You know what's better than BOTH COMBINED??? A CAGE MATCH. Since HIAC is solely used for HHH and Taker there are no big spots...and the EC is a joke. Cage matches own them both...and WWE should those instead.

That's true, and I expected it to be good...what I meant was they announced the match like the day before...and it ended up being the best match they've had in a long time.

You know why we give you a hard time about that don't you? I, for one, loved how you didn't just toss the *s around like a certain other net recapper... I loved seeing guys have to go out and do something truly special to earn 4 snowflakes. I love that Styles/Raven falls 1/4* short since it only needed a tad more to be considered that something special. You have done an excellent job making it VERY clear with your ratings which matches we should go out of our way to see. Like Vengeance, for example...with it's three great matches...or Styles/Low Ki having an out of nowhere great NWA title match. Then snowflakes magically appeared for the 4 way...and it throws the whole system out of whack to me. That means the 4 way was just as good as AMW/XXX cage match and better than Raven/Styles. Throws it all off.

Name this quote: "don’t let the finish kill your enjoyment of an amazing match." It seems like even a heel cheating in TNA has ruined your enjoyment of every match lately. You admit that the Raven/Styles match was good...but either completely miss why the runins were the storyline...or want to COMPLETELY screw up TWO storylines by taking them out. This from the man who said the above quote after a Styles/London no contest that recieved ****3/4!

All I'm saying is if someone whether it be London or A-Train said there dream was to be in an Ultimate X match and the belt fell a thousand times in said match...you wouldn't complain once. In fact...I doubt you would say the same thing if it happened in RoH or WWE as long as you marked out for someone in the match.

Good review as always... but it just makes that **** for the US title 4 man seem even more out of place to me.

You can still use the Y button to stake. I've been doing it out of habit that way. I did find the black button VERY useful to quickly whip out a stake and finish them off while I was using a different weapon.

Why James Storm wasn't out there for the end: At the end of last night's edition of NWA: Total Nonstop Action, James Storm of America's Most Wanted was not in the ring for the final angle of the night, which set up the War Games main event that will air next week. During the tag team match with Storm & Chris Harris against Simon Diamond & Johnny Swinger, Storm was hurt when he came down hard on his neck during a 4-man superplex/powerbomb spot. Storm was dizzy and disoriented, and had to be helped to the back. He was being examined by the trainer backstage while the angle took place. Later that night, when the War Games match was taped (next week's edition of NWA:TNA is a taped show), Storm insisted on taking part in the match. Following the show, he went to the hospital for X-Rays. The doctor diagnosed that he had a mild concussion and a muscle strain, but had done no damage to the neck. In a related item, just to clarify, the War Games match, which was taped last night, and will air next week, saw Jeff Jarrett, Raven, D'Lo Brown, Chris Harris & James Storm vs. AJ Styles, Shane Douglas, Simon Diamond, Johnny Swinger & Christopher Daniels, with Erik Watts as referee and Dusty Rhodes in charge of the cage door. Next week's show will feature the War Games match, and the eight man "Super X" tournament. When they did the move I said to my friend that it was a risky move for the guy on top. There is no doubt in my mind after watching the RAWs, SDs! and ppvs from WWE that TNA has been putting on a better show all year long, with the exception of the month of July. I'm not 3...so seeing Hogan and other "Stars" doesn't make me mark out. So I guess the star power thing is lost on me.

why do so many people have trouble with the small black and white buttons? They are perfectly easy to hit with the bottom of your thumb

Observations: 1. I had no idea why they made the brackets like they did until last night when Tenay said it was U.S. vs. the World. Now it makes perfect seinse. 2. Although the X champ loses in the first round...I am really happy that Sabin beat Juvi in the finals. Sabin is the guy they should feature...and Juvi is the only one on the other bracket over enough and known enough to give a rub of any kind to him. Pretty impressive streak for Sabin..beating Lynn, finally beating Kazarian and then Juvi.

Yes. Just none of the ones on the actual show. I am almost certain however that every match in the Super X cup did...so next week is clean finishes abound!

The only person that scenerio puts heat on is Raven. And Raven is the only one who doesn't need it right now. Sure Styles would win clean...but he: 1. Wouldn't be the one overcoming should be finishes. 2. Wouldn't even be involved in the New Church/Raven aftermatch thus rendering anything they did useless to anyone not on this board. Instead...Styles gets put over and Douglas gets put over. Raven passes his heat on and continues to be the most over person in the promotion.
