I walked in expecting a horror movie, but it turns out that this was, quite possibly, the most hilarious movie I've ever seen. The gaps in logic were astounding. "What if they can't cure my boy? KILL HIM!"
-
Sad, but true.

I wonder if Hurricane is in the hospital because Mack tried to give him a Tiger Bomb and ended up dropping him on his head... Anyway, Hurricane shouldn't have been such a dick. Mack is like twice his size, anyway.

I HATED Zwan. HATED THEM. Billy Corgan is the luckiest man on Earth...lots of success without an ounce of talent. It's quite amazing.

I'll have to admit, Inc does a much better job at giving me shit.

Good one! I'm hurt. Really, I am. I don't believe that I've ever claimed that Hispanics were drug dealers, either. "Got me!"

Oh, no doubt it's emotional. I remember when I first saw it and I was telling all of my friends about how they absolutely HAD to see this video. Everyone that I showed the video to agreed that it was one of the best videos they'd ever seen. Even those that had never listened to Johnny Cash were just standing there, going, "....whoah." The video blows people away. But to see the video and decide that you want to model your entire internet personality around it, that's just fucking pathetic. And one thread is fine to post a video in. But two? That's just overdoing it. We get it, you want everyone to understand that you LOOOOOOOOOVE Johnny Cash. You don't need to beat us over the head the fact. If you want to have a tribute to Cash, do something subtle. I wore all black today. I forced a moment of silence upon my English class. Something subtle gets the point across much better and doesn't make you seem like a fucking fanatic.

The problem is that I don't want to hear Justin Timberlake doing his faux-Michael Jackson voice singing "Folsom Prison Blues". "When I hear that whistle blowin', I hang my head and CRY ME A RIVER!" I don't want to hear Staind butcher "I Walk the Line" with their acoustic-emo-numetal blend. I really don't want to hear "Cocaine Blues" slaughtered by The Ataris. His music was too good, too important, too influential to be fucked with by artists in the current day and age. But if there were to be a Johnny Cash tribute CD, who would you like to see play what song? I'd kill to see Ryan Adams do any song...any song would do.

I really enjoy how he's going through the CE and Music threads and posting links to the "Hurt" video, then preaching about how he shed tears while watching it today. The kid's a fucking joke, and a poor one at that.

Is it still being split into two films? I saw a poster at the theatre a couple weeks ago and it said, "Kill Bill: Vol 1", so I'm assuming yes.
-
What about your main man Johnson?
-
Donkeylips! What's with the attitude? .....is this because I refused to cyber with you?
-
Well, you inadvertently pleased me. Good job.
-
good one, Donkeylips.

I agree with you whole-heartedly. But it's the same way when a wrestler dies: people who couldn't give two shits about their work are suddenly eager to jump on the bandwagon. I'm pretty sure we all know who the biggest perpetrator of the Cash bandwagon-jumping is...don't want to name any names...but it's a sad fact that the man, a living legend, the man in black, the man who was responsible for many boys named Sue, is no longer with us. But Hurt is a great song! I can't believe that Trent Reznor guy ripped off Johnny Cash's genius! ....kids these days.

Johnny Cash has been the background on my computer and IPAQ for what seems like an eternity now. It's a damned shame that he's gone. The worst part of the whole thing is what we're going to have to put up with in regards to music. I'm willing to bet that we're going to become inundated with Johnny Cash "tributes" and constant name-dropping. "Folsom Prison Blues" as performed by Justin Timberlake...just thinking about it makes me cry.

I think it would make more sense to rearrange those steps. Stomping a mudhole in his ass, walking it dry, then pissing on it defeats the purpose of walking it dry. Why would anyone in their right mind make something dry just to make it wet again? It boggles the mind. Cliches are passe, "CASH". Next thing we know, you're going to be telling us about how we're writing checks that our asses can't "CASH". That could be your new tagline! If I was Johnny Cash, I'd haunt you for all eternity.

Well, in a class of 50, I'm one of three other kids that got a 4 on the exam, so I'm alright with it. Everyone else got 2's, with one person getting a 3. Somehow I managed to get lumped in with the smart kids.

.....I feel hurt for him AGAIN. Jolly good show, Banky.
-
I feel hurt for him. And Johnson, please don't pretend to be Stone Cold Steve Austin.
-
Does this mean that I wasted my time getting that 4 on the AP US History exam? Damn, I feel cheated...

*Sigh* Can't we have one thread of intelligent discussion without it being ruined by HHHate? I sincerely hope that they leave Jericho as a tweener of some sorts. I couldn't stand him as a face, but he hasn't been too great as a heel thus far, either.
-
Either that or he sits outside the building with a sign and watches for customers...
-
How can he seriously claim that he's intelligent and that everyone else is pitiful? How? It hurts my head.... Head of Customer Relations = Technical Support. What you just described is much, much closer to CFO. And I doubt that someone would make you a CFO.
