If UCONN loses, it'll severely wound the national brackets but not kill them. A killing blow would be UConn losing and then Villanova losing to Arizona. Alternatively, LSU beating Duke and West Virginia beating Texas could do it as well, as Duke and Texas are the definite favorites out of Atlanta.

Technically, C-USA is still a major despite losing many of their top basketball programs to the Big East and A-10.

It's not hard for me to believe. GMs are not gods or anything. They talk business with their friends all the time. So it is entirely plausible for him to be truthful about Loomis. It's fine if you don't trust him, but don't say that it is because GMs are these robots that guards business secrets like they were the access codes to Fort Knox. Besides that, it's not like the Saints lose anything if a deal for Vilma DOESN'T go through... The Saints will find a taker for their draft pick , be it the Jets, Raiders, Packers, or someone else who wants either their choice of the top QBs on the board, DE Mario Williams, or OT D'Brickashaw Ferguison.
