This is a letdown. I would have expected a series of questions labeled by day to be sent off by AoO to someone to post in his stead.

Yeah I was going to say that it wasn't until the injury that he started having these problems. He got after it with Joe and AJ without the noticeable gassing and that was only a few months ago.

The show has gone incredibly downhill since then. After that Jim and Pam were together and the heart of the show was ripped from it. They've never recovered, even if it can still be occasionaly funny (unfortunately not often enough IMO to make up for what's lacking)

I'm watching another one of those wonderful Buffalo playing in Canada games where the penalties are something like 10-2 or something just as absurd. I don't know why I bother watching these games since the jokes I make about the officiating in them is never actually as funny when it's actually happening. I have, for some strange reason, enjoyed all the tripping calls ignored on Ottawa though. In combination with the whistle blowing the other way every 2 minutes...it's laughably bad.

No...Foley hit Sting with a chair there too when Angle moved and it lead to a near fall.

Whatever it ends up being, I'm sure Foley can cut a promo to make it work. Meanwhile...I'm really happy that the Beer Money/3D double title match isn't an Off the Wagon challenge because that would give away the ending already. I figure that 3D still wins since it's Lockdown and faces usually win the big matches...but at least there is a little mystery involved since Beer Money worked for New Japan and they want to bring them back so them winning the IWGP titles isn't as impossible as it would be had they not started a working relationship there. Also...3D has never lost in Japan (at least that's what they say) and this would be a way to get the titles off of them without them having to give that up.

I look at the lineup...and...man if TV hadn't gotten in the way it's really quite good. Angle vs. Sting for the TNA title Ultimate X for the X title featuring Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Jay Lethal, Consequences Creed and the in ring debut of Suicide as performed by Christopher Daniels. Off the Wagon challenge for the TNA tag titles: Beer! Money! vs. Team 3D AJ Styles vs. Booker T for Booker's awesome looking fake title Awesome Kong defends the Knockouts title against Sojour...Sojourner...Sojo Bolt Samoa Joe's first televised match in weeks vs. Scott Steiner (and man..these two have clicked together in the past) Thumbtack match: Matt Morgan vs. Abyss The Beautiful People & Madison Rayne vs. Roxxi, Taylor Wilde & The Governor ... I look at TV and I wonder how we got here...because TV was awful...and if you can forget that it happened...the lineup is pretty darned good for a throwaway Impact Zone ppv. I think the show will be pretty good...but I warn you all that they have one of their "big" shows next month...so the finishes tonight will likely be a bit...you know...shitty.

Logically he shouldn't have restarted it the first time. A DQ is a legitamite finish and he screwed Beer Money out of their champion's advantage.

The Joe/Steiner thing was just dumb to advertise as a match. They should have just advertised that Steiner was going to call out Joe and run the angle that way. I didn't mind the Beer Money/3D finish because I thought it was a good heel move that obviously leads to the cage rematch next month where they can't get DQ'd or run away.

Suicide has to win and reveal himself to be Daniels...who now can't be fired because he holds the title.

This feels like one of those ppvs where the belt is going to fall.

I just can't get mad when Beer Money matches end poorly. It was such a dick move.

A couple of months ago Cornette didn't have the power to restart matches. It's nice to see he got a promotion of some kind.
