King Of The Hill match. Basically, it's a 5-man ladder match...only the point is to put the title ON the hook, not take it off. Yeah, I don't get it either. What's stopping the guy from just taking the title and running? Anyways, quarter of nine, and only two of the 5 planned matches have occurred so far, and the final two rounds need to be at least 15 minutes each to mean anything. Yep. TNA might just have fucked ANOTHER X-Cup. Oh, and I say do away with the X-Division name. The matches are no longer X-Division. Just call it the Cruiserweight division, or the Junior Heavyweight division, and be done with it.

FSN Affiliates Impact Timeslots Announced
Corey_Lazarus replied to BoboBrazil's topic in TNA Wrestling
Okay then. I can catch Impact Friday before I go to work. -
That's it, BigSwigg. You've forced me to dig up your family photos! Ah, BigSwigg's momma. And, of course, his daddy. And here's a very young photo of TheBigSwigg himself on his first day going to middle school!

**makes sure no powerlines are struck by an anchor belonging to a boat with two horny dumbfuck kids on it that might involuntarily resurrect Jason so he can spend an hour trying to get to Manhattan** Oh... And Ripper, who's that in your sig? She looks familiar.

Without even having heard it, I can name off four albums that are eons better than this one could ever wish to be, namely because of how awful Slipknot is. -Dream Theater's Metropolis Pt. II: Scenes From A Memory (2000) -Black Label Society's 1919 Eternal (2002) -Shadows Fall's Of One Blood (2000) -Iron Maiden's Dance Of Death (2003) Good to know that Slipknot hasn't evolved past the "I hate my life" stages like even KoRn, the kings of "I hate my life" nu-metal, has.

It is to an extent. "Based on a true story" just means the idea for the story came from an actual event, which it did. Ed Gein is the inspiration for both the Psycho and Texas Chainsaw Massacre series. Dance with the dead in my dreams... Listen to their hallowed screams... The dead have taken my soul... Temptation has lost all control...

I find most Outkast to be annoying as hell, personally. I didn't mind the song "Stankonia," and I don't dislike rap (I think my affinity for Ice Cube, Eminem, 2Pac, and some Run-DMC can attest to that), but their songs are just so fucking dull to me. They're different than most hip-hop groups out, but I just don't like their sound. Not to mention they have some awful fucking lyrics (especially that "Roses" song's chorus). But yeah. 'Twas not Brock.

When BBCW is the last poster in the thread, it's time to kill people.

I love this show. Mike, catch the one this season about tantric sex and other new age myths? Fucking hilarious. The tantric sex guy took himself so seriously and talked about how tantric sex was more than sex, but more or less about releasing childhood fears, gender identities, etc. And Penn just kept going "THIS GUY JUST LIKES TO FUCK!"

Too small to be Brock. I've seen the video, and the guy was fat and didn't look like Brock at all (aside from the blonde crewcut).

I can't wait for Flair's rants on Foley...namely because they'll probably be "he's not a wrestler, WHOO!, he's just a damn stuntman, WHOO!"

True, but I'd rather order a PPV knowing what matches will suck and what matches will be good. TNA is never consistent, so pre-taping more shows could help people decide on what shows to buy and what shows to skip, and whatever shows get more buys the bookers and TNA fedheads can look at and say "oh, so THAT'S what they like!" That's because they're pre-taping the post-show matches late on a weekday night. Most people have work the next day, or school. You're leaving out the part where I suggest they tape two shows on a weekend date, so that way they can have the show run longer (4-5 hours) because they could start earlier. Then, whatever comes across as terrible live can be edited, and spoilers are out to the audience so they know what to expect for their $10. They are most likely linked storyline-wise, the TV tapings and the live PPV, but this would then bring up two other aspects: tape the matches for the free TV show during the taping of the two PPVs, and tour a little bit to give more of a variety of flavor to the audience at home. True, it's not, but all guesses at buyrates are in the 10,000-12,000 range, and TNA would need 20,000 buys per show to break even on that show. Live attendance is down, PAID live attendance has plummeted since October of last year, so all signs point to TNA losing money. I feel that they could save money by holding two less shows a month, and taping all of their programming. Yes, the ability to order replays is a great in case the show was worth ordering, but spoilers out early could increase the chance of more people ordering the first time. Since most replays are at asinine times (like the middle of the night or the middle of the day), most fans cannot order them. I'd be extremely interested in seeing the Team UK PPV buys as well. That show sucked the meat whistle, and is one of the big reasons why I stopped doing the Lazarush (that as well as the fact that we're getting bullshit Sports Entertainment slowed down to become "old-school" from Jarrett, Mantel, and Russo; sorry, but AJ Styles can win clean, you know).

You need to check out the Classics folder, then. Three words, son: Tomko and Fertig. Oh...by the way... **wraps Jason in three tons of heavy chains and sends him to the bottom of Crystal Lake, Tommy Jarvis-style**

The problem is that their "business professionals" are not familiar with the wrestling industry, and the veterans that have been in the business for decades aren't familiar with how its changed. Dutch books for old-school fans. TNA's target audience is NOT old-school fans, as they're either still watching or stopped watching a long time ago. The old-school fans are still around, but they're not as big an audience as younger fans. And running things different would save money and help get word out about the product. As it is, TNA goes live with their PPVs each week, aside from the X-Cup shows. If the reports are true, the X-Cup shows get higher buys than the normal ones, and I'm willing to bet that it's because fans know the quality of the show they'll be getting in advance.

It will be REALLY interesting to see what happens the next time contract negotiations (or renegotiations, as it were) come up...

Wouldn't he just be killing teenagers that do dope and have tons of premarital sex when they should be doing their fucking jobs of watching the little kids so they don't drown?
