth didn't help. Now I think he should've stuck with Raw to build on his momentum after Regal and eventually make him into a challenger there. Go figure. The reason I compared him to Carlito is because I think they're similar types with the same strengths and weaknesses and whose careers have followed the same path, albeit for different reasons.

Fun show, bad ending. They better job those belts right back.

Carlito's been in Puerto Rico and wrestled at WWC's Aniversario 2008. I still like him, he just needs a few changes. Not like he's any worse than Kennedy overall.

More time for wrestling is all the two hours has given them. They haven't learned how to properly utilize and make good use of all that time otherwise.

Say what. The pacing isn't any better now than it was then. Everything is still extremely rushed and TNA has continued to try and cram in what they can, always speeding ahead to whatever is next and never allowing time for anything to sink in.

Yeah, I'm thinking JBL will be passed over by Adamle in favor of Jericho.

I always thought Triple H was one of the ones who liked Punk, along with Vince, while Stephanie didn't. Hoping for Rhodes (and Redrum/RelliK) only if he can get in shape again.

I like the way we were left hanging. That crowd was terrible, anyway, so I don't think their indifference to the match is totally on him. I'm rooting for the dead serious GM who takes no sides and chooses to fuck everyone over, but am wary of that being more of what we've already seen from the GM position. That or buffoon Adamle would all lead to the same continuing chaos anyway.

There's a way to make high-speed rail work within high-density metropolitan corridors like the Northeast, Midwest, California, etc., as a better way to connect those major cities, which is apparently being worked on anyway. It does nothing for rural commuters, but it's something that's at least being thought of.
