Maybe I overreact. I'm just not used to seeing Bledsoe be this way. What the Bills need is to draft a speed reciever and a young QB to groom. Pick up a new Center and a DE in Free Agency. And Find a coach that can fix the offense. Most of that should be attempted at least.

That's Kevin Gilbride. My opinion is...when your Defense is #1 in the AFC. Your Special Teams coverage units are also at the top... and you finish 4 games out of contention... You should be allowed to hang your offensive coordinator.

Think it could have been the injuries and concussion towards the end of the season? I'm surprised his head didn't roll down the stairs with some of the shots he took. I think he just got too damn beat up when Henry went down and when they couldn't run, he became a dead duck. Over the head, at the feet and such ARE signs he was forcing it. Plus, the team was in general destruction and only Milloy seemed to give a damn. They just laid down and fell apart. It was very disappointing as a football fan, but as a Pats fan I was laughing my rear off watching it. I've seen enough of Drew to know that it's not just the shots. He was knocked loopy in a game near the end of the season...but the problem started long before that. I don't mean he's forcing it...I honestly mean he's floating the ball to places it doesn't belong.

Correction: He actually ended up with a couple more carries this year. I'll be damned if I remember how though. One of the frustrations of watching the Bills is knowing that you're always passing on 1st down, 2nd and short and 3rd and short. ALWAYS. We ran ONCE on 2nd and short this year...and Henry broke one for 65 yards. The crowd mockingly gave a standing ovation.

Not for awhile. Here's the funny story. The Bills draft Travis in the second round 3 years ago. He signs a 4 year deal (at second round money...which aint much). His first year is blah...but he shows some signs of being something. The next year he runs for over 1400 yards despite being in an offense that doesn't want to run the ball. BUT he fumbles ELEVEN times. This year...he starts off slow...gets TWO serious injuries...and STILL gets near 1400 yards despite missing time and getting less carries. He seems to have the fumbling fixed until the last couple weeks of the season when it comes back. Now...this should be his last year. But he SPENT ALL OF HIS MONEY and needed to sign a bad extension just to get a small signing bonus so he could make it to training camp this year. That added another year at 1 million dollars. So...he has two cheap seasons left...and if Willis isn't completely broken...he'll probably be dealt after this season. He'll be a steal the first year.

I am well versed on the book of Bledsoe, as I was a Patriot fan until Drew was dealt. "And when receivers drop balls like they were this year in Buffalo, he starts trying to forcefully shove the ball into the guy so he slams through his chest like a gunshot" Here's the rub...Drew stopped being able to hit an open man after week 2. It wasn't a question of forcing the ball...it was throwing it way over his head, at his feet, behind him...wherever he wasn't. I've said for years that Drew Bledsoe is one of the top QBs if you just focus on running the ball and then ask him to make throws when he has to. That's the problem now. In the last game of the year they brought in the THIRD STRING QB...and guess what he could do that Drew couldn't?

Oh...what the Bills need: 1. A coach that knows his ass from an offense 2. To cut Bledsoe (now...I am Bledsoe fan #1...but there is something wrong with him...and the way his contract with New England was structured...he can be CUT right now...WITHOUT A CAP HIT. Even I can see you just HAVE TO DO IT.) Sadly, that won't happen and he'll just be restructured. 3. No matter who the QB is...next year this is Travis Henry's offense. Run. Run. Run. In essence...there are 3 things the Bills do well. Run. Punt. Play Defense. I'd like to see that instead of pass, pass, pass.

Holy Crap is there a lot of future money being wasted on Antowain Smith. Think about this: 2 years from now...his cap hit will be over 4 mil more than Travis Henry's

Right. And the reason is with less teams you play a higher percentage of the teams in your conference already.

I'll make this simple. I don't believe Oklahoma belongs in the National Title game. Therefore... if Oklahoma wins...they are #2 to me. If LSU wins...there's a split in my mind because the top 2 teams (in my mind, the coach's mind and the writer's minds) didn't get to play each other. If LSU does win...the BCS will have been a disaster. They'll end up with the same top 2 teams that everyone else had BEFORE the bowls...and the Bowls attempt to crown a national champion will have been wasted.

Well the human part of me doesn't care how you post in response to me... but I'll have to check with the computer before I make a definitive decision.

It is unfortunate for LSU that the bcs screwed them out of a game with the #1 team. It's supposed to be #1 vs. #2...instead the best LSU can do is play the #3 team.

"You don't know what's going to happen on Sunday." It doesn't matter what happens on Sunday. The #1 team just won there last game. They'll be the #1 team no matter what happens on Sunday. When the #1 team wins handily over the #4 team...it doesn't matter how the #2 and #3 teams do...their playing for second. Now you can go on about the biased coaches poll and the biased AP poll... That'll help prove that you aren't a total Oklahoma homer. ... can I change your name to JR?

There's still the chance that the coach's will break their agreement with the BCS and vote for USC you know... Wouldn't it be funny if the game on Sunday actually ended up meaning nothing?
