My 2 cents Interesting show with Kurt not being there nice to know TNA can run without 10 Kurt Angle check up segments Why do they call Chris Daniels just Daniels now? There are some people where one name can work AJ, Nash, Edge, but Daniels is not one of them Speaking of the whole shades of grey thing, why is Lethal Consequences so into knowing who Suicide is anyways? The Guns are because they are dicks who think it should be all about them but Lethal Consequences joining them in their fight seems a little out of character for them Also why are Sharmell and Jena even fighting did one of them do something that I am not aware of or should we assume its just because girls all hate each other? The Taylor Wilde stuff is a guilty pleasure for me in a so bad its funny way. Daffney going crazy screaming Where were you when they cut my hair and Lauren threatening to cut her with a broken glass sure had me laughing. Holliday should have had a better first match than that but it lets you know how the company views him or maybe they are just making him pay dues who knows Joe is booked confusing but if he beats Nash and his suprise mystery guy he's been talking to makes a big impact he might come out looking ok. If Nash beats him though I think I've lost all intrest in Joe in TNA I like Don West could have done without the Jarrett videos but Foley sure had the crowd eating out of his hand Maybe Eric Young should put his career in TNA up to get into the title match at Sacrafice, I know he won't but the way he's been going around looking for an oppurtunity seems almost like the next logical step

who once managed Yokozuna along with Mr. Fuji

Idk dude not everyone is an old school wrestling fan hell some people only remember them as the Legion Of Doom The Legion Of Doom was a strong dominate team in WWF but no where near the dominance of the NWA and they never were able to recapture that popularity that they did in the NWA as the Road Warriors Now I think that if you were 14 or 15 in 98-2000 you might remember the Dudleys more so than the Legion Of Doom especially if you choose to remember LOD 2000 or LOD with Droz and other stuff like that.

On tonight's edition of "WWE Superstars," by order of Raw General Manager Vickie Guerrero, Hornswoggle will face Big Show in one of the biggest mismatches in WWE history ECW Champion Christian will take on Mark Henry. How will Captain Charisma fair against The World's Strongest Man and former ECW Champion? Intercontinental Champion Rey Mysterio looks to make a statement when he faces off against Shelton Benjamin. Will The Gold Standard show he is deserving of a title opportunity? So what do we all expect from tonight's show? A Cena run in to distract the Big Show? A John Morrison run in to distract Shelton before Jericho runs down to set up a tag match for Smackdown?

Maybe we're just using different criteria I'm thinking about overall success and longevity and popularity with the not so hardcore fans. ECW being a small show doesn't matter for me because it was the small but still the 3rd biggest during a boom period. Now if they had stayed in ECW I would agree with you but since comming to the WWE and being one of the main forces in the Tag division, again during a boom period, that they have more than proven that they arn't a small time act. Add to that stuff like winning the titles in Japan, the ties with pop culture, Wassup headbut anyone?, and the Get The Tables phrase I think a lot of people will remember them longer than the Road Warriors or the Hart Foundation. Also they are a tag team thru and thru. When broken up neither had any type of success as singles, which distinguishes them from say the Stieners where Scott became a star on his own or the Hart Foundation where Brett became a huge star on his own

How to get your first push in WWE Beth: Santino, HHH says your next Santino: NOOOOOO!!!! Beth: Its either that or wear a dress

Denver has looked tough thru the playoffs Even though they got handled by the Lakers late in the season if the Western Confrence Finals is LA-Denver then expect it to go 7 games. The X factor in that series could will be the bench
-
The Road Warriors and The Dudleys are 1 a and 1 b for sure. They were totally different teams with the Road Warriors being straight ass kickers and the Dudleys being shit talking heels. The Dudley legacy was hurt by the forced name change when they came to TNA

Poor Hogan, Linda has taken him out like no fat 80's heel could ever do
-
Well Lashley couldn't pull it off real well and neither could Harry when he first debuted on Raw. Its too much of a transition move maybe if he Oklahoma stampeded it but I'm hoping he just comes up with something new all together
-
I think they go down as the greatest american tag team ever hard to argue with the stints in every major org and the number of titles worn meaning they have had success every place they go too Even tho they were stale as hell breaking them up back in the WWE at the end of their run was dumb as hell
-
Ya Christian is a good cocky face he plays it well. Count me in for liking the New Hart Foundation I sure hope Smith has a better finisher than powerslam I always thought that looked a little weak as a finisher but the Hart Attack is a great double team move straight and to the point.

