No offense, man, but things WILL get changed. You can plan and plan all you want, but it's ultimately the other person's choice, really. It's like birthday trips, really...you can plan for a month to go to Hollywood with your friends and girlfriend, but then all of a sudden, "Sorry, I'm going to go see The Cramps instead." So you don't want to make it awkward for your one friend who can still go, so you scrap the idea, all the while not knowing when you might see your girlfriend next. .....Or, it could be the COMPLETE opposite...

The Libertines - Up The Bracket The Libertines - The Libertines YEAAAAAAAHHH!!!!

from end to beginning: -Hoff won?...what? Holy shit...I...I am stoked to all hell....I...wow. Congratulations to Hoff, and Crystal...you're hot. Seriously, though, the ending to that match was rad, with the handshake and all. I enjoyed all of it. Especially this line: Hehe. -FROG SPLASH TO THE OUTSIDE?! SINCE WHEN?! Drek and Panther are OFFICIALLY my two favorite characters in the OAOAST. Both of them are incredible writers and really have a good idea of what they want their character to come off as, and that's a hard thing to do. Great match. Match of the Night. Drek Stone vs. Hoff = MOTY already. -All I'm going to say: Leon Rodez > All of you. All i'm going to say. Congrats. -Hahahaha...I am an Evil little fucker, aren't I? AND I'm the NEW HI-YAH World Heavyweight Champion! HAHA!! Whooo...anyway, awesome match from Zack and Axel. All I wrote of the match was the intro where Rags bitches out Zack. That's it. Zack and Axel, good fuckin job. -I'm not going to lie, i skimmed up until Axel/Zack/Ragdoll...I'm sorry...

When I picked up the game on Tuesday at my local GameCrazy, the guy told that I had just purchased the LAST of 250 non-preordered GTA's. And I had got to the store 30 minutes after they opened. Shiiiiiiiiiiiiit. It's fucking awesome, though. Just recruiting guys and driving around, killing rivals, shopping, eating, getting tattoos...It's fuckin rad.

Although i made a complete ass out of myself before when one of these threads came out, i have since gotten over whatever was pissing me off. I still feel like a doosh, BTW. Ok, so...I was having my standard CAW match of Ragdoll vs. K-Money when I decided, "Hey...why not have Five Fatal Four Ways to decide who will face K-Money for the title?" So I had (and i'm not going to do PBP for the first four FFW's...too muxh time): FFW 1: Eddie Guerrero vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Paul London vs. Rey Misterio. Winner: Eddie G. FFW 2: Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho vs. Steve Corino vs. Charlie Haas. Winner: Steve Corino (surprised me too) FFW 3: Chris Benoit vs. Rhyno vs. Shawn Micheals vs. Spanky Winner: Chris Benoit FFW 4: Ragdoll vs. Undertaker vs. Kane vs. Big Show Winner: RAGDOLL!~ So, for the Final Fatal Four Way, it was: Eddie Guerrero vs. Steve Corino vs. Chris Benoit vs. Ragdoll So, the first elimination is at 10:32 and is Corino, obivously, and Benoit/Eddie gang up on Ragdoll. I, as Ragdoll, fight out of the double team and hit a Shining Wizard on Eddie to get the pin at 13:27. It was then that I thought, "I've seen Ragdoll/K-Money too many times..." and proceeded to let Benoit lock Ragdoll into the Crossface. No tap out, but a pin. I have yet to do Benoit/Money, but it's going to be really good. Probably the best FFW I had was the Corino/Jericho/Orton/Haas match, mainly because of the ending. Corino used the "handful of tights roll-up" to get the pin on the all red Jericho, who eliminated both Haas and Orton.

THUG 2 was released Wednesday, and the game focuses on a round the world "King of the Road" idea. Team Bam vs. Team Hawk, whoever has the most points at the end of the trip wins. The levels are Training Facility, Boston, Barcelona, Berlin, Australia, New Orleans, and Skatopia. So...right off the bat, this game is a disappointment. The gameplay is great, the CAS is great, but one major thing pisses me off about it: They took out Geoff Rowley, Arto Saari, Andrew Reynolds, and Jamie Thomas and replaced them with Jesse James (from West Coast Choppers), 13 year old skate fucker Ryan Sheckler, Phil "Bam's Dad" Margera, and Wee Man. Fucking Wee-man. Ok, two things...the levels are insaaaaanely small, especially the Boston and Australia levels. There's not enough room to "skate" and have a good skating sesh, you know? However, on the plus side: Gameplay is top-notch. It's still so over-the-top that it's fun. Create-a-Skater is much more in-depth, but because of the departure of Reynolds, Rowley, Saari, Thomas, and the like, there's only Birdhouse and Element boards to pick from. However, the cool thing is, you can now pick a voice for your skater, and there's more selections of apparel. A cool new feature called "Focus Mode" where you go in slow motion, making it easier to land gnarly tricks. Some of the objectives in the game center around this feature, and it's a lot of fun to use. If you fall, also, there's a new "Freak Out" meter, where you constantly tap the triangle button, and judging by how far you fill the meter, your skater freaks out harder. My favorite one is where he just picks up the board and slams it against the ground, snapping it in half. A lot of fun. So yeah, some good, some bad, and some Wee Man. No Geoff Rowley means lame, but once you get over that and break a couple of boards in the game, you have a good time. Anyone else got this game?
-
You don't understand. Geoff Rowley and Andrew Reynolds are the reasons I got the other games, so I could mainly see their pro movies. Now, they not only don't have pro movies, but my two favorite skaters, as well. It was a huge disappointment. Other than that, there are a bunch more flaws. The characters are all cartoony and super fake looking, as i said, the levels are tiny...like, THPS 1 style, and the story is just lame as hell. But yeah, Phil > Elissa....that's true.

My Ragdoll/K-Money feud was show by show. I had no idea what i was doing until it all ended, and I was like "Thank god that worked."
-
you have to admit, though...that GTA 3 commerical is really fuckin cool, what with the opera music and the rad mafia lines. One of the cities in San Andreas is based on Vegas, right?

So my buddy and I stop by the local Rasputin Music Store today, and I decide to spend my money on either the new Interpol album, or the first Libertines album. I chose the Interpol one, obviously. So far, it is quite a good album and is chock full of songs that i wouldn't mind listening to over and over again. So far, my favorite song would have to be either "Not Even Jail" or "Slow Hands." I would have to give it a ****1/2 out of 5. Quite good, but no "Room on Fire." Thoughts? Inquiries? Stresses? Heartaches?

Open Challenge has been accepted, and you'll find out by WHO on HELDDOWN!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~! HURRAH!!! P.S. - Everyone go out right now and buy The Libertines' "Up The Bracket" and their self-titled release. Both are excellent. Good.

What? She's hot. It's not like I like her because of her music.
-
Personally, I like "Substance 1977-1980" over "Closer," but my friend who got me into Joy Division got the cover of Closer tattooed on his inner bicep. It's a really good job, too. It looks perfect.

Oh...cool, Zack...Ragdoll makes his return, and yet, he's nowhere to be seen, hm? Real cool, bro...reeeeeeeeeeeal cool. But, since i'm in a good mood, i'll let it slide... I love you....I'm sorry! I didn't mean.....I love you.
