There are three ways... 1] Block a strike. Hold R1 to block an incoming strike. 2] Counter a strike. Press R1 and a direction when your opponent throws a strike at you. If you hit the correct direction [usually toward the enemy] you will grab his fist or leg, or whatever, and it'll leave him open for a move of your own. 3] Counter/Block a grapple. Just press Punch or Kick as soon as the guy lands his hands on your shoulders in the grapple animation. You'll either shove him off or kick him away.

You have to 'develop' the moveset, like the last one. The more styles you learn, and the order you learn them in, is the deciding factor on any given moveset. The only thing you can actually change yourself are the Blazin' moves.

Oh man, it's totally satisfying me so far. At first I was kind of annoyed at how tough the AI is.. but after getting used to the controls it's rather easy to cope with.

I hope they ad some kind of 'arena echo' or sound treatment to the announcers though.. right now it just sounds like a plain old voiceover. Not that it realllly matters to me. I always turn that and commentary off for my games.

You can get used GCs for that much anyway. I'd rather Nintendo worry about getting people to, you know, make games for the Cube. That and maybe redesign that pad's stupid-looking control layout. Yes. I think focusing on not making the Gamecube a glorified paper weight [which is what mine is right now] should be Nintendo's top priority when it comes to that sad excuse for a gaming console.

My thoughts exactly. Guy always seems to have tried hard to entertain the fans, and that's about all you can ask for. Favourite Bossman feud: Bossman vs. the Heenan Family. Definitely. Also, the amount of charity work this guy did in his time off was insane. A really great guy and was never once rude to a fan from what I've heard. My favorite feud had to have been with Hogan. Back in the day, that stuff was gold for a mark/kid like me. Though, my actual favorite Bossman moment had to be when he returned to WWF as a masked member of the Corporation.. the night he unmasked.. we all knew it was him, but it was just great nonetheless!

That's what I'm hoping for. Though, I liked the simple switch on the side of the SP. All in all, though, there's just something about portable 3D gaming that just doesn't appeal to me. Maybe I'm just biased to 2D SNES-ish stuff for the SP..
