I'd start with IATSE - http://www.iatse58.org/ - you'll probably have to start out low no doubt but it's a foot in the door. Other than that it might be good to check out some of the studios/FX houses as well, such as Technicolor and see if you can get in with them.

Seriously. I've seen tv spots that "spoil" more than what you did above (ie: nothing).

It was confusing as hell and had piss-poor plot and dialogue. It was boring and overly formulaic. Yes, that is like a lot of other horror movies out there - but I'm not saying they didn't suck either. It's pretty bad when the most entertaining part of your movie are the DVD menus with Sid Haig. As for the hype not being (at least partially) Zombie's doing? Well I guess the ton of press he did leading up to the eventual pick-up and release of this film had nothing to do with it, hmmm?

Oh Bob, you so crazy. As for me.. I don't have a daily schedule, just a list of shows I'm interested in watching this season: Heroes, Prison Break and Dexter are my only real interests. Though Dexter might be a wait for DVD thing because I don't think I get a channel that carries it. Oh and possibly Smallville. It depends. If they don't bite the bullet and ACTUALLY kill off one of Clark's many annoying girlfriends I'm going to give up on that show for good.

HOTC was awful. Just confusing. And awful. Totally undeserving of all the hype that it received from being picked up and dropped by numerous studios for how "controversial" it was or whatever the reason was supposed to be.

Does WWE have to pay out royalties everytime they put a WCW match on a DVD of theirs (containing a worker who doesn't work for them)? I'm thinking it might be the same thing with the videogames. I would fully endorse Tony Schiavone coming in as a heel commentary guy. His voice expression is so much better in that one TNA promo than it's ever been when it's trying to be the straight-laced commentary guy.
