    Do you own any guns?

9mm will stop them if you put a couple into them (assuming you can't get a head shot and he doesn't have a gun as well). Benefit is that it is easier to control and usually lighter so aiming is easier. But if you want 1 hit stopping power look to a .40SW or a .45AP. Blow a fucking chunk out of someone... not to mention it can shoot through a car window well in your case AoO. I'm comparing if say you shot someone in the side or something where they could feasibly still come after you if shot with one 9mm compared to a .40SW or .45AP. But it goes kinda equal and depends if you think you can get more than one round off or if you want one shot stopping power... especially if the guy has a weapon as well. Oh.. and a .22 handgun = BAD idea for defense unless you sneak up on someone... and shoot them in the head. That said the best gun for self defense/home defense is a shotgun. Nothing like hearing the sound of "chik-chik" to put some fear in you. I'm currently looking into the Ruger KP97D 45AP I may go 9mm and get a Springfield Armory XD9101 I may go Glock but EVERYONE has a Glock now a days.

  21. WASHINGTON - The government has filed a complaint against the marketers of "Girls Gone Wild" videos and DVDs, saying the company shipped unordered products and then charged customers. The videos and DVDs feature young women who bare their breasts and perform sexually suggestive acts. Millions of copies have been sold. The Justice Department (news - web sites) filed a complaint against California-based Mantra Films Inc. on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission. The government alleges Mantra enrolled customers who responded to Internet and TV advertising for a single video or DVD in a "continuity" program that did not give them an effective means to cancel. "In a case of deceptive marketing gone wild, consumers were enrolled in a program of monthly deliveries without their knowledge," Howard Beales, director of the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection, said in a statement. The case was filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. The "Girls Gone Wild" series was the target of an unsuccessful lawsuit last year by a 17-year-old girl who flashed her breasts to a cameraman. The girl argued that the film, its creators, producers and distributors had violated her right to privacy and had cast her in a false light by including her in the "Sexy Sorority Sisters" video. The judge ruled that Mantra Films did not have to compensate the girl, who contended she did not know that her image would be used in a commercial video.
