    Smackdown VS Raw 2006

I find it easier to grapple with O first and then hit Triangle to Irish whip. The only time I use O & Triangle at the same time is when doing the hard Irish whip.

I dunno man. Why am I not experiencing all of these crazy constant reversal problems? I haven't had an issue once on Normal difficulty. Is it at a higher difficulty level that this happens?

Reverse as in stop the lid from closing in on you.

I think it's a PAL thing. It's never happened to me once (NTSC) and I have heard nothing of it happening to other NTSC'ers, for lack of a better term. Plus, IGN probably would've pointed it out in their review if it was an NTSC issue. I'm guessing something happened during the CD pressing process...

I've done Season three times now, twice with a caw and once with Stone Cold and I still haven't seen the Legends Tour or ECW storylines.. anyone know how to get them?

    LOST

Feh, whatever. It's worthwhile to me and anyone else who's interested in ALL of the characters and not just the main characters and main plot devices.

I think, at this point, the flashbacks are only valuable for a small group of characters--namely Jack and Locke--and that's because their motivations and the things that form their dispositions on the island remain pretty insular. They're the axes around which a lot of the island's conflicts and dilemmas are formed. I've stated my preference before and I'm sticking by it. For the rest of the characters, a flashback is good the first, maybe second time an episode focuses on a character, and that's it. Considering the fact that the writers admit they don't know where a lot of the stuff on the show is going or what certain things mean, I'm sure the flashbacks will eventually be used to shoehorn in big plot revelations or character stuff that they've written themselves into a corner with on the island. If we ever see another Michael flashback, or another Jin and Sun flashback, or, hell, another Charlie or Hurley flashback, then we'll know the writers are merely stalling for time. And that ain't good writing. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It's called backstory, main character or not, and I'd hardly call that stalling for time.

Well, dude, you can't fault her for being typecast since Girl Fight.

The secret is NOT mashing the buttons. Whenever I get one of those meters where you have to tap any button to increase it, I just use three fingers on my right had to tap square, triangle and circle alternately, which with my left hand being used to tap L1 & L2. Those meters go up like crazy that way, and you don't have the annoyance of mashing the buttons (which never works anyway).

I did it with Big Show, twice. The first time, I threw out 10+ guys, with the help of the CPU many times. The message flashed across the screen that I had cleared the challenge, but then a few minutes later I was eliminated. I went on to win the Rumble with Heidenreich, but the challenge was no longer marked as cleared. Tried again with Big Show and got the same message, but this time I won with him and the challenge was marked as cleared in the locker room.

I love the flashbacks. I think they give a much needed break from the constant island scenarios, and it lets you see the characters in a different situation/light.

No, you're right. He reacted differently. Mostly, I'm guessing, because that's what he and Shannon were dealing with right before she got shot. He's probably just headfucked because of what he saw with Walt talking backwards and then finding out that he was actually kidnapped by the Others. I think the whole point of her character is for us to NOT like her, but to hate her, even. Like really hate her. Sure, you've got Sawyer, who's an asshole.. but he's the cool-heel asshole who you grow to like. With Ana Lucia, it's just a whole "wow, what a fucking bitch" kind of hate and you just want to see her get hers in the end. The show needed one of those, IMO.

Was I the only one expecting something to happen when Bernard and Rose were reunited? I almost expected another "stray gunshot" or something else tragic to take them both out.

    The Devile's Rejects

Whoever cried during this movie is an idiot. Seriously. The only emotion Rob Zombie's movies enduce in me is the need to ask for my fucking money back because they're such an over-hyped, over-indulgent waste of time.
  19. Yeah, and those three word posts (in this and a ton of other threads), three years after the fact, are really adding to the conversation. If this is a new gimmick, it's fucking retarded.

    The Devile's Rejects

It's not even a horror movie, IMO.

You have to play from Exhibition and make sure all the eliminations are done by you alone... no CPU help. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not true. I had CPU help and it worked for me.
  22. Are you a moron? Why are you bumping old threads if you have NOTHING to add to them?

Yeah, but it's a shitty, and very annoying remix of Symphony of Destruction.
