I just read that N*E*R*D broke up like a couple of weeks ago, I heard more about O-Town's breakup than N*E*RD's. What's up with that?

    Favorite cheap ass music video

An awesome cheap ass Prince video, is the Pre-MTV, pre-fame, pre-Revolution video for I Wanna Be Your Lover. Its just Prince in a women's shirt and tight pants with long hair and a cattapillar moustache playing all of the instruments.

This day in history...the final WCW Nitro

Chavo Guerrero: Amway Salesman Pops interpupting The Artist Formerly Known as Prince Iaukea's press conference, which will go down as the least funny and most nonsensical skit in wrestling history if not all history
  5. Just saw this on the guide, the episode of Family Matters with the Bushwhackers guest starring is on ABC Family in seven minutes. As a mark I thought it was extremely weird that the Bushwhackers were playing bad guys.

I'm checking out the O's against the Red Sox on April 20th and 21st at Camden Yards. Should be fun slugfests.

WCW facts, tidbits, and stuff people forgot

I think if Sullivan stayed on as booker in 2000, they were setting up for Vampiro getting pushed up to the upper mid card and I think a The Wall Vs Hulk Hogan feud (Shutter)

    Summer Concert Plans

I heard Paul McCartney's touring this summer, I got to see him before he keels. So are the Rolling Stones, I feel the same with them as with McCartney.

    Summer Concert Plans

Not quite summer but; U2, October 3rd at whatever they're calling the Fleet Center (I got floor tickets) The rest of the money I'm saving for tours later in the year. Nothing in the summer so far strikes out at me and says "Wow I have to see this."

    Shows you've been to.

Ahh, well, I know it was Benoit's last PPV with WCW. If not Sin, then it may have been Greed. Seeing how you're probably from the Cincy area. I think you're talking about Souled Out 2000. Since Greed was in March of 2001, WAY after Benoit left. Edit: Damn got beaten to the punch

