Dude, fan or not, that movie was f'n horrible! Just... HORRIBLE.

The One and Only Angel Season 5 Thread

You're right. Faith's character actually surpassed the regular scoobies rather than matching them. I'd rather have a Faith spin-off than a lame Willow or Xander one..

    Canadian WWE Farm system

Moncton? Holy obscure location. Christ, they should open a school in Anchorage, Alaksa, while they're at it.

Is Smackdown catching up with Raw?

    That was an improvement?

    New WWE Books

I'm surprised that Edge can spell his own name.
  7. Oh, yeah, it's ongoing. They're coming up on issue 11 right now. Every six issues they do a trade paperback of six collected into one book. You can pick up the first volume [issues 1-6] for a really low regular price - it was only 13.95 here in Canada. It's on Image comics. This is a link to issue 11: http://www.imagecomics.com/cgi-bin/index.c...3=WalkingDead11 OH! There's also a five page preview from Issue 1 up on their site, here: http://www.imagecomics.com/cgi-bin/index.c...500x770&cover=1

    GTA: San Andreas

You mean how they make one damn commercial for a game, show it a billion times, then use the same commercial a billion times when it goes greatest hits, and then AGAIN when it gets ported to the x-box? Or do they have other annoying marketing I'm forgetting? Last time I checked, not too many publishers make more than one commercial for a game. I can't even remember the last time that I've seen multiple commercials for one game. That and I've never once seen a Rockstar games commercial. Ever. Print-ads, yes. Television commercials, no.

    Most memorable/bizarre video game manuals

I remember when old WWF games used to include bios of the wrestlers in their manuals.. I'm so glad they got rid of that. They were always riddled with mistakes and errors.. it pissed me off just to know that the developers of the games *cough*ACCLAIM*cough* didn't even know enough about the WWF to get the info correct.

    DEF JAM VENDETTA II

You've gone through the game and haven't learned a second style? They only cost 2500 dev points each dude, you should've been able to do that by at least 40% through the story mode. As for unlocking Jervis, Starks, Jacob, Stingray, Suspect, etc.. you have to do those ones manually, I believe. The only "shop" characters who show up in fights in story mode are Manny & Snowman.. well, Rollins too, but he's already unlocked from the getgo.
  11. a] 28 Days Later had 'infected crazy people' not zombies. b] 28 Days Later is of a different genre and Shaun of the Dead is a comedy with very few serious moment. c] Comparing the two movies is lunacy.
  12. Damn, how'd you do that? With a preorder in person or is this through a web site?
  13. That would be a hella cool scene in ANY zombie flick right there....... *covers self in rotting flesh to avoid zombies* *realizes there are no zombies* You ever read the comic 'The Walking Dead' by Robert Kirkman? That's where I first saw the idea used. I highly reccommend the series if you're into zombies.. which you obviously are!
  14. $26? How the fuck...?
  15. I thought that was cool. But I don't know if that'd ever work for a "serious" zombie movie. I mean, the zombies are after your flesh because it's not rotting, so they'd probably realize you're faking and go right after you. Now.. cover yourself in rotting flesh and you'd probably have a sure fire escape plan as long as you can stomach the smell.

Nope, they did his tattoos fairly accurate actually. Right down to the crimson ghost.

Depends on your style. I've noticed, off the bat, that you'll only have three moves per button, times two for the strong modifier.. for a total of 12. So, that's Weak: Square, Square Left/Right, Square Up/Down. Strong: Square, Square Left/Right, Square Up/Down. Weak: Tri, Tri Left/Right, Tri Up/Down. Strong: Tri, Tri Left/Right, Tri Up/Down. But, I've noticed that after upgrading to two other styles - I'll end up with a different move for every direction and button, weak or strong, for a total of 20 moves. I don't know how it works with just one style upgrade as I've always waited to have enough points so that I can upgrade two at once. Plus, it really is true about the wrestling style only mattering with the grapples. Most of the other styles you just get a strong "clinch" grapple that allows you to pull off strike combos from the grapple position, and their weak grapples will be the ones with more variety.

    Resident Evil: Apocalypse

Are you retarded? How many times do they have to say that the movie storyline has nothing to do with the videogame storyline? Fuck, I'm the biggest RE fanboy I know and even I don't care about this..

    Silent Hill 4: The Room

I rented it over the weekend. Almost have it finished. I'm going to have to re-rent it, though, or deal with late-fees. It's pretty good, and creepy, and easily the best SH game I've played -1, I've only played once. 2, never played. And 3 annoyed the hell out of me.

    Ju-On The Grudge......

Oh sorry. The way it was worded it looked like you were saying the color difference was a way of telling the video and theatrical. No worries, it was a long-long day/week.

    Ju-On The Grudge......

Uh, I didn't say which was which there buddy. I was giving him info on both in general. ...and, Mike, check this online site out, HKFLIX.com, if you're interested in buying the theatrical versions in another region. Ju-On: The Grudge Ju-On: The Grudge 2

    Land of the Dead

Didn't stop Dario. REALLY didn't stop Dario. But I doubt she is nude anyway. Really doesn't fit into the stories of the Dead series. Well - she's gotta take a shower at some point.. right? RIGHT?!

    Ju-On The Grudge......

I meant the original theatrical release, not the television movies. Ebay. They both petty much have the same cover - a face with a hand over it - but one is blue and one is red. This auction ends in 1 day, but there are tons of copies floating around - legit & bootleg. Be forewarned, though, the second tv movie only contains about 45 minutes of new footage and is generally considered to be a piece of crap.. the rest of the movie is spent "flashing back" to what happened in the first tv movie.
