I was hoping for Omega Red. Should be good regardless.

I don't want to get too many groups and partnerships going, but Mike needs one of his own to watch his back.

Knox and Finlay feud = awesome.

IE Tab. No Script.

I really can't want to see where Adamle as GM goes. If this all works out and his buffoon gimmick was just that, a gimmick, then it could be great television. The problem is setting him apart from the Bischoffs and Regals.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Properties_li..._for_Geneon_USA Everything they grabbed from Geneon and ADV are there.

Of course it's a way for WWE to take the heat off, but he's obviously doing something right to get himself into this position in the first place, no matter your dislike. In any case, "dressed in black and greasy," is obviously what they're looking for right now, if only for a short time. Please don't play that card.

Jericho is the only one on Raw who should be holding the belt if not CM Punk. I'm not even a huge fan of his, but I don't get how CM Punk hasn't earned his spot after years in the independents, a good while toiling in ECW and being clean and fairly responsible on top of it. The Regal thing doesn't hold much water, either, considering he always strikes hard and likes Punk from what I've heard.
-
Ugh. Forget it. The script seems okay, but the cast just doesn't have it. Simon is the only one I liked.
-
So how does CM Punk not deserve it? He has the reactions, a large number of matches under his belt and, while no really great matches while in WWE, a handful of good ones. Otherwise we have a bunch of also rans who shouldn't be carrying the title right now, but will get their chance again or JBL who can't carry the belt and argubaly shouldn't have in the first place. Styles may not even want to come back. Given how good Matthews and Tazz were, I vote him.
-
This is fantastic. There's no way they keep him in the booth, so it's win-win.
-
Me. He's been a great heel.

The English cast did a fine job. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann premieres tonight on Sci Fi.

Yep. I'll never know why TNA thinks Joe being not-Joe will work. It's the same as with Kazarian.

Discussion: Possible DC Universe Movies
Golgo 13 replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in Television & Film
I can't wait for the Captain Marvel movie. Though I'm hardly familiar with DC (mainly through the DC:AU) I really like Black Adam and want to see him on screen. I love Fate, also, and have thought of an Etrigan movie, but I don't know how well either would translate. Of course, I'd like to see more Vertigo, but that's a long shot. Regardless they should focus on getting their big guns out the door and doing it right first. It seems like they've finally realized what the public wants, but you never know. I don't think you have to do another origin story if you reboot Superman. Enough already know the origin and can piece it together themselves, so there'd be no real reason. Start off in Metropolis right away with Kent already working at the Planet, etc., and it'd be fine. Explain again in vague detail if you really need to. -
Dude, before the last injury Henry was scary fucking cut... dude had well defined abs and was moving like he was 10 years younger. Which injury? I think he's talking Henry's kneecap injury at SNME a while back. I remember hearing that Mark Henry was busting out some superkicks and moonsaults (?!) in OVW during this time. ANyone have any pics? I never got a look at him when he dropped a lot of the weight. I think those stories were from around the time he came back as a face on SmackDown.

Just throwing this out there, but how about Man-Bat as a more amoral, violent and horrific version of Batman? One who doesn't rely on the science and mutations of the comics (but could still work to that end) and for whatever reason takes up the mantle of a twisted Batman in costume and tactics to either be a similar crusader or use that advantage to do whatever he wants. It's probably too close to Jean-Paul or Venom, but it could work, especially when we talk about imitators coming out of the woodwork.

Danielson is nothing but wishful thinking. He's not signed, likely wouldn't be by the time this is all going to be over, and even if he were let out of RoH all of a sudden to sign with WWE he'd likely have to go through re-education first, and who knows how many other commitments he has to clear off if all this did happen. But I'd have him run in from the crowd to save Michaels if by some miracle he does come in. This all would have been the perfect spot for London if he weren't squashed two weeks in a row by Jericho and Cade. It tells me that if he has anything to do in this storyline, it won't be on the side of Michaels, but as another flunky of Jericho's after converting. Maybe it's wishful thinking on my end, too, and he won't have anything to do with the storyline in the end, but as silly as it sounds, maybe his jobber look and direction after the draft... as in losing the beard and proper boots... is WWE's way of telling how much he needs Jericho's help and why he'll eventually join. There is a shot if they extend this by having Michaels take a leave to sell the injury and allow Dragon time to come in. But as I said, it's doubtful.
-
His look is boring and uninspired. It wouldn't hurt to change his name back to Frankie Kazarian either. He's fine otherwise, but I don't see how this upcoming storyline is going to do him any favors.
-
Did London lose his boots or something?

It sometimes froze up on me, too, now that I recall. Notably on Comix Zone.

It's not like muscle is all there is to Bane, though. It's too bad Zsasz was already used.

I had it. Denver's old Mile High Cable offered it. It was an adapter with its own plug and cable input, so we got that and the splitter to divide the signal between the TV and the Genesis. I think, maybe, we paid a one time deposit for the adapter, which we received when the service ended and had to give the adapter back, and the fifteen for monthly service. I never noticed any problems with size or quality and stuff like that. When you ordered the game, you got the whole thing for that play. It was pretty quick, as I recall, so once you ordered a game, within a couple minutes you'd be able to play. No saves, so you basically had to play the whole way through or use level cheats for those games that had them. Yeah, it was awesome, though I didn't have the appreciation that I do now, so I mostly just played stuff like Street Fighter or Streets of Rage, and didn't go exploring much. It was about fifty games per month, upon which a bunch of them would rotate out for new ones.

I don't think he was untrained from what I've read. He's awful, unskilled, and doesn't belong in a ring, but he isn't untrained. There are a couple videos of his on YouTube.
