We've discussed the NFL HOF Wide Reciever issues before. They don't bother putting in a Reciever (no matter who) unless they have to put in someone else, and then they work off of some mythical list weighing numbers, superbowl wins, and how long you've been waiting.

They can sell it that Foley let him back, and he A: fits perfectly with Joe and Styles side, B: Is a fresh face since he's been Curry man forever now. C: Would immediately be put into the big storyline.

I think it finally bit Buffalo on how bad this team can be if Miller is not in net. I agree. I don't blame them for trying though. Last year they won THREE games when Miller wasn't in net. This year Lalime was 1-0-1 going into this route...so I understand why they'd try and play him a lot early to see what he can bring as far as help goes. Miller playing 30 something straight games isn't good for the team either.

I forgot all about Steiner. He definitely fits with the Main Event Mafia. I'm also glad to see him back. I haven't gotten an off the wall Steiner promo in a while.

I've wondered when they would bring Joe back in for a shot. As long as they don't use the TNA guys on ppvs they seem to be free to book anyone they want to and Joe is a big time main event match no matter who he faces. I'll likely pick up the DVD just to see the reaction...and of course Joe being cut free from working with guys that can't go at his hard hitting level (Nash, Sting...although Sting did take a pretty good beating, Booker).

I would actually welcome a change to a slowed down product. My only problem with ROH has been that I get way too burned out by the end of the shows.

How does that do anything good for: A: The minority candidate who can't get the job. B: The Rams who want to rewards Haslett if he turns this team miraculously into a 6 win team. C: Haslett who's now in the position of having to compete for the job he's already doing...even though his bosses want him to stay. D: The NFL who just looks stupid as usual. What black candidate even shows up for this interview? It's insulting.

Sabres drop the shootout to Colorado tonight. 6-0-2 on the year. Tallinder got hurt tonight, putting them down 5 starters now....but they keep racking up the points.

I don't care that Angle talks about Jarrett's family. If they start doing vignettes of him stalking them at home...that's different. As for what it is now...it's one line in his promos that he throws at Jarrett. Funnily..it's one of the few lines on Impact that actually makes sense when you think about it. When you're trying to goad someone into the ring, letting them know that they won't be safe at home...kinda makes sense to me. Angle's character is trying to keep it on a professional level, and JJ keeps telling him that he isn't a wrestler anymore. How else is Angle supposed to get at Jarrett if he doesn't attack, verbally, the one thing that JJ DOES care about. That's just what a heel does...and Jarrett's character of TNA founder and somewhat retired wrestler leaves very few avenues.

Well that's good news for me. Spiderman 3 is a game that I really enjoyed playing.

I'm fastforwarding through some things that I couldn't hear well yesterday since I had the Sabres game on the radio. I didn't realize that Booker dropped his accent for a moment when he got angry at Christian and the Sharmell stopped him and he went back into character. That ruled.

Gamespot gave it an 8/10 and 1up gave it a 7/10. I know I'm going to enjoy this game...so I'll be picking it up when my plate clears a little. I still play Spiderman 3 trying to ship away at the achievements.

If anyone was wondering it was the Montreal Canadiens vs USSR on New Year's Eve. Was that the same tour that The Sabres routed USSR and got a standing ovation the next game they played in Montreal?

This episode was just a little slice of absolute brillaince. From start to finish I loved every second of it. This IMO was second half of season 2 good. I laughed more in this one than I have for any Office in quite some time.