WWF @ Portland, ME - Civic Center - August 17, 1994 (2,500) WWF Superstars taping: Lex Luger defeated Ted Dibiase's Undertaker via disqualification Tatanka pinned IRS WWF World Champion Bret Hart pinned Owen Hart at 13:50 with a roll up in a lumberjack match; lumberjacks included: Jim Neidhart, 1-2-3 Kid, Jeff Jarrett, Billy & Bart Gunn, the Headshrinkers, the Heavenly Bodies, Kwang, Well Dunn, & Kwang; the challenger had originally won the match and title at 3:06 after Jim Neidhart interfered as Owen was caught in the Sharpshooter and clotheslined the champion - however several of the lumberjacks and other officials had the finish replayed on the big screen so the referee could see what had happened; the match was ordered to continue (Wham Bam Bodyslam) 9/3/94: Bob Backlund defeated Bert Centeno via submission with the Crossface Chicken Wing Owen Hart (w/ Jim Neidhart) defeated Scott Taylor The Smoking Gunns fought the Heavenly Bodies to a no contest at the 48 second mark when the Gunns were attacked before they could get their gear off, with the Bodies briefly wearing their cowboy hats until a brawl errupted on the floor and officials had to seperate the teams The 1-2-3 Kid defeated Roy Raymond IRS defeated Phil Apollo 9/10/94: Shawn Michaels & WWF IC Champion Diesel defeated Tom O'Sullivan & Nick Barberri Jim Neidhart (w/ Owen Hart) defeated Mike Maliacia Doink the Clown defeated the Black Phantom Bam Bam Bigelow (w/ Ted DiBiase) fought Tony Roy to a no contest after attacking him before the bell; Dibiase then complained about the lack of competition for Bigelow and issued an open challenge for anyone to fight him; Adam Bomb then came out and he and Bigelow briefly fought, with Bomb eventually clotheslining Bigelow to the floor WWF Tag Team Champions the Headshrinkers (w/ Afa) defeated Mike Bell & Tony Devito (aired after they lost the titles) Yokozuna defeated Steve King 9/17/94: The Bushwhackers defeated Well Dunn (w/ Harvey Whippleman) Jeff Jarrett defeated Phil Apollo via submission with the figure-4 The Undertaker (w/ Paul Bearer) pinned Tony DeVito with the tombstone Kwang (w/ Harvey Whippleman) pinned Scott Taylor Bob Holly pinned Iron Mike Sharpe with a flying bodypress Bob Backlund defeated Tony Roy via submission with the Crossface Chicken W All I can remember about this show was Lex Luger main evented, although I remember he was against Crush not the Fake Undertaker. But I think it's probably just my bad memory, cause I don't remember Crush being around in August of 94. WWF @ Portland, ME - Civic Center - July 13, 1996 Justin Bradshaw pinned Bob Holly with a lariat Skip & Zip defeated WWF Tag Team Champions the Smoking Gunns, New Rockers, and the Godwinns in a non-title elimination match Marc Mero pinned Hunter Hearst Helmsley Steve Austin pinned Savio Vega in a No DQ match Owen Hart pinned Jake Roberts Goldust defeated WWF IC Champion Ahmed Johnson via reverse decision; Ahmed pinned Goldust with a spinebuster but continued to beat him up after the match Psycho Sid pinned Davey Boy Smith with the powerbomb The Undertaker pinned Mankind WWF World Champion Shawn Michaels pinned Vader with the superkick I remember the Warrior was scheduled to face Davey Boy, but he was "attending a funeral" and nobody knew who was replacing him. The crowd went absolutely apeshit when Sid came out and squashed Davey Boy in less than a minute. I remember going to a WCW Saturday Night taping on May 19th 1998 at the Civic Center. I remember the whole arena worked itself into a frenzy into the hopes of seeing Goldberg. Just crazy, Goldberg chants the whole night (He didn't even show up.) # Eddie Guerrero pinned Steve Armstrong # Chris Adams pinned Bobby Blaze # Barbarian pinned Bobby Eaton # Konnan made Johnny Attitude submit # Giant pinned The Power Company Eddie Guerrero (w/Chavo Guerrero Jr.) pinned Evan Kourageous after the Frog Splash Marty Janetty pinned Lenny Lane after the Showstopper Hugh Morrus (w/Jimmy Hart) pinned Barry Horowitz with the No Laughing Matter Yuji Nagata (w/Sonny Oono) made The Cat submit to the Nagatalock Kidman (w/The Flock) pinned Bobby Blaze after the Seven Year Itch Saturn pinned Tough Tom (w/Mean Mike) after the Death Valley (Spicolli) Driver Brian Adams (w/Vincent) pinned Villano IV after a backbreaker Disco Inferno pinned Johnny Attitude after the Swinging Neckbreaker : WCW World Cruiserweight Champion Dean Malenko made Chavo Guerrero Jr. (w/Eddie Guerrero) submit to the Texas Cloverleaf In Match Three of the Best-Of-Seven series, Chris Benoit (2) pinned Booker T (1) with a bridging German suplex Juventud Guerrera, Ciclope, and Super Calo defeated Damien, Silver King, and El Dandy when Guerrera pinned Damien after the JuviDriver The Public Enemy defeated The Power Company when Johnny Grunge pinned Short-Long after putting him through a table Road Block pinned Frankie Lancaster after a backflip splash Jim Neidhart pinned Kendall Windham with a powerslam Chris Adams defeated Glacier by disqualification when Saturn interfered WCW World Television Champion Fit Finley pinned Renegade after the Tombstone Mike Enos made Mike Tolbert submit to an armlock Jim Duggan pinned Barry Darsow after Old Glory Giant pinned Konnan after the Chokeslam In retrospect, that was really good for a WCW Saturday Night taping, but all I remember at the time was being pissed Goldberg wasn't there and people actually went crazy for the NWO Black and White/Wolfpac stuff. WWF @ Portland, ME - Civic Center - November 11, 2001 Spike Dudley defeated Sho Funaki Brock Lesnar defeated Crash Holly Tommy Dreamer & Steven Richards defeated Rico Constantino & Randy Orton Ron Waterman defeated Shawn Stasiak WCW Tag Team Champions the Dudley Boyz defeated the Acolytes Scotty 2 Hotty & Albert defeated the Hurricane & Hugh Morrus; after the match, the Actolyes made the save when the Dudley Boyz interfered; moments thereafter, Scotty, Albert, the Acolytes, and Scotty's wife danced in the ring WWF European Champion Christian defeated Edge WWF Hardcore Champion Rob Van Dam defeated Raven Probably the worst show I've seen, nothing actively bad, but it was truly a B show in all senses of the word. I did get to see a pre TV debut, Brock Lesnar and the tag team match between Scotty and Albert Vs the Huricane and Hugh Morrus was a genuinely entertaining comedy match. The main event though was literally less than five minutes. WWE (Smackdown!) @ Portland, ME - July 1, 2002 Sho Funaki pinned Rico by avoiding a spin kick and using a roll up Lance Storm & Christian defeated John Cena & Steve Bradley when Storm pinned Bradley with the superkick WWE Cruiserweight Champion Jamie Knoble pinned the Hurricane as the challenger attempted a suplex into the ring, Nidia swept his feet out from under him and held the leg down during the cover WWE Tag Team Champions Billy Gunn & Chuck Palumbo defeated Val Venis & Hardcore Holly when Gunn pinned Holly with a roll up after a Jungle Kick from Palumbo Billy Kidman & Rey Mysterio Jr. defeated Chavo Guerrero Jr. & Tajiri after Kidman vaulted Rey into the air and Mysterio hit a Frankensteiner off the top on Chavo D-Von Dudley, Batista, & Albert defeated Hugh Morrus, Rob Conway, & Mark Henry when D-Von pinned Conway Torrie Wilson defeated Stacy Keibler in a Bra & Panties match Edge pinned Kurt Angle, despite outside interference from Billy Gunn, Chuck Palumbo, and Rico; after the match, Edge, Val Venis, Hardcore Holly, Rikishi, and Scotty 2 Hotty held off Gunn, Palumbo, Rico, Christian, Lance Storm, and Test Another B show, but at least it was more entertaining than the other one. Plus it featured Rey Mysterio before he debuted on TV for the WWE.

