Rambling sentence alert: Someone from Gaming Ring was doing some update on this and they said something to the effect of that it'll play like King of Colosseum. Which got me to thinking.. do they mean gameplay or how the game works? The gameplay was already described by THQ as very arcadey.. which KOC is not.. so unless they're changing that.. the only thing I can think of is the cross-game importing of characters. The first KOC had two games.. red and green.. and if you had both you could import back and forth. I know it says that they're going to do that with SDvR.. but wouldn't it be cool if they were releasing other discs with Legends of WCW or Legends of the 80's or something like that? It's a stretch.. I know. But it's also the only way I can think of them backing themselves out of a corner with the Legends of WrestleMania title of the game. They should've just called it "Legendary Entertainers of Sports Entertainment"

I thought everyone would see through the weak misdirection and know that Hiro is the catalyst and not Claire. I mean, he hid it in his son...makes the most sense. That's fine if true.. but even if it is, Arthur doesn't know that. He's moving forward as if it were Claire. If he did know it, then he would've taken Hiro with him. I'm not trying to dog on this show for the sake of dogging on it.. I really want to love it like I used to. But really.. it's just getting brutal.

Not only that.. but why wouldn't Hiro just go back in time again and prevent Daphne from taking the formula?? Or if not that, have Parkman get Hiro to go back in time to stop Peter from going to Pinehurst and getting his powers taken. This is the problem with a time traveller in the storyline.. there's really no excuse for any of this shit to be happening when someone has a power like that - unless he has his powers taken away or is killed.. neither of which Arthur followed through on. No, instead he makes him a 10 year old. Yeah, that's some great writing. This show really gets on my fucking nerves.

Same here.. that was a great moment, IMO. When Vickie came out, and was joyfully shouting "he's here!" my buddy and I knew it had to be Edge and not Hardy. And that Grizzly beard he has just made him look bat-shit insane. I really like how the title scene on SD is shaping up.. I may have to actually watch the show now, lol.

I think it's worth picking up. It's the only Smackdown game I've enjoyed immensely since Here Comes the Pain. As for the WCW stuff.. you can unlock the WCW "brand" to categorize your wrestlers. It's just a cosmetic thing, there's also a "Free Agent" and "WWE Legend" brand. For the entrance themes.. I love that they included the custom stuff on PS3 this year. So cool! I've changed Regal's theme to his heel theme from a couple years back, Kane's to his Slow Chemical version, Taker to his Ministry of Darkness version, Victoria to that remix of that Tatu song she used to use.. and of course, Tommy Dreamer to Man in the Box. Oh, and my CAW uses "The Champ is Here" by DJ Green Lantern & Jadakiss. I just find it adds a lot of longevity to the game, IMO. Now, next year, let's have it so that we can upload video files to be used as entrance videos! How kick ass would that be?!
