In Buffalo, so many people complained about losing the Yankees games when they started the YES network, Adelphia gave in and picked up the station the day before the season started. They said we'd be losing MSG...but we still have it and they show the Mets all the time.

Adelphia Digital. I spend so much on cable it isn't even funny at this point. Cable, The package that gives me all the premium channels, a DVR, weekly TNA ppvs, and now I'm gonna have to buy this too..not to mention I pay them for cable internet too. Cable bill day isn't a fun day around these parts. My friend has the Dish and he likes it better...but I'm too lazy to switch. It took me long enough to figure out how to use what I have.

Well...I have officialy fallen in love with the extra innings baseball package free preview already. Something about flipping between the White Sox/Royals and Rangers/A's in the middle of a Wednesday afternoon...while waiting to see Vlad play for the Angels tonight makes me very giddy. I always got the feeling that Lawler could be a really good color guy, but he's too busy playing his gimmick...or maybe they're too busy making him play his gimmick. I don't know where else Don West would fit in...but I think he's down right needed next to Mike Tenay. Tenay is a great play by play guy...but he gets worse when he tries to inject false emotion into what he's doing. West already being turned up to 11 lets Tenay keep it for when it's important.

Weren't you saying in another thread that KID KASH should be considered for Champion? How can you put over Kash and dog RVD in the same folder? Kash blows more spots in one match than RVD does in a year.

With the 13th pick in the 2004 TSM Mock Draft the Buffalo Bills select: ... Maybe not... This draft is deep at WR...so I'll wait for a later round there. I need a rookie QB...but there's no one left worth spending a first on. We also need a TE...but the only one worth taking at this point is gone, as expected. I'm not taking a Guard or Center here...so I'm really left with DE or CB. DE is the more pressing need since we signed Troy Vincent to be our CB until we find someone younger. Although we have a history of selecting Ohio State CBs with our first round pick...we'll buck tradition in favor of someone who is easily better already than all but our 1 good DE. We're still sticking with THE Ohio State University though... With the 13th pick in the draft, the Buffalo Bills select DE Will Smith from Ohio State.

It depends on what TNA is doing with their other titles at the time. They go through phases where they try to make the titles important...like they are trying now...and in these cases I'd say no. Then they go through phases where none of the titles are defended for long lengths of time...and then I'd say yes. If they get TV I'd rather see them do something like make the main event important than add a new title. They could make it so being in the main event of the show is the key spot...and have the winner of the main event retain that spot for the next week against a new challenger. That way you don't add a new title...but do have something to use to try and get people over. Hell...any NWA title match would be the main event anyway...so the person who's in the main event that week could get the title shot. You could still have feuds for the title that would blow off on the 3 hour ppvs...but this would be a different idea that would give the show something kind of interesting to watch every week.

After trading a high pick for a WR already...the Jets would be stupid to use another one on a reciever. They'd have basically used their top 2 picks on two WR this year...and that's for a team that alread has Moss and Chrebet. That's not going to happen. There #1 need is a CB.
