Dunno if it's been mentioned.. but at the very bottom of www.wwe.com - in the fine print - is a link to the video.

Well at least now we'll probably get a nice Jericho DVD set pretty soon...
-
Heh, I just realized that. Oh well, they're all essentially the same game anyway.

I'm pretty when you're drunk? You're always pretty, Lushus.

Some pics of what's currently set up in my living room... I'll post more whenever I get around to setting up my SNES/SFC and all of it's games... (yeah I need a bigger tv stand...)

I seriously question the point of even making this movie when there are already active (Batman, Superman) and soon to be active (Wonder Woman) movie franchises out there for the main characters. Can't they just wait until this latest crop has run it's course and THEN make the big JLA movie?

Rarely.

Wow, they couldn't even get Sandman's finisher right: http://ps2.ign.com/articles/823/823136p1.html Oh and he has a normal entrance. It's so wonderful that Yukes is committed to authenticity...

Agreed. Also, I have to say that TNA spoilers are consistently some of the most BORING sounding shit I've ever read.

He's about the same size as Punk right now. I'd actually say he's about the size of Shawn Michaels - probably hovering around the 185lb mark. Ie: his real weight, not his billed as weight. Just a guess though from some of the promotional things he's been doing recently.

In an interview Jericho did with the Baltimore Sun back in July, they asked him if he would return for special appearances, and here's what he said: Q: When you do come back, do you want to work a full schedule again or do you want to be a guy who kind of comes and goes and makes special appearances? A: No, that’s not me. I’m “go hard or go home.” When I left, I never said I was retiring. I just said I needed a break and I said when the time was right and I could come back better than ever, I would. When I come back, it’s to come back and make a difference and to play the game. I don’t really think guys coming in for special appearances and leaving really helps. If you come in for one show every two or three months, it’s a good nostalgia thing, but you really can’t make any forward progress. You might as well just come out and wave at the crowd like an ex-president at a parade and then disappear. If I come back, it’s to do what I do best and become one of the biggest names in wrestling again. If it is Jericho it's probably going to be a "non-wrestling-chance-to-plug-my-book" type of deal. He doesn't look anywhere close to "in-ring" shape as was mentioned here earlier.

This thread has caused me to waste several hours surfing old consoles and games on ebay. Some really good deals on there these days.

I kinda felt the same way but I've only kept one system (pre-PS2 generation) - my SNES. My NES was long gone years ago and was unusable anyway, but the N64 which I just got rid of on ebay was really an underwhelming system for me. Almost as much as the Gamecube. I think I only had about 6 games for the N64 and less for the Cube. The SNES is where most of my fondest gaming memores took place which is why I'll never get rid of it or the games that I have for it.

One for myself, one for my wife, then my 3 boys have one. That'll do it..
-
^^ I was going to ask the same thing.

You are correct. Adam Baldwin plays Superman this time around. The animation style is very similar to the DCAU, though, with a few tweaks to make it look more "mature/gritty" - this is what was said in an issue of Wizard, anyway.
-
Fuck yes that was awesome! I am so glad this show has started up again!!

Paul Heyman isn't a bible-thumping Christian, I don't think TNA would want him.

The cover art isn't great, but it gives me a nostalgic feeling. It feels like a throwback/tribute to wrestling game covers of the past: Like these... Isn't Rikishi (Junior Fatu) a former WWE World Tag Team Champion?
-
Was Pro Wrestling ever released on the VC? I can't remember off the top of my head and can't seem to find a list of the games (that's not blocked from work, that is).

Same here. I have no real reason to buy the game other than I'm a huge "collector" of the Firepro series and I'd also like to see the game succeed as far as sales go in North America. EDIT: Oh, and also I'm hoping that the English translation can give me some insight as far as the logo editor goes. *headache*
