Spurrier is probably standing on a chair about to put his head in a noose, as South Carolina's got him on the brink of sanity.
-
It looks like Ole Miss stopped Tebow, which would be ball game. EDIT - It's official. Game, Ole Miss.
-
I think the Arkansas fans who ran Houston Nutt off last year are *REALLY* going to be regretting that by the end of the day, as Nutt will likely lead Ole Miss to a win over Florida while Arkansas gets ass-raped by Texas.
-
Florida gets the TD but Ole Miss BLOCKS THE PAT! 31-30 Ole Miss, 3:28 left.

7 differences in my game this week and I've walked away with the first 3 so far (UNC over Miami, UCONN over Louisville, and Duke over Virginia). Combine that with Florida's troubles with Ole Miss (which helps LSU) and I'm having a good day. EDIT- Pardon me, *8* differences. With 3 down, that will help me assure at least a tiebreaker with 1 more correct pick and an outright win with 2 more.

Ole Miss will have an offense to contend with Florida, but probably not the defense to do so. Auburn's going to help Fat Phil back his bags to leave Knoxville after this season.
-
I can't remember who Florida is playing this week, which is why I didn't mention them. (Auburn perhaps?)

No argument. Texas doesn't crack the Top 5 unless they beat Oklahoma in 2 weeks.
-
I don't see Bama jumping to #1 with a win over Georgia, even if it's an ass-kicking like the one they gave to Clemson, just because teams don't tend to jump that quickly in the polls. They can jump as high as about #4 or #5, IMHO, provided that no Top 7 teams but Georgia and USC lose this week. (This assumes Oklahoma beats TCU, LSU beats MS State, Texas beats Arkansas, etc.)
-
Considering that they shouldn't have dropped to #3 anyway Georgia has to be #1 if they beat the # 8 or # 10 team depending on the poll. Now if Alabama wins on the road, I would think they would end up at # 2 or very close to it since that would be the most impressive win that any of the top ranked teams would have. I can see that happening, as #3 Georgia beating #8 Alabama would be more impressive than #2 Oklahoma beating #20, give or take, TCU. That's provided that it's not a one-sided Alabama game that Georgia barely wins, like some prior USC escapes like the 2007 game against Washington.
-
Wait until they play Michigan... As bad as Michigan has sucked so far this year, I'll guess they can put it all together to beat an offensively impotent Buckeye team. (I'm assuming that Terrell Pryor's offensive spurt last week was a fluke.)

LSU's Bluegrass Miracle gets a mention by ESPN just as OSU recovers the ball. NOW that's game.
-
USC gets back in there, but they still have to recover the onside kick to have a chance. Even if they do that, they need to go probably 50 yards in less than 1:19 with only one time out.
-
TD, OSU. Game.
-
It's not Bored's fault that USC can't beat the worst teams in their own league.
-
Wow... That's pretty much game for OSU. They can put it in the end zone from 2 yards out and finish this one off.
-
USC has to go 97 yards for the TD to either go to OT or win it all. 1 TO left, around 3:15 left.
-
Rey Maualuga just went down... not what USC wants to see when Rogers is running straight up the middle all night.
-
If Oregon State runs for about 3 1st downs, this one is over.
-
That's a bold one, considering Ohio State is around #12-15 right now.
-
Even if they win this game, this should drop them 3-4 spots, IMHO, because this Oregon State team isn't very good and already got smacked around by Penn State this year. Uhh no. They were the runaway #1 heading into the game. They lose some voters but they will still remain #1 or drop to #2/#3, no further, assuming they win. They were only the "runaway" #1 because they beat a Virginia team that's been shown to be horrible and an Ohio State team that's been shown to be overrated. Win or lose by USC, I think either Oklahoma, with a win over ranked TCU this week, or Georgia, with a win over Top 10 Alabama this week, will be #1 next week.

... WOW. 21-0 OSU off of the bobbled INT try by USC. Who will be #1 next week, win or lose by USC? Current #2 Oklahoma? #3 Georgia, with a nice win over #8 Alabama? Florida? LSU? Mizzou? Based on the current matchups, I'd guess Georgia gets the #1 spot if they win this weekend.