    Busted split up!!

Yeah, that show was possibly the most staged reality show, that was actually trying to be realistic, I've ever seen. Their PR guy was such a TOOL that their was no way he could be a real guy.
  18. I just watched, most of the series I'll probably watch it all on one of the 20,000 repeats. On a scale from 1 to 10, I'd rate it a 5. It was defnintley better than I Love The 90's, but it had WAY too many panelists (WAY too many unfunny panelists at that). Unlike, I Love the 90's it had it's funny moments. I think this series is broken beyond repair, but a part of me would love to see them do a third I Love the 80's or second I Love the 70's.

I'm glad the final tour date for U2's tour is in Boston (The date which I'm attending), cause the opener for their first leg of the tour is Kings of Leon. I don't think I sit through Kings of Leon for any band. KoL might be worse than Jet.

Interesting matches we've never seen/heard about

The Ultimate Warrior main evented in indy show in the summer of 95 against the Honky Tonk Man in Las Vegas. I've heard it was a pretty big indy show with 3,000 people there and some ECW wrestlers on the undercard.

    Top 25 Tours of 2004

I don't know if he's touring in 05. Prince seems to a tour to some extent every year (Sometimes he just plays theaters and plays almost all songs off his new album) But I heard the 04 tour is the last time he's going to play certain songs, I can't remember which ones though.

    Top 25 Tours of 2004

Prince being #1 does not surprise me, I don't know about the rest of the country but Prince played the Fleet Center (An 18,000 seat venue) for three shows and all of them sold out. I also heard something about him playing five shows at MSG and seven at Staples Center, which are both 20,000+ seat venues. I think Prince has got a level of popularity on the tour circuit matched only by Bruce Springsteen.
