Finally - got my disc replacement envelope today!
-
Man you people read way too much into just about everything.
-
EDIT: Scratch that - here it is: http://www.fireproclub.com/forum/viewtopic...=25&t=13104 It's for the US Version, FYI. I also think you have to be registered at the forum to download it.

Holy shit! Good for Show!

There's no doubting the awesomeness of Terry O'Quinn - but Locke is a character I would love to see taking a dirt nap, permanently.
-
Better why? Because they don't bleep out the swearing?
-
SPLA-AT! That's awesome!

Because of all the fighting skills you want to learn to defend yourself with.. worked pro wrestling is right at the top.

I have a hard time believing that someone is sitting there typing these out. Why the hell would you pay someone to do that when there are tons of automated tools out there to do it for free. Feeds don't have to be lists that take you to other sites.. they can be multi-layered and you can apply templates to them as well.

I'm not ready to say best episode ever, either, but it's definitely the catalyst episode of this season for me. I wasn't into this season much at all until this episode. Can't wait to see the enhanced version next week. Agreed on Desmond living. At least, if not that, then he'd better die a pretty damn noble death in the end.

Wouldn't the fact of what Daniel found written in his notebook - - pretty much confirm that he's caught in the same time-warp thinger?

Meh, whatever. The Wii isn't a PC or a "first person shooter console" (cough*360*cough) so voice or text chat is really not something we need. I mean really, what the hell could you chat about during Mario Kart? It's not like it's Call of Duty or Warcraft or something... Also - the less 14 year old gamers I have to actually LISTEN to, the better.

The Curry Man mask has had hair in the past, and it has also had no hair. That said, here is a close up pic from his TNA debut. It's pretty obvious that it's Daniels... http://www.flickr.com/photos/jl_model/2210652419/

True. But not everyone owns every other DVD that's been released. Plus, I can understand doing this sort of thing for say, a John Cena DVD, because he's really no one in the grand scheme of wrestling history. But Austin is a pretty iconic figure, you'd think that they'd make an exception. Also, I know the Bret WM13 match is on the Hitman's DVD set.. but what set is the HBK/Austin/Tyson one on? Cuz whatever it is, I don't have it.
-
I'm just making these posts as I watch the Austin DVDs.. but what's up with them leaving out Bret/Austin at WM13 and HBK/Austin with Tyson as the ref? Austin even says in the documentary parts that these are two of his most favourite matches.. and yet they just get skimmed over. Wierd.
-
Also: Anyone find the audio wierd on the Austin DVDs? I noticed it gets lower after his ECW promos.. and then during the HBK/SCSA vs Owen/Bulldog match on disc two, the commentary sounds like they're announcing inside a tin can.
-
Anyone have the WCCW dvd yet? Is it worth picking up?

John Cena calls out the The Rock for leaving wrestling

There's no point, or pay-off, to these types of appearances. -
John Cena calls out the The Rock for leaving wrestling
dubq replied to QuestionMan's topic in The WWE Folder
Well, considering Hart had a stroke obviously he's not going to be expected to wrestle. The Rock? Not so much.. -

But who's to say HOW he should contribute? "Anyone who says they still love the business should still work matches whenever we want them to" is more like it. Which is a bullshit expectation, IMO. -

Odd that Cena (or WWE?) would make these kinds of comments considering the Rock is coming back to induct his father and grandfather into the HOF. -
I envision this game having lots of puzzles that you have to solve.. but you don't know why you're solving them.. but before you can finish solving one puzzle, you're given another one to solve and then they forget about the previous one. Just like on TV!
