Yeah...there's no way he's not picking himself. It's the first thing I thought when I read about it.

TNA Comments which don't warrant a thread

Well there can be no doubt that their growth in television of those 5 years has been nothing short of incredible. From no TV, to syndicated XPlosion in some areas, to bad midday Fox Sports show, to the internet, to late night weekend Spike, to late Thursday Spike, to Primetime Spike, to 2 hour Primetime Spike... That's a lot of growth in that department. -
NFL Week 14 - Dolphins? More like LOLphins! Amirite?

We've been having mild early winters in recent years. Outside of the October Storm last year...hell I was wearing a short sleeved t shirt in early December. January through March on the other hand has been shitty. -
Well...now someone needs to photoshop a Lance Storm picture.

I'm just now watching these 24/7 things. This is the best promotion for a fight I've ever seen. My hype level is through the roof right now. I'm glad I waited to watch them until the day of the fight.

Wait... You hope that DOESN'T happen? -
This is day 5 of the Jearan experiment...according to his sidebar

I'd actually like to see him start doing various tape reviews for us. Both TNA and non TNA events. Gold.

I'm rooting for Hatton. I wouldn't bet on him...but I'm rooting for him.

I didn't hate the way they did it. 3D talking down the X division as boys who would never grow into men if things were just handed to them...3D giving the belt back but Lethal saying that he'll prove himself in the ring...only to get screwed again by the bad guys... There are a lot of things that I don't like about TNA at this point. This angle isn't one of them. He stepped up and got screwed. It obviously ends with him standing victorious...and then it'll mean something. I just don't hate this. -

Daniels has always struck me as one of the most loyal company guys they have. Probably second only to AJ. He worked indys forever and knows he's never going to get a look from WWE (they had a decade to do it). When TNA pulled their guys from RoH he was right there in line. And that was before two hour primetime and monthly ppvs. Daniels (IMO anyway) is one of those guys who for better or worse is a TNA guy. -
I've seen the show with writers. ... ...this can probably only be better

He didn't even come close to the Virginia Tech record. What's the point of doing it if you're not going to go for the gold? -

I don't actually hate that at all. I kinda like that Lethal had a chance to get his belt back during the "heels steal the belt" angle...gets it and gets screwed out of it again. I kinda like that the champion is actually feuding to get his property back. -
Did you try starting all over? Turning the system off and then booting it up with the wired controller and not touching the wireless one? I had a problem with my guitar hero 2 guitar but I just fiddled until the damn machine accepted it.

I LOVED his match with Sabin at BFG 06. That was when the X division was doing all the jackass crap during the matches and everyone crapped on it. They went out there and took a crowd burned out from the previous segment (Angle/Joe pull apart) and got them on their feet through actual wrestling. It's one of my favorite TNA matches. Senshi's place in TNA history is as a guy who was important to the beginnning of the X division...and he thrived in the beginning because of the smaller roster and the focus on the X division. His early run was far better than his second one. He had a bunch of good stuff in the first year of TNA. His NWA title match with Truth comes to mind as something that he did that was more than just combinations of him AJ and Lynn. His NWA title match with AJ in year 2 was also a highlight. He never really got a chance to do much in this second run...but ironically I think his matches stole both BFG shows that he was on.

I was going to go with "to put him in a feud that he can win" -
They did two last time and it didn't bother me at all (3 if you include Falcone) I hated when they did it in the last Batman series...but this one seems to craft a world around the bad guys instead of just having someone pop in like an episode of the Adam West Batman.

To be fair he is one of the top pushed acts on a primetime wrestling show as well. Combine that with, obviously, money and he'd be stupid for leaving. What he needs to do with his frustrations is learn how to politic and cause internal change. ... ... He needs to befirend Nash. -
Scott Weiland doesn't drink OR do drugs. Where do you find you get off which such LIES people.com?

" 2) they're WWE representatives down-playing the most shocking event in professional wrestling in 2007" I'm trying not to get involved...but I think Chris Benoit might be able to take this vote.

WWE 24/7 Discussion Thread - December 2007
The Ghost of bps21 replied to DrVenkman PhD's topic in WWE Multimedia
Anyone who's ever been stuck in traffic after a big show will appreciate what a good idea that is. I'd stick around to watch two scrubs wrestle a 20 minute draw if 70% of the crowd left already because the main event was over.
