I'm actually happy that Warner has gone from "hot" actors to great character actors, but Michael Caine? As Alfred? Alfred had better have a meaty role to justify this, otherwise I don't see the point other than more stunt casting. So anyways, count me as still skeptical about the whole thing, and as one of the masses that hopes Warner can prove me wrong. They probably want some "names" in the movie, and with Caine being kind of acclaimed lately [with the Quiet American] they probably figure that it'll bring in more people to see "a star studded cast." That said, I really hope that he gets a scene where he gets to kick some ass. Caine is a bad mofo! ;p

Depending on the diet he went on, it proabably was perfectly healthy. I mean, if it was 30 pounds [i'm only guessing with my eyes] and he lost 10 pounds a month.. that's pretty standard.

Dude he didn't lose weight in a healthy weigh. It was because he had throat cancer and his body was weak, he probably barely ate. He doesn't look good at all...it looks like he's had it rough...which he has. You act like he's a skeleton. His skin is a healthy colour and doesn't look pale or sallow at all. He looks fine. I'm saying that the way he lost the weight wasn't healthy. Yes he may be better now but when he was losing that weight he wasn't at all. I didn't say that the way he lost the weight was healthy. If anything, I meant that he looks healthy considering all he's been through.

I ended up using my SNES Game Genie more as an adapter to play imports than for the actual "game cheat" thing. Just had to break off the little clips that stop imported games from going in, and voila. Of course, you could do that on your SNES.. but that voids the warranty, and doing that to the GG seemed like the lesser of two evils.

Holy crap, Season 5 comes out in less than two weeks! I'd completely forgot the release date! Awesome! Looks like I'm grabbing myself an early X-Mas prez.

I'm all over this. In fact, I've already dropped hints to the Mrs. about a possible X-Mas present. Otherwise, the only other music DVDs I have are the Alice in Chains video collection - which rules. And both of the Skinny Puppy DVD's [video collection and Ain't It Dead Yet, live show]... I guess you could also count the CASH dvd that came with Johnny's last album, too. I'd really like to be able to find a DVD of [old school] Misfits shows, with Danzig et al.

Oh, and does anyone know when Season 2's DVD set comes out? All I can find is, "the first half of 2004," and that's pretty vague in and of itself.

I still don't get why City gets Smallville a week late.. especially when their 'sister station' VR gets Angel [another WB show] right on time. Very wierd. Oh well. This/last weeks episode rocked. Insane Lex is a good good thing. I also love the fact that they used some CASH ["hurt"] in the shows soundtrack too!
