I actually have been to Japan.. and I expected every single Japanese person to be closed minded elitists with zero room for interpretation on anything. Ever. Instead I saw a guy with a Rock T-shirt.

Hate AMW? For the love of God, they have great matches with everybody not named Ron and Don. Anyway... AMW and Styles are locked up long term and can't go anywhere anyway. If Styles is too small...how is Kash (who's smaller than Styles) not?

I meant Half Life. I did buy the GTA games, but did so before getting an XBox or GC. The list was games I bought for the system since getting all three. Actually I think I had a GC when I bought Vice City...but I know I didn't have an XBox yet. Since getting all 3 I've bought more games for the other 2 systems.

Since getting all three systems... here's a list of PS2 games I've bought: Kingdom Hearts Clock Tower 3 on sale Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution Pride FC Deus Ex on sale Half Life 2 on sale (and If I'd have gotten my new computer beforehand...I wouldn't have bought those last 2) Anything that comes out for multisystems puts PS2 on the outs.

Actually...I just noticed Virtua Fighter on that list. Which I do play, quite often.

Aside from GTA 4 and SD 5... I'll never play those games. I have all three systems. Everyone go buy an Xbox. They're list of games coming up blows that one out of this world.

Actually the finals and semis were taped on the same day...both before the last live TNA show.

Interesting. I would pay to see this match... and I don't have to. That's a POISITVE. I'd rather pay to see it in it's entirety though...that's a negative. oh well...plus outweighs minus. BRING IT ON!!!

I don't understand how a player is at fault for not wanting to change a contract that he agreed to with the team. If the team planned better players wouldn't be asked to do such a thing. IT'S A CONTRACT!!!!

The red flag with Milloy went up when he changed agents to Carl Poston...who is notorious for not taking pay cuts. His other NE player is Ty Law...who I believe also turned down a pay cut.

They couldn't do it. Any scene like that would have taken away from the importance of Spike's death...which was the culmination of the entire season (and much longer actually)

now...I know Sabin won the tournament... (which was the right move by the by)... But does anyone else notice a problem with the way it went down? Juvi totally looked like the star of the show...and unless they want to start paying for weekly plane tickets...he won't be around. And Teddy Hart made a tremendous debut...and he isn't a TNA regular either. It's like they showcased talent that we won't see anymore.

no, what he's ultimately saying is that Milloy got paid a huge amount of money for not producing much on the field. If you asked every GM in the league who'd they'd prefer - Milloy or Harrison - my guess is that 75% of them would choose Harrison. Last year, Harrison had more sacks, forced more fumbles had more picks, defended more passes and only had about 3 less tacles. And is only 13 months older. Is Milloy better than the youngsters that will line up next to Harrison this year? That's a big yes. But is a Harrison/Harris combo better than Milloy/Jones was at the start of last year. That's a bigger yes. I guarantee you that not 1 would choose Harrison. Football isn't baseball and it's not about #s. Harrison was used in his D last year the same wat that Milloy had been used for most of his career...allowing him to be a playmaker. Last year the Pats D (which was terrible by the way) dropped Milloy yards back of his natural position to play a straight safety spot...which leads to a lack of opportunity as he was used as a stop gap to keep teams from breaking big plays...a necessity since the D couldn't stop anyone. Any GM that knows anything can tell you that Harrisson (for all these "Milloy lost step" rumor") has lost about 5 steps...and if they are going to use him like they did Milloy last year he'll be even less productive. Systems make players, that's what Belichek is good at. Last year the D blew ass and the system took Milloy out of the game and into a last line of defense.

It's obvious he doesn't have a clue what you're talking about mole. He just assumes it's bad because Buffy must have just been a simple show. Anyone who assumes that AND throws out the word ignorant is truly a joke.

The Buffy/Angel love story is better than anything I can think of...and I've read Shakespeare! Superman and Lois Lane? C'mon. Bring it stronger than that.

24. Ken Shamrock vs. Kazuyuki Fujita (Pride 10) There it is. Shamrock's best work ever...and he lost.

Meltzer usually is very negative about TNA. He has his favorites that he goes to bat for (AMW comes to mind mostly) even when they don't have a very good night... but for the most part he points out all the booking flaws and everything else more than anyone. He's been high on them lately because the action in the ring has been outweighing the stupid finishes...and despite the finishes the booking has been sound. And Ray... Was that your first time watching TNA? Because they haven't even attempted spotfest like that in months... well...except the Ultimate X...which was an interesting experiment.

I voted for Juvi/Hart...as I thought even two more good tourney matches couldn't follow it.

War games was a mess. They went all out in that tournament though. Spots all the way...which is odd since Sabin, Kazarian and Shane have been having actual wrestling matches for a long time now in the X division. It was a great one night diversion from that.
