I think it depends on what pitcher you're talking about. For someone like Shawn Estes those are good numbers. For someone like Kerry Wood I think they're disapointing.

After nearly 6 full seasons you have to wonder if Wood will ever fully live up to the potential. He's not a bad starter, he just can't seem to get over the hump and pitch in the class of the elite pitchers.
