Oh, fuckin' terrific. As if the Paire shippers needed any more ammo. Plus, won't this make things incredibly awkward on set, considering they play cousins? Actually, Peter would be Claire's uncle, not cousin.. I mean, I knew the guy looked sleazy but I didn't take him for the creepy uncle who hugs you for just too long, type.

Anyone have any recommendations for this? I can copy DVD's just fine, I just want to know how to rip specific clips into MPEG or whatever from Disc.

My gut says that one of the Club Nintendo rewards was a specially shaped (either NES or SNES) Classic Controller, but I can't find the news of it anywhere. It was also revealed today that the Wii Download channel, in addition to offering DS demos, can offer full DS games. Yup, it's Club Nintendo only, but Play-Asia apparently is getting their hands on some.

I've never understood this complaint. Are you standing up and playing at the same time? Why not just set the remote on the side of your chair or on a table nearby or something??

I really liked this movie even though the plot was kind of weak and predictable. I think the cast and their delivery, cinematography and soundtrack really amped up my enjoyment of this film enough to consider seeing it a secone time.

Aside from the last two, that list pretty much right there for me. I don't know what Tropic Thunder is and I don't put much stock into anything involving the Incredible Hulk these days (or ever for that matter). Also, doesn't Midnight Meat Train come out this year too??

Gotta say - I really dig Bleach. I didn't think I would, but it had me hooked instantly! I can't wait for the second season boxed set - whenever it comes out.

I'm down with that LJ for sure. I also love that MOH doesn't even use friend codes. I'm going to create an ID just for TSM called TSM_dubq or something similar. Anyone else aside from LJ play? Maybe I'll bring this up in the game nights thread..

I gotta say, I picked this up with a gift card, and only paid about $6 for it. I haven't been into shooters like this since the first iteration of Counter-Strike, but damn MOH:H2 is fun. I bounced right into an online game and came in second place - first try! The controls really are intuitive too. I really like being able to control the gun with the Wiimote and move with the nunchuk control stick. I always thought it was so awkward playing these types of games with a PS2 controller and trying to move with the left stick and aim with the right stick. Either way, for me, good purchase!

Did anyone pick up Medal of Honor Heroes 2 back in November? I've been seeing it around for about $10 cheaper than it normally is lately and was wondering if anyone here plays it still or at all...?

Because I thought it was fucking terrible. A generic Hollywooded-up version of what felt so creepily different in the original. Also, faithful? It retained "Leatherface, cannibal family, teenagers dying, Texas" and then pretty much made it up as it went along, especially that godawful ending. For that matter, what's with the love for Halloween 2? I thought it completely lacked everything that made the first movie so great, and was basically a Friday the 13th flick with a different mask. Especially the ridiculous finale, where they went so over the top in Wile Coyote-ing Michael to death that I never once bought that he could've lived through it. Speaking of "Friday the 13th", there's going to be a remake of that as well in the future. Michael Bay is producing it, and the director of "Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning" will be directing it. I think Friday the 13th is a much better choice to re-make than Halloween. It took until Part IV for the Jason character to really hit its stride, anyway. Nevermind. Part IV should've been the end of that series.

I liked it. Didn't love it. But it felt almost like it was rushed, like something was left out in the interest of time. Anyone else get this vibe?

Black Tiger 2 is Eddy Guerrero, but he's not a default in the game, so you'll have to create him. Black Tiger 3 is Silver King, and is one of the defaults in the Mexican section. The Original Black Tiger (Mark Rocco) is also in there as a default in the New Japan section.

That's a translation boo-boo. The save inside matchmaker mode should be "quicksave" so that you can exit and play other modes but then go back to the same spot at some later point in the same gaming session.

I agree that you remake > original people are fucking nuts.
