He's playing Unreal Tournament, and first he's pissed because it doesn't start up right away, then he gets really happy because it starts (when he's singing, he sings "it's starting!! it's starting!!") then he gets pissed again because someone kills him. That's when he goes ballistic and smashes the keyboard. The story behind it, allegedly, the kid's parents set up a camera to record his behavior when he plays videogames, because apparently he's a fucking psycho with a short fuse. Shocking, eh?
