Alright...I'm just going to flat out say it. Bear in mind my obvious affection for the product as I used to write the weekly previews for the Wednesday Night ppvs, and was THE ONE who got this TNA forum approved in the first place... But if you don't know that they've moved to a new format... Their ppvs have been BETTER than WWE's offerings most of these months. No Surrender, Turning Point, Against All Odds, even freaking LOCKDOWN blow anything the WWE has done outside of Mania and Vengeance away. If you hate it because of Jeff Jarrett...then I at least understand. If you hate it because you think it looks bush league...then you can never accept anything but the E. And...this will get me the most responses...IF YOU HATE IT BECAUSE YOU HEART ROH...get over it. Free internet, soon to be free (well...everyone has cable) TV. Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles. Sacrifice. Order it for that...or don't bitch about no alternative. Fuck em all.

I rank myself among the biggest Buffy fans in the world. I say that without any feeling of nerdiness or anything of the sort...so serious is my claim on this great television. It. Can't. Hold. Oh yeah. Even better...the first time I drove 8 hours with a friend. The second time we only had a 2 hour drive...so we had 8 people go. Most of them had seen the whole show...but even one who had seen nothing, and one who had just seen the pilot (so he would know the characters) thought it ruled. And they weren't all Whedon fans either.

Ive seen the movie twice now. It's so great. But I don't like this trailer as much as the first one.

Tenenbaums is the best. As much as I liked his first 3...I really couldn't stand the Life Aquatic.

Raven, Brown and Rhino aren't nearly as good as Punk, Homicide and Aries. Plus...the bottom line is...Someone who has never bought an RoH tape doesn't even know who Joe is. Building him up through the X division is a really good idea. And...one that, despite the many many many many many TNA critics, most people at least agree has been handled very well.

Daniels will face someone...they just didn't figure out who yet. Styles vs. Joe is the only reason to care...but it IS the best matchup TNA has put on ppv since they started. Period.

I have decided that the answer to this question is that TNA brought Joe in to have good matches. He's going to have a much better match with Sabin, Styles and Daniels than he is with Jarrett, Raven and Monty Brown. Anyway...it also helps put him over as a monster.

Oh...and about the list... The only guy on there that I'm kind of tired of seeing is Shane. Styles, Joe, Sabin and Petey are musts. Shelley hasn't gotten a chance to show much yet, and Dutt's been gone for so long that those two are fine. Someone has a hard on for Shocker...so he was obvious. Shane's just boring.

They should call this thing the Samoa Joe coming out party. I predict Joe beats Styles in the finals, Sabin in the semis and I don't know who in the opener. I'd like to see Petey vs. Styles be the other semi.

The winner of the X Cup gets an X title shot at next month's Sacrifice. It's pretty obvious they're building up Joe for Daniels. I doubt they give away Joe/Styles on iMPACT! when hardly anyone's watching. I say Joe wins the thing, beats Daniels at Sacrifice and they build up Styles for him at this Bound For Glory show they're already hyping for October. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The TNA site says the finals of the X Cup will take place at the next ppv. The winner would get a title shot the month after that.

I don't care if he makes an unexplained run in. TNA should allow it. They aren't competition. They need to sell their product. Hardy running in may help WWE's selling of Hardy more...but let's face it...It doesn't hurt TNA to have a little buzz about something that happened on their show. Especially without TV. Besides. WWE is smart to allow him to do it anyway. It's the biggest venue they can throw him in to get this over as a shoot. Of course...anyone who knows about it happening knows it's not...but I applaud the effort anyway. Basically...I just think it would be...neat.

I'm in Buffalo and am going to this show. #1...Foley is scheduled for the show in August...not tomorrow. #2...As for the Punk/Hart thing. Hart is scheduled to face Lethal. On the ballpark brawl site...they say that AJ Styles (who's facing Christopher Daniels) is bringing in someone for Hart that he has a history with. They are totally playing up the idea of Punk being there (as I read another thing teasing as much) but it's not really a match that's expected to take place.
