I haven't been watching Impact too much lately due to being out on Saturday nights, so hat sounds good. I would like to see more of Shelley...the few matches I've seen with him I have enjoyed.
-
The last time they did this was back in the 80s for the GI Joe market. The comics market has certainly changed since then.
-
Should be interesting. I just wish they'd stop filling the damn show with squash matches.
-
I've only read the shoot tape reviews regulary and the occassional Diatribe if I missed watching it live. Since they stopped, I've stopped reading the site's columns.

This could be good. Super Crazy was definitely over in ECW, and I'm sure he could be in WWE. He'd be a welcome addittion to the cruisers. I would love to see a feud with Rey.

And the Jazz win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The 18 game streak is OVER~! AK-47 comes back on the 15th! WOOT WOOT!

Fratello has done a fine job with the Grizzlies. Good to see him coaching again.

Meh. Why would Orlando want a broken down Christie? BTW...who is kicking Wally Sczerb in your picture?
-
I think its a great idea, but I think they don't want to oversaturate the market with DVDs. That's the only logical reason I can come up with as to why they haven't already.

Eisner's genius was his abillity to put together stories and such. Propably the greatest mind in comics in analyzing them, their cultural importance, and their creative process. For a long time he was really overlooked, but finally got recognized in the early 80s when Frank Miller blew up. Then it became cool for everyone, not just comic art afficianados, to look over Eisner's work.

Isn't it sad that a thread in tribute to one of the top comics artist of all time can't crack 100 views?
-
I think they've recently announced the time table for its release.

For some reason I'd like to say it's the feather filter.

Sucks for TNA, but should be interesting how the fact that they were prescribed in Mexico but illegal in the US might get him off these charges. I wonder if a bunch of people will now move to Mexico to freely roid.

That is one of the better desciptions I have heard for it. The story was all over the place. I wonder who the editor was and if they were afraid to question FM.
-
It would be ridiculously glommed though.
-
Jazz lose again. *sigh*
-
I also noticed that the Fantasy Wrestling folder has been merged with it as well.

Maybe it is just because the two of them are some of my favorite in the comics field, but I think they will be fine. Check out Lee's blog, where he shows blatant fanboy love of Miller. He even mentions that he's been getting art tips from Miller, so I think we'll be fine.

What I want to know is what is X-Pac doing bringing his kids around the Playboy Mansion??!?!?!?
-
The guys at DC just like fucking with our minds, I guess. And they know that despite our hatred for the possibility, when it ever happens it will be a phenomenal selling book due to curiosity.

That's sad. You know he was propably thinking of a graphic novel about his experience in the hospital in his last days. Thanks for everything, Will.

INCANDENZA AND AGENT OF OBLIVION MEET
Steviekick replied to Giuseppe Zangara's topic in No Holds Barred
Agent looks like he's slowly turning into Devin Townshend. -
Slippery slope? The suit itself is bullshit, IMO. That's all I have to say. Of course the suit is BS. The only reason most people know Tony Twist is because he's a guy who's willing to drop his gloves on the ice. Personally, I'd have thought that all McFarlane would've needed would be Don Cherry as a witness and a pile of his Rock 'Em Sock 'Em videos to show what Twist could gain "endorsements" for... Even still, it shows poor planning on Todd's part. Any time you try to base a character on a past their prime D-lister, there always is a potential lawsuit. Could've just settle on the name to Tommy Twister and this would never have been an isue.

At this point, it would be pointless to bring back Barry Allen. He's completely worthless as a character now.
