Well, at least the multiplication tables didn't seem like such a big deal to little Billy anymore...

By looking at the background on the page, I'm somewhat disheartened that they chose the smooth-headed Xeno (Giger's original design) over the rough-headed Xeno (Winston's improved, IMO, design). The rough-headed Xeno (as seen in Aliens and most of the comics) seem more menacing. Watching the trailer now...AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO LOAD ON A 56K!

I'm a pretty good writer, and can string profanities into poetry.

Defend your favorite lunchmeat and/or TSM poster!

Bologna Pro: German-made, tastes like beef, goes with everything from salads to sammiches, tastes great with mustard, and can be rolled into a delicious quick snack. Cons: German-made, don't know what part of the cow it comes from, and expires too quickly. -
I've been pimping this band since TSM was still the SmarksBoard on EZBoard...and just NOW you want to get into them more?! Mine: Iron Maiden - "Hallowed Be Thy Name" (finally got off my ass and learned to play the main licks and the riff; simple stuff, really, as it's mostly the same four or five notes for the licks) Macabre - "Jeffrey Dahmer And The Chocolate Factory" Nevermore - "I Am The Dog" Mushroomhead - "Never Let It Go" Slayer - "Seasons In The Abyss" (I put "Skeletons Of Society" into this Visual Communications iMovie project I had to do while waiting for my turn with the camera again; went with the video VERY well, amazingly enough, despite the subject matter of the video being one of two couples confusing who is with who because of makeovers)

Ever heard of a band called Cannibal Corpse? Terrible lyrics. Gore lyrics are good now and then...but overdoing them is bad. CC has made an entire 14-year career on them.
-
Yes, yes it would be. As would Mike Tenay and Joel Gertner (pick either).
-
Probably because of the popularity of 28 Days Later. Plus, theoretically, the crazed townsfolk should be easier to kill.

No particular order... Godhead - "The Reckoning" Chris Jericho - "Don't You Wish You Were Me" Monolith - "Into You" ...those are the last three I can remember. I've just been on a binge of uploading albums lately (Iron Maiden's Best Of The Beast, Rob Zombie's Past Present & Future, and two tracks off of Zombie Apocalypse's This Is A Taste Of Life).

...whose "BAH GAWD" phrase is not nearly as cool as Joey Styles' "OH MY GOD!" catchphrase...

Fozzy - "To Kill A Stranger" Fozzy > You

Actually, he never held onto them, so it was more of a release vertical suplex, honestly. I like to think of it as an Orange Jacknife (or Orange Poochiebomb, whichever you prefer), as he DOES release them and let the momentum take them over. As an aside, I think the best selling of this move was either Kid Kash or Alan "KweeWee" Funk, as both men kinda "floated" down to the mat, but then popped up and fell back down after landing (sorta the "springboard" effect of falling from a high elevation). I love the spot in a few Sabin matches when Chris has his opponent for a backdrop driver, but they roll forward and turn it into a SICK piledriver? Awesomeness. Hail Sabin. Booyah. Any move done by Samoa Joe make me cringe.

Mediocre death band with an insane lead guitarist. I've only heard "Soul Devourer" and "Evil God's Havoc" in full, but heard snippets of their tunes on WAAF Harder Faster, WHJY's MetalZone, and WERS' Nasty Habits, and they don't seem like anything truly special.

I say they just change it to the World X-Cup. Then the whole "Team Japan" and "Team UK" things wouldn't matter. Oh, and I could see Doug Williams being brought in for Team UK. Not really X-Style, but I'm sure he could toss out a bit of his usually psychology-laden work to just hit big, high-impact moves. TNA could actually note that, and say that while the rest of the X-Cup workers prefer aerial maneuvers, Williams is trying to use the power and mat to make up for his aerial deficiency.

It's up. It just takes a little longer because Tom needs to approve it with Dames gone, put it on the main site, etc.

I hope you all fucking get AIDS. Seriously. I mean, you all got to watch your little SmackDown, which sounds like it was fucking great, and you know what I was stuck with? Huh? Do ya? SPRING TRAINING FOR THE FUCKING RED SOX. I hope you all die of gonorhea and rot in hell, now LACES OUT!

Actually, a lot of times that happens because of the HTML or code of the site it's being copied from. I know the Virtual High School site has that problem when you post your answers to the questions.

