It's got ot be done just like college football. These rankings are based on the first week...with heavy influence on preseason rankings. You can bitch all you want to...but it's far worse when college football does it...becuase those polls actually matter. As for the Tigers...they're the feel good story of the week. So they crack the top ten.

NWA TNA’s Ron Killings will face WWE’s Al Snow in the headliner of the show. Snow is allowed to work Indy dates due to being on an announcer’s contract with WWE instead of a talent contract. Roddy Piper, Mike Tenay, and Michael Shane have also been scheduled to make appearances at the show for the CWF." -PWInsider

You know...it's funny. The week when Dustin Rhodes appeared out of nowhere to face Jarrett for the title...watching that show I said they should put the title on Harris that night. He was shown as the leader of the face side of the company...it would have been unexpected, and kind of cool. However, since then they've actually pushed him to the main event...and now I really don't want him to win. I...hope...Jarrett... ... wins Look what he made me do!!!!!

Bah. Wins and losses shouldn't matter. Only entertainment value should count.

Well I enjoyed watching last year's Tigers more than any other team in history. 119 losses...and you know what? BEST. TEAM. EVER.

I'm glad my team sucks. I prefer not having my team on Monday Nights. Sunday is football day. Monday is flip between football and wrestling day.

The poll isn't for which is your favorite game of all time (this is directed at the main argument going on) it's for best game ever. Anyone with a lick of sense should be able to put personal bias aside and use enjoyment level as only one factor in determining their vote. I enjoyed Scream a lot more than Schindler's List...but I'm not going to pretend it should be picked over it in a "best movie ever" tournament.

You don't need an update. He showed up to work today. That's the end of that for as long as this goes. He didn't have a choice in the matter. But I'm sure the backstage was an interesting place to be today. The question I have (since I didn't even know this had happened until tonight) is when did Red sign a contract? He was out during the whole process...and I don't remember hearing anything about it.

I had heard that his blowoff cage match with Punk was really good (or at least better than the first one). I haven't seen it, obviously...but I think that was the initial report wasnt' it?

Well...on the plus side they are still giving the matches more time. Nights like this are the ones where I want to see them get TV and run monthly 3 hour shows where all of there guys will work...because I think they'd put on a really good ppv.

I'm going to mostly blame Harris. They worked a match that he just can't work. Not only does the guy usually not go more than 10 minutes in the ring...but they had his shoulder injury and Raven working on it...and the guy never once thought to throw punches with his OTHER HAND. Raven does have a long streak going in TNA though. The last good singles match I can remember was WAY back when Styles was champion and he got the title shot.

It'll leave a bad taste in your mouth in the end. Kazarian/Dutt I liked a lot...but the crowd was just SILENT the entire time...which kills it.

This was one of those shows that would have been great with a hot main event. If they'd have done AJ vs. Abyss and they'd had been given that 20 minutes...everything on the undercard (including Sabu vs. Brown...which was shockingly entertaining after their embarassingly bad match 2 weeks ago) was pretty darn solid. A hot main event would have made this show. Unfortunately...the main event was probably the least entertaining match on the show.

Oh god...he's starting already. Shouldn't you wait until closer to the season to start this OU crap again?

I don't buy that either. People just don't like Hockey. And the way the game is played right now with the trap dominating isn't going to win any new fans anyway. To top that off...they're heading towards a bad bad year.