If the US title picture is those four guys for the next 6 months I would be happy as I think all four could have some good matches maybe throw in Kendrick or someone else too. They kinda did a good job making Batista look like a threat, him just going crazy with the chair was kinda cool when is the last time a face did that? Now do I think he is going to win at Judgement Day? No and do i think Orton will beat him clean? No to that one too

throw away show for a weak ppv not much in the way of wrestling action

After that horrific beating Cena got last week who knows if he'll even be there tonight wouldn't be suprised to see Miz call him out again

Another Thursday another TNA Impact looks like another good show to build to Sacrifice. Hopfully all the matches get some good time to shine. Anyone think The Guns jump Suicide after his match? I'd love to that little program continue. Anyone think Jethro Holliday will do big things tonight in his match with Beer Money? Anyone think Kong doesn't kill Velvet Sky in her quest to win her title back? - In perhaps the biggest match in TNA "iMPACT" history, for the first time ever it will be the entire Main Event Mafia teaming up in a 10-Man War to battle the TNA Frontline! On Thursday's broadcast, it will be Kurt Angle, Sting, Kevin Nash, Booker T and Scott Steiner taking on TNA World Heavyweight Champion Mick Foley, Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and Daniels! What will happen when the Main Event Mafia goes to war with TNA Frontline? Tune in and find out - don't miss this huge bout! - The broadcast will also feature X Division Champion Suicide taking on Consequences Creed in a non-title match! Can Suicide continue his dominance of the X Division? - The Team 3D Tag Team Tournament continues, as Beer Money, Inc will face the team of Eric Young and newcomer Jethro Holliday - Awesome Kong will battle The Beautiful People's Velvet Sky in a Stretcher Match! This past week, Kong annihilated Madison Rayne and sent her out on the stretcher - will Velvet Sky suffer the same fate on Thursday? All this and much more on Thursday's huge "iMPACT!" on SpikeTV starting at 9/8c! Plus, more news on the May 24 "Sacrifice" Pay-Per-View event!

