I agree with Mike. There isn't an obvious place for Kanyon in the lineup...unless they want to give him a tag partner.

When it all gets sorted out...there will really be no reason not to support RoH. However...digging up the thread where certain board members started to explain how businesses are sold...and how RoH should be taken at there word because "what more could they offer as proof?" would be fun. Well...my answer still stands as "ANYTHING."...but now we know why that was too much. I hope they get the split done ASAP...and then just to be a dick I hope the Jarretts let Styles and Daniels go back to RoH...it would not only take the heat off of TNA for pulling the talent...but it would highlight where the wrongs were done with how everything was handled ever since the original story broke.

I wish I got Fox Sports. I just checked their website...and there will be no Impact for me next week on those Atlantic/Central/Pacific stations. 2 weeks from now it's scheduled to air on Pacific at 6pm. Meanwhile...last week it was on Pacific at 4 pm...and this week? Darts.

Truth vs. Eric Young is the reason that I kind of like Impact. There is 0 chance you'd ever see that match on the ppv...and it's not like Young is the shit or anything...but I really like seeing guys on the roster working with guys they wouldn't usually work with. Also...Styles vs. Aguila finally breaches the foreign X Cup teams getting into the X division proper. That opens up a whole bunch of new talent for Styles to contend with.

When they were taken off the air the last rating was a .6 They regularly did higher than that though. They'd do between low 1s and .8 or so.

I'm having a hard time understanding this "doubling the rating" thing. I know the first show had a lot of positive buzz coming off of it...but most shows don't go up after their debut right away. The intrigue of seeing the product for the first time (and free) usually would drive the initial number up, you'd think. Of course...I didn't buy that they could have done a .3 where they were either...so maybe I'll be stunned again.

We'll worry about the week 2 rating when the observer comes out next week. Let's just all take a moment to think about how ridiculously high that rating is for 3pm on Fox Sports. You just HAVE to give them some freaking credit...don't you?

No wonder FX might be interested. To pull that rating on Fox Sports at 3 pm (most places) is insane. To make that comparison agian...I, Max had a lot of advertising and better timeslot.

You seem to be the only net writer that didn't like it. I enjoyed it...but thought it was one of those shows that only me and my friend, TDinDC would end up liking. Imagine my surprise when the net reviewers all agreed for once.

I thought that the end of the X Cup stuff was the perfect time to refill the tag division. Skipper and Daniels are likely heading back there once Daniels is ready to go. They should put Petey Williams and Bobby Rude in the mix as well. Hell...throw Garza and Aguila in too. One thing the X Cup did was put over the team idea anyway...so they might as well use that to their advantage. They're only a couple logical steps away from a division that has more believable tag teams in it: AMW Naturals XXX Team Canada I was hoping that the Gilberti/Swinger vs. Diamond/Siaki feud would help establish both teams as real tag teams (since they spilt a real tag team to do it) but that hasn't happened yet. Also...when Dutt is done being Sabu's mouthpiece...he and Red should be a team. Just because they're both wee little people.

The problem I have understanding is what exactly TNA was trying to accomplish here. He spent the whole match punching BG James in the crowd...while Hernandez wrestled Truth. They could have put anyone in that role.

I don't really have an opinion on the WWE/TNA stuff in this thread...but I do have to say that the HIAC really really irratated me. 1. What was the purpose of having it in the Cell if they were just going to wrestle the SummerSlam 02 match again with a more boring finish? At least HBK sold his back on the kip-up for the first time ever though. 2. With JR continually giving us time of match updates...the whole thing really came off like "look how long we can go in the Cell we aren't even using!". 3. It is fitting that Benoit wasn't main eventing with the title match though...since the shows leading up to the event have gone out of there way to put over that HHH is still the star of the show. Hell...even Jarrett let Styles main event with his title.

I've played with the XBox controller so much in the last year+ that I find it hard to pick up and play with the other systems controllers at this point.

Bullshit. The friggin Bills games are already almost all sold out and tickets haven't even gone on sale to the public yet...coming off the 4th straight non-winning season. And for the millionth time...it's not because of the city that the Sabres went bankrupt...it's because their former owners embezzled millions of dollars and were arrested. Now they're owned by a local billionaire...and not at all a threat to fold.
