City Of Angels bombed, and the test screenings for Salvation weren't good, so they released it straight-to-video. Not too shabby a film, either, but nowhere near as good as the original (nothing will be). Ed Furlong as The Crow? Might work...but if he says "hasta la vista" or makes any references to KISS, it'll suck. Even though I love the movies I just kinda made fun of... David Boreanaz is from Buffy, right? And Angel? I hate those shows...but I'll be renting this when it INEVITABLY goes DTV.

They also cheered piledriving women... Oh, and Heyman's ponytail is real. He has a skullet, dude. That said, Heyman got over as a face in ECW because he represented ECW, which is what the ECW fans loved.

Titus was cancelled because the executives wanted the show to go one way, but Christopher Titus himself (the head writer and OWNER of the show's copyright, and story, etc.) wanted to go HIS way (and, from what I've heard/read, HIS way was what we saw, and thus was the better way, as Fox's way would probably include Temptation Island). So they just split, and Titus himself said he wouldn't do the show again (due to bad experience with network execs). Man, I SO wish they made a Titus movie. Or if Titus just signed a deal with, say, HBO or Showtime or whatever and made the show for them (it could be longer, maybe a full 30 instead of the 20-25, and would be allowed to do more).

By that definition, any move where the opponent is lifted is a suplex. I'd stick to the "any move where an opponent's feet go above their head before hitting the mat" definition, with two glaring exceptions: piledriver and powerbomb variations. Although Dace would probably give a reason as to why a piledriver could be a brainbuster variation, but hey...

Too bad the stipulation wouldn't hold AT ALL then, seeing as how it'd be "I win, you shave your head; you win, nothing happens." Oh, and Username, Chris Sabin already IS awesome. It's just the others in the X-Division right now that are...bleh. Remember when everybody used to say "the X-Division is the best thing in US wrestling right now"? Yeah. All of a year ago. Actually, Shadows Fall's big "single" was "Thoughts Without Words." "Destroyer Of Senses" didn't get nearly as much airplay (on college and indy radio, or a metal show, of course) as "Thoughts Without Words" did. And there's a reason for that. "Destroyer Of Senses" is just...crap. It's really just 2 riffs that weren't too good to begin with, and doesn't fit with the album AT ALL. One of the only filler tracks off of The Art Of Balance, in my eyes.

The Tag cage match was DEFINITELY the MOTY it's been hyped to be. The problem is that it's not SUPER-GREAT-MAGNIFICENT-WATCH IT OR DIE, like so many other MOTYC's, but it's more of "hey, that's REALLY REALLY GOOD." Hence the ****1/2 rating instead of it being higher. I said while watching the show this, and I quote: "Man, if I hadn't watched TNA before, I wouldn't want to watch." They made this big deal out of the X-Division, and showed some of the TAMEST spots. Now, you'd think they'd show some of the more "HOLY SHIT, HOW'D HE SURVIVE?!" spots, or just some of the cooler spots (almost all of which involve Kid Kash or Red, actually), but no. Just show clips that anybody ordering the show woud have already seen.

Heh. Bryan, you are a psychic. This show looks pretty good. But they'll fuck up Styles/Lynn (Callis interfering, GUARANTEED), so I'm losing faith in TNA.