Classic Fights Listing and a little time with Rampage AGOURA HILLS, Calif. - UFC light heavyweight Quinton "Rampage" Jackson was in peak form in the moments before his Friday afternoon bout with UFC champion Chuck Liddell. "I'm going to whoop his ass," Jackson said of Liddell. "Same thing I did to him the first time. ... When the time comes, I'm going to break the ice. You feel me? That's what I do. I'm the ice-breaker." Of course, this time "Rampage" wasn't at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Jackson was at THQ's headquarters for the final preview event for "UFC 2009 Undisputed." But that didn't mean the former UFC champ was any less focused. Jackson was there to show off the game's "Classic Fights" feature. "UFC 2009 Undisputed" producer Neven Dravinski explained the play mode. "We allow you to pick 12 fights that have happened in UFC history, and we do a lot of extra presentation on it," Dravinski said. "We have Rachelle Leah, who was one of the previous octagon girls of the UFC, introduce each fight. ... Not only will we be introducing it with Rachelle, but we have the actual pre-fight montage from the UFC broadcast as part of the presentation. "It's just a little cool extra something to leverage our stuff that we get from the UFC and kind of just give you an insight into the past and creation of these characters." Jackson was at THQ to relive his UFC 71 main-event bout with Liddell, the night "Rampage" claimed the UFC's light-heavyweight title. Jackson was immediately impressed with his character model. Mostly. "I look ripped," Jackson said. "I'm all fat as hell right now, but look at that boy. He's sexy. Except for that fat-ass jaw. I look like a black-ass chipmunk." Jackson immediately devalued his own virtual build when the screen turned to Liddell's introduction. "Ya'll gave Chuck a six-pack?" Jackson asked Dravinski. "Ya'll are generous around here. Chuck looks good as hell. He hadn't looked like that since he was 15 (years old)." Once the action got underway, Jackson lived up to his end of the bargain. Just as in the original May 2007 contest, Liddell met the canvas in the opening frame. Jackson did little to hide his enthusiasm for the repeat performance. "Where your mouthpiece at?" Jackson yelled at the screen. "Where your mouthpiece at?" Once the thrill of victory had waned, Jackson said he was happy with the final look and feel of the soon-to-be-released game. "I knew [THQ] was going to do a good job," Jackson said. "I'm very pleased with this game. "I'm going to play with myself all the time, now. I mean, uh, I'm going to play with my character." The UFC and PRIDE veteran did have one significant complaint about his character that he believes THQ may have gotten wrong. "[The game] did me justice, but [THQ] didn't give me no head kicks because they said I ain't never kicked nobody in the head in a fight," Jackson said. "But they don't come to my practice. Why don't they come to my practice and see I kick folks in the head – little short people. "If they'll get on their knees, I'll kick them in the head." Jackson, who considers himself an avid gamer, said he looks forward to "playing with himself" online. While "Rampage" admitted he still needs to reconnect his Xbox 360 after a recent move, the former light heavyweight champ said he'll be available for matchups via an Xbox Live Gamertag of "RampagexUFCx." Is it in the game? Further demonstrations of "UFC 2009 Undisputed" by the THQ staff showed that three different familiar faces will be seen as in-game referees. Herb Dean, Steve Mazzagatti and Mario Yamasaki will take turns managing the action. That's Mazzagatti with-the-mustache, by the way. "It's very important to note it's Mazzagatti with-the-mustache," Dravinski said. One iconic figure of the UFC will not make an appearance in "UFC 2009 Undisputed" – longtime MMA referee and former UFC employee "Big" John McCarthy. Dravinski told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) the decision was made through cooperation with the UFC to exclude McCarthy from the final product. "It's kind of a UFC thing," Dravinski said. "We went to them. We basically scanned as many people as we could, and then we made the decision with them, 'Who are we going to feature in this year's game?' "'Big' John hadn't been working for [the UFC] recently, so we decided not to go with him." McCarthy last officiated a UFC bout in December of 2007. The final number of playable characters in "UFC 2009 Undisputed" has also been a hot topic with gamers and fans waiting for the May 19 release of the heavily anticipated game. Published advertisements for an upcoming strategy guide produced independently by BradyGames have advertised "complete stats, bios, and strategic analysis" on "all 96 fighters." THQ insisted the final game will have 82 playable fighters, and three bonus playable "UFC-oriented personalities" with the previously reported inclusion of "Mask," "Punkass" and "Skyscrape" from the TapouT crew. The "UFC 2009 Undisputed" producer insisted he had no idea where BradyGames came up with the idea that 96 characters would be available for gameplay. "I saw that (advertisement), too," Dravinski said. "I don't know what that's all about. That might be including the (THQ created, lower-tier) guys we had in career mode. They might have double-counted the guys that can switch weight classes. I don't know." Additional previously published reports credited UFC President Dana White with promising MMA pioneer Royce Gracie as a character in the game. Dravinski deemed that to also be incorrect. "[White] was incorrect in that assessment," Dravinski said. "UFC Undisputed 2009" will be released May 19 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. "UFC Undisputed 2009" Classic Fights TUF 1 Finale: Stephan Bonnar vs. Forrest Griffin UFN 6: Karo Parisyan vs. Diego Sanchez UFC 66: Chuck Liddell vs. Tito Ortiz II UFC 71: Chuck Liddell vs. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson UFC 76: Forrest Griffin vs. Mauricio "Shogun" Rua UFC 77: Anderson Silva vs. Rich Franklin II UFC 79: Chuck Liddell vs. Wanderlei Silva UFC 79: Georges St. Pierre vs. Matt Hughes III UFC 80: B.J.
