Well, seeing Lesnar in TNA is a possibility one day, even if he is completely satisfied with New Japan. They sent over Tanahashi, so maybe they'd be willing to work an angle with Lesnar on a TNA tour as well. Just NOT against Goldberg. I don't need to see ANY MORE GOLDBERG MATCHES, THANKS!

I had the same feeling when watching Mikey Batts. And then...puff...he just disappeared. I don't think the same will happen to Aries, though. A lot of people have said he'll be main eventing TNA by 2007. I think that's a stretch, but I could easily see him being in Chris Daniels' or AJ's TNA positions by then. Isn't Batts in OVW now?

No, they had 43 in the 80s under Ed Broadbent. It's a great issue for their core supporters, i.e. affluent people. They're the ones who spend more in disposable income, so they're the ones who would benefit the most. Whereas poorer Canadians spend less and would thus save less, plus they get a GST rebate when the file their income tax return anyway. Being rich myself, I have no problem with tax cuts for the rich. That said, I don't get the credit and I also spend more in disposible income, but I still have no issues with the tax at 7%. It's been there for so long now that they're just going to end up having to tax something else to make up for the lost money that it brings in.

This whole GST thing baffles me. It was an issue when it was introduced many years ago.. but in the here and now, it's a non-issue as far as I'm concerned. I'd rather see personal income tax rates cut over the GST.

Looks like a Harper lead minority Conservative government. I saw the minority government part coming from a mile away, but the Harper part was a bit of a surprise. I really don't like Harper and I was really hoping that Mr. Alliance would lose and that Peter McKay would be voted in as the new party leader down the line. I guess I will have to wait a bit longer. A really crappy set of choices all around in this election, in my opinion. What does it say when you can't even stand the leader of your own party? I'm more about policies than all of this posturing bullshit and I don't vote for my party unless I agree 100% with the leader and 100% with what he has to say. Needless to say, I didn't agree last time and I didn't agree this time. I will always be a Conservative but I will not vote for them as long as Harper or any Alliance goon is in power.
