I don't know what it is about this match...but everytime I think of WrestleMania this year the first image that pops into my head is a staredown before this match between Cena and Show. I'm not THAT interested in the match...but for some reason I need to see that staredown.
-
What was he going to be able to add to it? It's not like it's a series of episodes...it's a movie. I'm more comfortable with Joss writing and directing than anyone else.

I get the messages and I have digital cable... I don't know why it feels the need to warn me about losing those channels on a system I don't have...

London WILL be in the Cruiserweight Open at Mania
The Ghost of bps21 replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
I wasn't hating on Funaki...but Mania or not...they can't repair him into a cruiser contender. -
Wait...there just not going to have a message board anymore?

London WILL be in the Cruiserweight Open at Mania

So...London is officially not in right? Didn't they say on Velocity that Noble was in and Chavo was defending against 9 other people (which I assume was the list that London wasn't on). That blows. They could have easily gotten a new cruiser over in the match...but instead we get Funaki. -
The OAO Sopranos season 5 thread
The Ghost of bps21 replied to BlackFlagg's topic in Television & Film
I disagree. In fact...the first episode of season 4 was my favorite of the whole year. -
"In an interview with ZAP2IT.COM, ex-executive producer of the 'Firefly' television series, Tim Minear, says that the big screen 'Firefly' movie, 'Serenity,' has a budget of $35 million. "I won't be working on 'Serenity,' says Minear, 'but I'll be first in line to see it. But Joss better pay for my ticket. Just sayin.' 'Serenity' is scheduled to go into production in June with Joss Whedon directing and is slated for a 2005 release." 35 million is a nice chunk of money considering no name actors to pay...Hopefully the advertising will be great and it can make a profit.

Undertaker by a good margin.

I was on board until I read "Shane McMahon may also get involved in this story if it happens, using his power to help Heyman start the rebel ECW group." Now I don't care again.

"Most WrestleMania losses: 4 - Hulk Hogan" Hogan only lost 3 times. vs. Warrior at 6 vs. Money Inc at 9 vs. Rock at 18 Other than that he has a draw at Mania 4 with Andre.

Bah. Austin/Rock from 17 >>>>>>>>>>>> Bret/HBK from 12

I have to run out now...but I also want to say this. I think the one guy went too far in blaming RoH for the way they've handled all this. IMO, the only thing RoH has really dropped the ball on is not fully understanding what it is the fans need to hear from them. It's less about making sure everyone knows he's not in a position of power anymore, and more about reassuring everyone that when they buy a ticket, that the money goes to the worker, staff, show costs and future business of the company...and not into the hands of RF.
-
I should add that this is enough for me...because if they did lie and got caught...it would do far more damage (IMO) than this is going to do.
-
I'm easy. I can live with (as mentioned in one of those articles) a statement that he will not make a dime off of future business. That's enough for me...because if he IS going to make money...I don't think they'd lie about it...because they'd surely be found out.
-
Once it's all finished I see no reason not to put all this crap away and let the pervert sit in the corner. It's only connected to RoH for as long as it takes for them to get him all the way out. After that...it goes back to being about the wrestling...which for the first time...it's not right now.
-
I'm going to make my position clear... until I see the word SOLD and proof of such a transaction...I maintain (as I've said for a couple days now) that he's still profiting off of it all. I think we're owed that much given the circumstances. I love RoH...but I'm not going to fish for excuses to keep supporting them through this until they step up and do the obvious, only thing they should be doing. Damage Control? They don't need damage control. They need proof that our dollar isn't going into his pocket.

I'm about to start chapter 8...I've been leveling up my wooden stick for a while...but it's getting EXPENSIVE. -
Ninja Gaiden demo with newest XBox magazine

I just finished chapter 6. Those huge zombies with their huge weapons are tough as hell...Especially the bow and arrow ones. -

The Titans got a higher pick for trading their WR today.
-
I don't blame RoH at all...and I'll still watch and support them... I'm just saying that if it were another company...I think it would play out a lot differently.
-
I can see this being one of those things that people are going to disagree on. If Jerry Jarrett was a pedophile I bet we'd see a lot more people saying TNA should burn in hell after he was removed from his position because people don't like the show. Even better...if this was XPW (you know...if they were still around)...and this exact thing happened...the boycott would be huge. Anyway...here's my question: When did this whole bust take place? It wasn't yesterday...so RF knew it was coming for some time...and he didn't seem to have a problem keeping his name attached to the companies for as long as he could.
-
If I had to guess...I'd say they could be doing AAA vs. TNA rematch.

WrestleMania Top 10 Matches Special Announced
The Ghost of bps21 replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in The WWE Folder
from the observer site: --It's interesting, as I expected it would be, that the WWE's poll of its wrestlers on the greatest match at Wrestlemania, counting down from ten to one, in the Spike TV press release only lists two matches, Hogan vs. Andre and Vince vs. Shane. It is also interesting that in our own poll of wrestlers and officials that neither of those two matches even received one vote (Hogan vs. Andre did get one vote among those not in the business for best match in Mania history )
