No, I get it. I haven't seen a meaningful game in the snow in...hmm... It's just extra frustrating when you know something isn't going to work...and they go out and try to do it again and again and again. I can't tell you the last time Lee Evans was open deep. Of course...you need to be able to keep the defense near the line to get a guy open like that. So it's all, still, about that frigging running game.

It doesn't work quite that black and white. The inability to run has always been the problem this year (even at 5-1). The problem is their failure to make any adjustments once someone figured out how to take away the short pass that was serving as the defacto running game. It's been weeks and they still haven't figured out how to get the ground game to be even passable when it needs to be. The Bills only know how to win 1 way. Long drives with short passes. They've had a long time to try and practice and use anything else...and they can't figure it out. They have talent...they just haven't figured out more than 1 way to use it yet. That's coaching, IMO.

That's because I've sat and watched the full games and not just the highlights. They HAVE been the Raiders or Lions since the San Diego game. They CAN'T run. So now they CAN'T throw. Their defense hangs around for about 3 quarters or so and then disapears. And the coaching decisions (especially the offensive playcalling of late) has made me wonder when they forgot how to play on 3rd and 1.

To be fair it was a tickytack call that canceled out the Browns going 3 and out a their own 10. ... And then they can't buy a break when their guy gets assfucked going for the ball.

The Bills need to spend the rest of the half doing NOTHING but running. I don't care if they go 3 and out and punt every series... Until someone THINKS they're going to run...they're just gonna defend the pass hard.

For the last month all the teams the Bills have played have realized that there is no reason to play the run. So he has a lot of time to look downfield as everyone is covered...and eventually he tries to force it... And he throws picks. That...in a nutshell...is what happened to Trent Edwards.

I avoided my usual Palin rant....but I agree with pretty much anyone saying that her entire campaign (notice I didn't mention McCain) served to try and divide the country through hate and fear politics. I have nothing but contempt for that woman. She can take her "real" America nonsense and go back to Alaska for good.

Her main problem is that her positions on social issues is so far away from the middle that she's not going to be able to excite anyone BUT the GOP base. For all that's been said about her getting them fired up...it takes more than getting the people who were going to vote republican anyway to win an election.

I think anyone who isn't a multi-time world champion can fit on the Originals side, since the MEM is all about dominating the top of the card. Of course...Foley is in the tank for the originals...and he's a 3 time WWE champion. Jarrett's in the tank for the originals and he's won a bunch of WCW/TNA titles... AJ's a 3 time TNA champion and one of the faces of the originals... And Joe just finished a 6 month title run... um... Yeah...I don't get what qualifies people on each side. Maybe just heels and faces? ... Wait...Sting's still playing a face... hmm...

Time to watch my team get their national TV embarassment out of the way for this year. I just hope it's not as painful as the Dallas game last year. Oh god...was that miserable.

I kinda liked Christian's last segment. If he does re-sign with the company he has the ready made feuds set to go...but if he does go to WWE, the MEM can cut a promo about how they ran the "great" Christian Cage" out of TNA too scared to come back. I do think that TNA has a lot of respect for Christian. He was the first name of any value that came to them. This was before Sting, Angle or Booker found their way to the company. Christian and TNA were good for each other. If he returns to WWE, that's cool. He gave 3 years of hard work to them. If he stays, he'll be a player. But I think they wrote him out in a way that doesn't bury him...and either way it goes...they're on decent terms.

Quite the opposite game I attended in Buffalo tonight. They put the whistles away. I really love when they just let teams play, unless it's a really blatant thing.

Kenny Dykstra is the kind of guy I actually WOULD like to see TNA pick up. He never got off the ground in WWE after the Spirit Squad so he could come in fresh and get over.

That episode made me realize how happy I am that Cameron and Chase are no longer focal points of the show. I HATE CAMERON. She's always fucking wrong about everything and still wears that smug holier than though expression. I like the show much much much better with 13/Talb/Kutner/Foreman.
