    Paris Hilton address book

I called that number and it was guy named Steve saying she wouldn't be taking any messages because her phone number's all over the internet.

Which reminds me of something else. At the conculsion of Faces of Death IV, the fake doctor performs a song (also called "Faces of Death"). Sounds a bit like Nick Cave. Anyway, it should be commercially released. Being set to a montage that looked like America's Funniest Home Videos: Too Hot For TV! helped, but I think it's strong enough on it's own. Come to think of it, the Faces of Death series should be renamed America's Funniest Home Videos: Too Hot For TV! Bob Saget's ridiculous voices are right up there with the Benny Hill music in ability to make any footage funny. I must buy the rights to FoD and release it on dvd with Benny Hill version and Bob Saget commentary.

I do like it. In fact I love it. I've worked with it myself... problem was finding anyone to listen to it. I had one song that several people found themselves incapable of listening to. After a few seconds they would turn it off and say "I can't, it hurts." Once I had achieved that, I was satisfied with my noise experimentation and moved on to other things. What you said about it not being music is what I was saying, and as you apparently like it, the attitude does not necesarily indicate dislike. My other point was that, unlike most music, you can fake it. You're not actually constructing anything of any meaning, or creating a difficult listening experience, but quite literally just making noise. To do this is a tongue in cheek, self-referential way is what I think kid606 usually does.

While perusing some albums I might be interested in, I ran across Split Your Guts, Vol. 1 by a band of the same name. I like the Vol. 1 in the title. Now the first track of this album is called "Fuck Your Arse With Broken Glass". The use of arse when ass rhymes with glass is puzzling. I suspect this may be parody. If not, that's a pretty oblivious thing to do.

    Ask IDrinkRatsMilk

No. Even though I answered this already, I suppose I should do it in public as well. I've seen clown porn, the entity, before, but not Clown Porn, the title. I am fond of collecting unusual pornographic movies, and this would make a fine addition, but it's probably not high on my list, due to there being some clown porn scenes in the New Wave Hookers series. New Wave Hookers is probably my favorite porn series.

The problem with noise as a genre is the same problem I had with minimalism. There's something to be appreciated there, but it's hard to tell what it is. What is good noise supposed to sound like? It's just supposed to be interesting. If you drop the microphone in a blender is that a great record? Not exactly... and if it is, anyone could do it. It's strength is in the concept. That's why I see it as more art than music. You like Matmos? I don't think anyone has used a wider range of aural sources and influences than them.

kid606 is more interesting than good. His buddy Cex is way better from a listening standpoint, kid606 is more of an artist than a musician. And ironically, Merzbow's best work was Alec Empire vs Merzbow. Oh hey, as a kid606 fan you'll appreciate this. Once on this board I was praising his remix of "Straight Outta Compton" and somebody said taking an existing song and adding a "BOOM BOOM dance beat" had no artistic merit. They also called him DJ Dumbass68. Anyway, I agree with lovecraft. You should listen to Alec Empire's solo albums to appreciate ATR. Helps to put it in context. They're really not a lot like Rage Against the Machine either. I expected better of Kinetic.

Atari Teenage Riot has a song called Raverbashing, which makes them good.

    500 Issue AMAZING SPIDER-MAN CD-ROM

I've got that as well. They also have this (not as good) collection available. I recall going to the manufacturer's web site when I got it and seeing they had planned several more character collections (basically all the ones in that catch all I posted a link to), but apparently none of it is released yet.

It's the coyote, right? If so, slick is similar to wiley, therefore it makes sense.

I pity you guys for not enjoying this. By the way, if I had to fuck an anthropomorphic cartoon character, I'd fuck Lola.

My secret shame. I desperately want to crossdress, but I'm just too masculine.

Be Glad You Don't Go to This College...

Don't look down on him too much. All it takes sometimes is once instance of seeing something you really, really can't explain to convince you it's real. It's sometimes easier to fool smarter people because they're used to logic working for them. When it fails, they jump to the opposite conclusion. They should know better, though. Talk to people who go to psychics. Tell them it's fake, and 90% of the time they'll say "Yes, most of them are, but the one I go to is real."

    Loonatics

Come on you guys, it's not like they're burning the negatives of the old cartoons to make these. Isn't this better than trying to recreate those, because they really can't? At least this can be funny in a campy sort of way.

    Miracleman Alan Moore Run

I've got them and they're working properly. I won't read them just yet as I'm actually in the middle of Moore's Supreme: Story of the Year (which, by the way, has made me laugh out loud and demonstrates perfectly why those Loonatics being talked about in the TV folder don't have to be a bad thing), but I'll say thanks now.

Where is this from? I was all ready to give a joke answer, but then I realized I like you, so the real answer is Brazil. I might have said Argentina. It's a movie.

Be Glad You Don't Go to This College...

Jingus is what we in the trade call gullible. Things of that sort can be done by perfectly natural means, and just because you can't explain it doesn't mean there's no explanation. I don't claim to know everything, but I know that I've done things which made people swear I had magical powers, when in reality I was just fucking with them.

Hardcore Denziens, I'm Calling YOU Out!

I saw a movie where they refered to the language as "United States". I can't remember what it was. In that sense everyone has an accent except the queen of England, anyway.

Hardcore Denziens, I'm Calling YOU Out!

Dude is my normal term when refering to a male, but I don't use it much apart from that. I now say chick for female, but it took me a while to get away from using bitch. I picked that up when I lived in south central. It doesn't come off well most places.
