I'm sure Inc already knows about them, but anyone else who likes that droney stuff should listen to Legendary Pink Dots. They're good at that.

I went to a sex party last night.

I agree with this. I was with a black girl once who was light skinned, but a naked dark skinned girl is one of the more beautiful sights in the world. That's something I'll have to do before I die. -

Hey Ripper, do most black guys really prefer light skinned black girls to dark skinned? I haven't seen evidence of it, but there was a song about it, so I think maybe I missed it. Or maybe the song changed everyone's minds. -
And the rest.

He said his message board friends. He means me and Agent.

Yeah, I thought he would look exactly like that.

That does sound interesting. Ft. Lauderdale is too far away for membership, however. -
I was pleasantly surprised by the Stooges "We Will Fall", however. They surely didn't seem the type. Might be just me though. My dad hates that song. He also hates "Venus In Furs" however. I know that's a good song.

I'd always thought of this chief character as tall, but he's just fat.

Man, the posters in this thread remind of Corky from Life Goes On more and more every day. TSM so needs a short bus.

Lazy mods. They acknowledge it should be there, but none of them will get around to doing it.

Just like any other disease, alcoholism is no one's fault. Some people who are the semi boyfriends of alcoholics blame themselves for their loved one's drinking. But the truth is, that person would drink anyway. If your semi girlfriend drinks, it won't change anything if you do better in school, get better at sex, or do any of the other things you may believe your semi girlfriend wants you to do. Denial can play a big role in an alcoholic's life. You should acknowledge the problem, find support and create a safe environment for her as best you can.

I think you mean Job. Probably for the same reason as Job. An arbitrary bet with Satan. Or he's punishing you for your comments in the bible thread.

Well yeah, I can do that, I meant it didn't work in a hillbilly two first names way. Sidebar: I once got hired at Wendy's, but they told me to shave so I quit after 10 minutes. I said "Sure, let me go home and shave, I'll be right back." and never came back.

I'll answer the subquestion. Absolutely.

Not as well, as you've been less visible. You remain a poster everyone likes, for better or worse.

You mean most recent, or are you implying there will never be another? Probably Modern Man's Hustle. He's a mixed bag, but he's ok with me.

I don't know too much about it, but here's the general idea, I think. Nas started it on a mixtape, after, according to Nas, turning down an offer to guest on Reasonable Doubt. As far as motivations, Nas said this: "The animosity thing has always been about somebody wanting to be the king of New York. Me, myself, never wanted that crown. That crown's a big responsibility, ask Giuliani. Notorious B.I.G. was the king of New York, of rap, and he never got so much hate. Jay-Z wants the crown so bad he would step on anybody to get it. ... He said on his album if he's not better than Big, he's the closest one, which I felt was the wrong thing to say. We supported Biggie. There was jealousy, of course. But overall, New York supported Biggie. Nowadays you've got brothers not liking him [he means Jay] because they see he's not pure about what he's supposed to be doing. It's not about saying you're better than Biggie when Biggie's in the ground. It's not about saying you're the king of New York. It's about making history with rap music and letting the people crown you king." Anyway, Jay-Z responds to Nas' mixtape with "Takeover", Nas responded to that with "Ether", which prompted "Super Ugly". They were also taking shots at each other on the side for years here in pretty much anything they did. There was also something about Jay having sex with the mother of Nas' daughter (mostly Jay referencing it in his dis tracks) but it never seemed like too big of a deal to Nas, not the focus of the feud anyway. So they were calling each other out in concerts, taking shots in damn near every song, Mobb Deep got mixed up in it somehow, there was supposed to have been a battle pay per view with a million dollar pot and so on. This feud went on until 2003 I think when they called a truce. All along they both said it was about respect and wasn't emotional nor would it turn violent. General concensus is Nas won, and I've heard "Ether" called the greatest dis track of all time. I disagree (I'd probably say "No Vaseline", but I'm a sucker for old school, and I mean Dazz as well as Ice Cube). Jay remained King of New York, however.

They're insulted by my lack of respect. I don't really have any reverence for the moderators, but not in a negative way either, which takes away their usual defene mechanisms. They just don't like you.

No, but I have tried to play up being southern before and wished I had two first names. Nothing works aestetically with my first and middle names. People in California call me Tex even though I spent most of my formative years in the midwest, and have only spent a few days in Texas. To them it's all the same. People who aren't so simple minded usually can't place my accent, it's the result of extensive travel.

Incandenza said he would give me his arrival schedule by Monday, but as it's now Tuesday I guess I won't go see him today. That's ok, as I really don't feel like driving to Orlando today. I suppose I could still go to Jacksonville later, but it's much farther. Maybe if there was a concert in town I wanted to see.

See promise number one. Anyway, thankfully there weren't many hard questions, I should be able to do these fairly quickly.

I meant the fake Matt Young reminds me of the real Prince Paul.
