Heh, just had a thought. He and Jin should form an alliance and open an Island branch of WRH. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Who? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Wolfram & Hart. The actors who play Jin & Bernard also played WRH lawyers on Angel.

Christ, can we just fuck off with the mini's already?? Didn't they learn anything the last time they tried crap like this?

First off, the search feature on this board is wierd. It wouldn't let me search for "y the last man" because "one or more of the search keywords is less than 4 characters long" - whuuut? So, I apologize if there's a thread on this already. Anyway. Anyone reading this? I am about to finish the 5th GN in the series. The 6th comes out sometime in November. Really good series, IMO. It's almost like the "LOST" of comic books, for me, right now.

I can't stand parsimons (fruit), grapefruits (but I like some varities of grapefruit juice) and most canned soups that you have to add water to (ie: Campbells, etc). Oh, and Indian food. I tried to like it, really. But no dice. I can deal with spicey stuff, but there's something about Indian spices that just make my stomach HURT!

What episode are we up to on this? I've downloaded 1 to 4 so far..

Glenn Quinn (RIP) aka Doyle on Angel and Mark on the Rosanne sitcom.

US champ. World Champ is going to Daivari. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hell yeah, good point! Magic Carpet Rides for all!

I think a single elimination tournament would suffice. And then after that, each "official" match should count toward a ranking system, moving the wrestlers up and down depending on wins and losses. IMO, wrestlers in the same "divisions" should face eachother until they have enough points to move into the next division. ie: Rank 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, and so on. That said, wrestlers should also be able to challenge wrestlers in other divisions, and get the match but only if the challengee accepts. Maybe add a point bonus if a wrestler from a lower division defeats a wrestler from a higher division. I'm just basing this off the rules I use for an efed that I run.

10 bucks says Shane sides against the other three.
-
This is retarded.
-
Nevermind the tag belt, he'll be World Champ when I get this game.
-
I like the fixes from Porter & Steviekick. It makes more sense to let the players do their "official" match at some point during the week - before a deadline of course - rather than setting it to two specific days.
-
So you can laugh at how stupid the gimmick is, RIGHT? Also, this gimmick is just going to be another in the long list of lame supernatural themed opponents for the Undertaker to go over. See: Fertig, Kevin - aka Mordecai.

I like the rules so far, lou. Especially the idea about "non-scheduled matches" being like house shows and only really counting for half a point (I'd stick with half, btw, but limit it to a max amount of points you can gain in these types of matches per week, month, whichever). Ie: wrestle non-scheduled matches all you want, but after a certain point you'll stop gaining half-points for it. With something like this, I 100% agree with the CAW-only rule. Normal efeds, where advancement is based off of promos, it doesn't really matter if you use a real wrestler. However, if in this game the pre-set WWE wrestlers are miles ahead of the CAWs (you only get a set # of stats to play with) then you're already at a huge advantage.
-
Are multi-person (six man) elimination matches available online this year? Those would be fun.
-
SK: I think that there wouldn't be a limit on who the CAW is, as long as it's creative, as Porter said. As for how often, I think that there should be set times/days/nights where you wrestle. Obviously we can wrestle whenever and the stats can be gathered for a site or something, but actual matches that are set for "events" should be scheduled ahead of time. I'm sure a lot of people who will be participating won't be able to be on constantly wrestling matches, so having a schedule that is flexible and works for everyone is a good idea, IMO.

Agreed, planning it out seems stupid. The only goal should be to win matches. Titles and such should be decided via a tournament, and then challengers via a simple points-based ranking system (+1 for a win, -1 for a loss). I disagree about making people designated jobbers. You can't force someone to take a dive in a videogame unless they want to.
-
Spanky's not in the game, so technically he'd be a CAW.
-
Truth or not, why do people care what Hogan thinks of RVD *cough*spotmonkey*cough*?
-
True. I wasn't asking for that feature, I was just wondering if that would be something that's expected (ie: to build characters, etc).

I think it says "match cards & feuds"