Overkill Quite a bit of Barlow-era Iced Earth (I don't think Barlow's vocals fit with the music at ALL) 85% of Ozzy Osbourne's "solo" work Every emo band not named Husker Du (who helped start emo) DMB Phish Turn on the radio to a rock station. Hear that song? Chances are I hate that band. Radiohead Radiohead Radiohead (my hatred for these bastards is so much that they deserve to be mentioned thrice...speaking of which...) Thrice Anal Cunt (you can only hear "I Just Saw The Gayest Guy On Earth" so many times) post-Laced Reveille Staind Nickelback Creed Creed (yes, deserve two mentionings) RE: Tool They have their strong moments, oh yes they do. I just like most of their songs are drawn out WAY too long. I heard the full version of "Lateralus" once, and I'm like "wow...they could've shaved a couple minutes off of the breakdown in the middle." Also, the fans that say their marvelous musicians need to punched in the fucking head, because their guitarist is average-at-best. Wow! So the drummer can drum in awkward time signatures? So? His drumming still doesn't sound as magnificent as everybody likes to think it does. The bassist isn't too bad, but he's not especially good either. And let's not get into Maynard's "hey, look, I like to be profound so people can try to read into my lyrics" writing style. MJK, you're a fag that got beat up in military school, now shut up.

Monty Brown was surpisingly good for an extremely green worker. He was athletic, had a good look, and was comfortable on the mic. Damn fine charisma, too. I just don't think bringing him in out of the blue like this will do anything for him, considering he hasn't been in TNA for over a year and a half.

I liked what I saw of Northcutt/Harris. Then again, I mark for Northcutt, so hey. The 10-man was pretty fun. Konnan didn't completely suck for once! Nothing outstanding, but it had heat. So far, Kazarian/Lynn has been really, really good. Kazarian seems to have shed all of that "hey, look, I fucking suck because I'm a vanilla bitch" aura to him, and is COMPLETELY heeling it up. Heel Kazarian = ownage.

Bryan, I agree 100% with who should be the mystery partners. However, D'Lo is already booked, and I can't see TNA putting the belts on Styles/Brown when Brown isn't guaranteed to be in the States for an extended period of time due to his Japan tours (I forget if he goes with All Japan or New Japan). Abyss/Northcutt would be the best hoss team I'd ever seen. Honestly. Northcutt is coming along VERY nicely as a worker, and his teaming with Legend turned into a highlight of the night for me. Abyss, if he gets rid of the stupid "I need Preparation H" pose, could be great. Those two against Styles and another X-Divisioner (if Lynn wasn't working with Kazarian, I'd suggest him, since the two were a damn fine tag team the few times they teamed) that they could book weekly without having to meander around Japan bookings. That said, I'm actually looking forward to tonight's show. If Luger and Sting turn out to be the mystery partners, I'll be pissed (because I can tolerate Sting, but I FUCKING HATE LUGER in every manner of the word), but as long as Styles/Abyss stay in the ring it'd be solid. Lynn should be able to carry Kazarian to a decent enough contest. I'm liking the build-up of Chris Harris, even if Harris is on my "Baka" list. Team NWA/Team Japan shouldn't be too bad. The 10-man should be a fun brawl. ICP always entertain me, and are actually both OVER and CHARISMATIC.

Count me in with Zack, IDRM, and Satanico. I loved Bride Of Chucky for all of its campy awesomeness. Considering I can't stand the other films in the series, I'd say that's a good thing. Honestly, what's not to love about Bride? It has possibly the best soundtrack to a horror movie in a long time (any soundtrack featuring Type O Negative, White Zombie, Motörhead, Bruce Dickinson, and Judas Priest gets the thumbs up from me), maybe of all-time (considering loads of 80's horror movies used glam rock BULLSHIT), and it was pretty much one 90-minute joke to anybody that has ever seen the three prior ones. It was Freddy Vs. Jason before that could become a reality (and dare I say it may just be better).

Re: "like teaching themselves guitar" comment... The problem is that if you botch a chord, you just get a "fart" noise. You botch a piledriver, though, and you're looking at possible paralysis. That said, I backyard with a few of my friends now and then, and I'll be the first to admit we shouldn't be trying half of the shit we do (my friend Chris once gave me an overhead belly-to-belly, but didn't release soon enough, so I had to roll to the side, making it look like shit, so I wouldn't land on my head). It's still fun, though.

JCW vol. 1 Rude Boy and Abdullah The Butcher have a streetfight that Rude Boy thinks he's going to win because his buddies J and Shaggy run the promotion. Abdullah promptly squashes him following only two offensive maneuvers in the whole match. JCW vol. 2 A new, mullet-less Rude Boy challenges Abdullah to a cage match. Abby squashes him within 5 minutes without Rude Boy getting a single offensive maneuver in. Rude Boy/Abdullah has been the constant feud in JCW. Does Volume 3 feature Terek The Great dressed as Doink?
