Meh..he's someone I'd occasionally play as. Hardcore Holly to...I mean I hate the guy, but for some reason I feel like playing as him. His character model just looks cool... I play as like Atrain and stuff occasionally on HCTP so why wouldn't I use Palumbo at some time? Heh, A-Train gets no love on my PS2. I even banished him from any of my seasons on HCTP.

There's not even an insert inside the dvd, you know the usual list of chapters, etc... nada. It's pretty barebones, actually. Though, I would've liked to have seen some interviews and behind-the-scenes-while-filming stuff, just to see how the actors prepared for such a brutal task.

World Title. By far. I would have originally said the WWE/F title, but it's gone pretty far downhill for the past while now, and I think that the World title has gone nowhere but up since they got it off of Goldberg.

I rented it and finished story mode within 24 hours. Not too shabby. The AI is a little cheap at times, but it was still a fucking huge improvement over the last two WWE titles for the Cube. The entrance customization is boss, but the fact that your entrance changes to some generic one once you win a belt in story mode is lame. Does anyone know if the storylines are exactly the same for both Raw & Smackdown? I did the Smackdown one, but I've returned the game already. I got the impression from the credits that the storys would be the same but just with a different roster.

...are there people here who would actually play as Chuck Palumbo? He's going to be one of my resident job-boy's that's for sure.

Online play was confirmed a while ago, dude. Oh, really? whoops. Last I heard it was still "well, they're testing it, but we can't really officially say anything" Yeah, I think a few weeks ago there was an IGN posting that said online play was confirmed. But only one-on-one so far, or something.

Yes, hooray for those 600 former Acclaim employees who are now out-of-work... I never said I didn't feel sympathy, and later on in my post said as much especially regarding Acclaim's practices toward their employees in the final days. Fuck the higher-ups and executives for leading them into this situation and not even giving the employees a chance to get off the sinking ship, however. But still. Who celebrates when a company goes out of business? I mean, it's not like they're all secret nazi's or something. Sure they made crappy games most of the time, but was anyone being forced to play them? Nope.
